Hi guys..is it worthy to watch? thanks
Know u probably have ur answer but the answer is no. If ur looking for a fantastic love story, decent plot, characters growth.....u WON'T FIND IT HERE. However, if ur bored and don't want to think too much with the story line....can withstand hours of stupidity of plots and characters.....then give it a try.

I'm enjoying this show....only because I took it for what it was worth. Everyone are great actors, don't let that fool you, it's just everything else was nonsensical, illogical, and made no sense thereafter. But I took this show for what it's worth and know that the plot, characters, and story had no direction. With that being said I'm enjoying the ride.

I had to drop it. The female victim mentality was too annoying. does it get any better??
LOL!!!!! That dream sequence had me rolling....I had to take off my headphones while watching and call it quits for the night. But i HAD to continue to watch and just had to ignore that part. Its all about Xiaoba 24/7. the other one doesn't know how to stand by her decisions, no conviction. i agree. they cannot help, only making things worse. I was like girl slow ur role YWY hasn't even LOOK at her....all his attention is on Xing'er and that is why she was starting to like him. Smdh...

I watched most of the dramas on the list, except for City Hunter and Love O2O, but i agree. Boys over flowers was my first drama and for a reason i feel like that should have been added as well but hey just my opinion. Playful kiss i watched because Kim Hyun Joong was on BOF and HAD to watch. but i hated and detested the drama because she was the main one stalking and loving him when he pretty much embarrassed and stressed it out he didn't like her. then all of a sudden he loved her.......

LMIYD is one of my favorite dramas, was what got me watching dramas again was soooooooooooooooooo good....but there relationship was kind of off. doesn't mean i don't love their relationship.....just that it was off.

Full house I just started watching and i'm liking the bakc and forth but if its for the rest of the 20 episodes then it can get tiring especially if its doesn't move from that one spot.

Hey guys! I'm pretty new to cdramas as this is my first drama that I've seen since growing up(mom used…
General and I, i suggest it only if you haven't read the novel (because its not the same and you will be disappointed) and you can withstand 60 episodes of back and forth of separation with the main leads. I suggest it because the main female lead Bai Ping Ting is like CQ or Xing'er in the aspect of intelligence. she still finds herself getting rescued by the main male lead but she knows how to get herself out of situation with or without him.

I despise her sisters.....well at most Xiaoba. She is so self-absorbed, so self-entitled, and covets and is envious after Xing'er or CQ. she refuses to recognize Xing'er as her family at the same time not against having her to protect them, refused to tell Xing'er about the truth of her birth, sees YWY as an enemy but is jealous that YWY likes CQ, and is not against leaving her when trouble draws near. those are the victim mentality i agree. the thing i love about YWY and Xing'er separation (i dislike it i do...YWY and Xing'er are goals) is that her sister are NOT near her to cause further BS.

I feel bad for the adorable Princess. She's so sweet to YX, helped him every time she can and remained on…
I agree as well. she has been annoying to me throughout and thought her love was childish.....but she has proven me wrong. she goes against her family and tries her hardest to protect him and save him.i'm over here creating a subdrama with the princess and Yan Xan and that they somehow end up together and know that's not going to happen....hehe...

Its sad she is naive and innocent, her and her brother (though he is aware of certain situations) and if she is getting used by Yan Xan in the future that's even more heartbreaking as she was literally ready to die with him....she is that ride to die chick and its sad that she is one of the casualities thanks to her father killing his family.

I agree with Yan Xan getting revenge but if he is doing like this its tactless and not smart. he needs to go after the targeted people who actually harmed his family. the emperor, yuwen huai, and zhao xifeng. but it seems he is not doing that and is just enveloping everyone into the mix where he is going to turn full off the grid and lose everyone around him.

Who else are excited and can't wait for next week episodes? I saw in the previews that Yuwen Yue will meet…
I was almost at that point sadly, almost i was , but YWY has done sooooooooooooooooooo much for Xing'er its not even funny. Plus everything he has done for her has never been an hidden motive. he has done so because he was intrigued and thought she would be an assest, then slowly to him caring and then slowly because he loves her. even when she thinks he has betrayed her he has always looked out for her, no matter what.

