XD I recall wanting to slap Yumi for being stupid, obsessive and crazy! I sympathized with the difficulty Jun Suh faced as this barrier of relations with "family" is very strong in Korean society and has the same level of 'abhorrence' as if he were involved with his 'blood sister'; so I can understand why Jun Suh was so conflicted notwithstanding his deep love for Eun Suh. I absolutely hated the 'real sister' for her insecurities and stupidity Ha ha I must re-watch to refresh my memory. Funny thing is all those negative traits you described are also stressors for me when relating to characters XD

Oooh sorry to hear that XD It’s been a while since I saw it, but I recall enjoying it very much. In fact it is one of my favourites. Yes it got frustrating for me watching the Cinderella part, but it was one of my very early KDramas. Watching that drama introduced me to the Korean taboo of pseudo incest marriages, and I saw how seriously Korean society looked upon marriages in affinity relationships. I was also very taken with the story itself; I’m very much a romantic soul so I found the fight to be together touching. It was so Romeo and Juliettish to me, so I tolerated the frustrating parts by yelling at the screen XD. I also liked it because I like Song Seun Hun, and Moon Geun Young were in it

Hi CherryB, it's been a while :-D. I see you're watching 'Autumn Tale'; I saw it quite a while back, how are you experiencing it? I just finished 'I Hear Your Voice' and loved it. Kudos to the writers for great work.

At work :-p Thank you for your thoughts and I agree with you esp. about the production funding and co-production agreements between islands. Interesting bit about SKorea's film industry and the leaps and bounds they made in 10 years. Part of the challenge here is to get those with the power to recognize the huge potential in the film sector will be worth the investment. I remain optimistic.

XD I know how you feel, but I'm more Xenia Warrior Princess 'take no prisoners', when I get crossed. Up to then I'm the sweetest person ha ha. BTW The Bahamas Festival is coming up and I'm going to try to give it a go. Having chatted with you and knowing you produce films as well as my interest in seeing the sector grow has made me decide to try to go to it. I was listening to a few of the film makers who are featuring films talk on a radio show about the sector the other day, and I thought they made valid points about the lack of support from Gov't, but seemed a little idealistic on how to grow the sector. They think its' 'simply do this or that'....you got to love em! :)
Re. Viki, I get it most of the time; only occasionally I will get a message that it has no license but later if I look up the same drama I'm sometimes able to access...so I don't know why or how that works.

I know what you mean about the boppers! I watched this on Viki, which is like undertaking a minor survey while you watch the drama, and LORD the stupid comments esp. the fan girls. Interestingly in the beginning there was quite a split in the viewers about which pairing in the triangle they liked best, which seemed to change more towards one particular pair as the drama progressed; or at least the hostility lessened. I liked that the writers made the young male lead quite mature and in some respects he was more mature than Hye Sung; but as I said when you can appreciate that his gift would have made him privy to people's thoughts how could he grow up innocent?
So lady, XD what you are watching Dog and Wolf, how are you enjoying it? I really liked it. I'm planning on watching Cruel City which I've been saving up like favourite food as I love Jung Kung Ho; he's such an elegant man :)

PrettyC what's up girl? XD Just finished I Hear Your Voice...brilliant, intelligent, very well written drama and well developed characters. The writers were ballsy in pushing the age envelope but they did it so well that it was credible and acceptable. Again another love triangle which was handled in a mature way. I loved the main female lead 'Jang Hye Sung'..she was charmingly rude (yes there is such a thing :)), lacking humility and has a temper but so sweet and smart and real gutsy! I must say RESPECT to Lee Bo Young who delivered her role with such panache! The lead male, the young and famous Lee Jong Suk who played Park Soo Ha, did a very good job with his role making his character believable so kudos to him. Though young in age, his character was very intelligent and mature beyond his years; that's understandable given his life experience at a very young age, and his gift which would have made him an unwilling voyeur of life from too early. I admired the fact that the writers did not try to gloss over the age difference but were sensible in how they dealt with it. Secondary characters and minor characters were also very well written and acted, and there was really good chemistry with this cast. Finally theres is a mix of humor, drama, thriller and romance in IHYV. If you can, try to watch it and hopefully it will be a great drama experience. I gave it a well deserved 9 and that's only because I don't give 10's unless they are Shakespearean (LOL) in the Drama List or 'Jet Li' HA HA.
Brilliant, intelligent drama with life lessons, very well developed characters with great acting. This is well worth the watch and hats off to the writers for 'pushing the envelope' with the romance element. Well done! Watch this with an open mind.

Hi PrettyC, just to say am on ep 9 of I Hear Your Voice, and so far I'm loving it. It's a very well written drama, with intelligent characters who for the most part make smart decisions probably with one exception LOL (biased against that character). Need to get my rear in gear if I'm gonna get to the J.O.B. on time. Have a good and productive day.

He's still hot and sexy! By all means come to Bahamas it's the best place in the world! Though I keep leaving to live elsewhere...hmm...but I always return at some point. You will enjoy this place esp. if I'm here ha ha. I'm planning on watching 'Petty Romance' feel in the mood to laugh after disappointment of no riding off into the sunset and will also try to watch 'I Hear Your Voice'. I tend not to split focus watching dramas as I want to give my full attention to the drama I've selected so we'll see how that goes. I'm late for work :) what's new! Though I do work late after hours most days...unfortunately can't do that today. :) have a good and safe day.

I can say this, even though it does end like that, it is a simple love story which is lovely, and the drama is so short that you don't invest too deeply so you won't cry buckets. Maybe a slight catch in the throat. I am an 'happy ending' type viewer and I found it tolerable and acceptable even if I wanted him to ride off into the sunset with his love. So it's not so so bad.
