I dropped Shut Up for the same reason. I just couldn't make myself continue watching it once Byung Hee was dead,…
You should really pick it up you don't know how much your missing out!! Byung Hee's spirit went on throughout the show but thats not the only reason. The band members are all rich characters that we get to know and understand more + great acting. Awesome Bromance story. It felt so complete specially the music.
I'm soo loving this show every episode!! I love that the 2 main teachers are so fundamentally different as any 2 can be, since it makes them the perfect foil for each other, which is something that would allow them to grow, since they're both not perfect and too extreme in their way of teaching. Some of the other teachers are showing some depth too...
The students are also very interesting, seeing their difference, their dreams (or lack of), aspirations, disappointments, and reactions.
That annoying parent is starting to get some depth but i still think she's annoying and has some mental control issues.. poor her son!! I wish the principal shows some more character, up to now (episode 7) she's just like a caricature (and an annoying one at it). Her assistant too, except he said 1 sentence in episode 6 that made me think he might have something more to him :S
I totally agree!!!
As for me every time i want to thank someone wholeheartedly i feel the need to say "arigatooo" and in the mornings "Ohayo" feels much more appropriate :P and also the expression "Omo" and whwn i watch something with too much clichés "Makjank" is the best way to express it ;)
Last ep: I guessed that Takashi is the Father when they showed that photograph lol! XD
Me too!!! I thought "could it be??" Until i saw the picture :P
Something about the last episode was quite far fetched .. Mainly how much yuiko's mom went to reconnect with Ayami.. But as a whole really liked that show;)
Devil Beside You was the 1st taiwanese drama i watch!! So obviously it has a special place for me. It certainly is better than many taiwanese drama i watched since. Both shows are very similar though, almost like copies. There are some things I liked in both dramas. In why why love, i like that they went a bit slower on the relationship while DBY i felt they went too fast. Both shows had a lot of clichés going on but those in WWL just felt too draggy and i hate draggy. So i think DBY is better.
I don't think Jang Geun Suk as snape would work cuz he has a smiley face while snape's always gloomy. I'd imagine Yun Jung Hoon from Vampire Prosecutor would suit the role (except the Long Hair though)
In general i prefer it as it was made but it was a fun thought. I'd imagine if there was a korean version the focus would've been on the main trio's "love triangle" that doesn't exist in the original :P But for once second lead would win the girl;)
A lot of them are one of my favorite... specially your top 2!! Heartstring's Because I Miss You just affects me each time i listen to it as if its the first time,
...while Jaywalking so unbelievably addicting!!
There's a song from Secret Garden I really love but doesn't seem that famous called Scars
2 other songs I'd add would be
To The Beautiful You's "Stand Up" (the song was awesome, unlike the drama :P)
and last but not least Gaksital's Good Bye Day ;)

lol u guessed totally right lool :P
And yea Downton Abbey is one awesome show!! I haven't finished season 3 yet though.. still enjoying it ;)
I really don't get this drama some ppl say its surprisingly funny and entertaining while others say its a disaster.. Don't know if I should try it or not :S
I totally choose Gaksital, plus his character was awesome (though i'm being bias cuz I havent actually seen this show yet :P)
Not just koreans, but asian dramas always make me craze what they eat!! But I guess Korean particularly.. What they eat during a scene and how they eat it says a lot on their mood, their feelings, and about character too.
sadly I suck at cooking (well i don't even try much and used to everything cooking for me.. I know I suck:P) so I haven't tried any of these, and haven't seen them around in restaurant. I've always wanted to try Jjajangmyun, ppl in dramas seem to enjoy it the most!!
Right now i'll start with the ramen (minus the kimchi - I don't like any fermented Anything weirdly in my culture they like that type of food alot) and start looking up korean restaurant ;)

I noticed most of your fave doramas are my favorite too :D Manhattan Love Story was one of a kind!!! ;)
Yay your vlogs give me such delight and I wanted to see this drama. I know what I'm doing this weekend!
I mostly stick with japanese dramas cuz i dont enjoy exaggerated love triangles and my mind could accept only to a certain point farfetched situation. This one is different!! Oh and if u like Bromance u'll LOVE it!! It puts Prison Break to a corner in that aspect :P
I also loved this drama. Didnt know what to expect of it. I was enjoying the bromance in the begining then in the middle i was afraid it'd become all about love triangles and stuff, but it surprized me by completly focusing on the band and letting us get to know each of the members with their expectations and dreams individually. What i loved mostly about it is its subtlety in everything the drama deals with. We dont need everything to be shown on screen, we just visit a group of ppl during a very important time of their life and get to know them through it. Loved it all!! It was so much more than about flower boys!! Its a drama done right in about everything!! I think many ppl of different taste would like it. Its fun to watch!
Some i wouldve chose in my list and some wouldnt have made it But for each one in your list I can see why you…
ops it wasn't a question :P What i meant is I get it, even if some wouldnt make my list, I still get why ppl like them!! But stupid iPhone everytime I put a smiley it replaces it with "????"
The students are also very interesting, seeing their difference, their dreams (or lack of), aspirations, disappointments, and reactions.

but it was still a good movie though ;)
