I think it’s best to watch this drama without associating it with the prequel. That’s also the reason they recreated the flashbacks, so people don’t think about princess agent.
That’s the only way to enjoy this drama, and appreciate current actors without comparing them to the ones who’ve become most experienced and expensive now.
I think they still love Arthur from the princess drama, I actually didn’t finish that and for the first time I like the 2nd couple more (his sister and the doctor’s dynamic) and I finished dazzling days. Johnny was very good in portraying the emotions of the character.
His drama actually displayed modern day couple problems, when a woman has more power and money. He tried so hard to catch up without losing himself and what he really wants.