Yan Xan did care for her and loved her as well. After his family died its more of a dependency and need to be with her. he needs someone just like him who has been kicked down, abandoned (perceived in Xing'er case by YWY), and in a drive to get revenge to keep him going. I'm not saying he doesn't love her....but he has gotten so clouded and jaded that the love has shifted to someone he needs to help him get revenge.

The difference being Yan Xan has been impulsive and simple. he goes outright and fight for Xing'er and will protect outright even if his enemies are using her as bait. but that might change as the episodes progresses as it seems that he will be using her trust to just drive on his hatred and revenge. the same could be said for YWY but he plans, thinks, and measures out the situation. he would save and protect Xing'er but he is not against at times in making himself seem like the bad guy or a murderer in order to do so.

Finally all cut up and dannnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnggggggggggggggggggggggg Yan Xun....dannnnnnnnnnnngggggggggggggggggggggggg!!!!! It's very rare for me to cry in dramas (i'm an emotional person but its just not easy for me to cry) but i was during the part where he had to identify his relatives and he kept getting up despite them shooting him with the arrows. then his mother talking about each member of her family member, i'm like my gosh.....that's class right there. that's courage and bravery being able to identify each of your family member and look at their killers and not try to kill them....class right there.

Then cried with CQ or Xing'er believing that YWY betrayed her...her crying that she was almost close to trusting him...I don't think she was close....she already did trust him whether or not she really believes it.....but that was just....ugh....then once again when YWY believed that Xing'er was dead......ughhhh....then putting her bells on his sword (didn't she break it before she fell off the tower in the Green Hills Court??? so did he put it all back together again....ughhhhhh my heart!!!).

It's just so much misunderstandings and it lays in part with YWY. I agree with whoever said his flaws is that he lets everyone thinks he is such a cold hearted and cold person. Everyone, from the princess and prince of Wei to the other dude (don't remember his name but he is cousins to the drug addict with vampire teeth who tried to attack Yan Xun when he was on house arrest) didn't believe he was trying to help Yan Xun. all saying YWY was heartless and betrayed his best friend when in reality he was trying to give Yan Xun extra time, a way out, somehow so he wouldn't get killed. I get it I'm saying this because i'm just in the audience and i could see the thoughts behind YWY actions, seeing how he had never shot the arrow that stopped Yan Xun from escaping, racing like a madman to save Xing'er after he placed the needle in her to save her, how he guarded the prison against the assassins that were trying to kill Xing'er etc....but its like dang its just sad and frustrating everyone thinks he is so heartless and cold but more so the two people he cares about.

Then Yan Xun, I miss his cheery and goofy side but this whole darker side has made him much more appealing.......I don't know if his voice went down several octaves but dang.....I'm actually waiting for his revenge track and cannot wait to see it to come true.

The Princess or Chun'er.....this girl has been annoying since the beginning i watched this show but during the whole ordeal with Yan Xun and after last episode.....I feel nothing but pity. If i thought her love for Yan Xun was nothing but petty childishness that was going to be put to flames....she stuck it out almost putting her life on the line to save him more than once. Although its obvious he sees her as nothing but an enemy (after wanting his coat burned as soon as she touched it and she pretty much unintentionally served him poisoned food) and she is going to be used more than once by the people around her....I actually feel sympathetic towards her character. She has proved she has loved Yan Xan and has tried to aided him in anyway possible but her naiveness, childishness, and being the daughter of the person who murdered his family has put her as his enemy. I actually wish she has a better end for her but based on the spoilers that's not possible.

how come the rating is only 8 it should be 10 .I love this drama I watched General and I but this drama is one…
I give all dramas a 10/10 when i start out. then decrease it when i finish the drama or leave it if its really good. i rarely give a drama below a 7, unless it was utter (and i mean utter garbage). but i agree with jamie as well, if YWY and CQ are not end up goals, then it will be an 8/10 as well.

Victim mentality......it was really in the first few episodes but can you really blame her? She has no memories, forced into slavery, watched 29 women around here either get eaten to death by wolves or shot to death by crazy ass men. But it doesn't last for very long. The episodes go so smoothly so you won't be waiting for long for her badasseryness to check in. does she have other flaws yes, along with the other characters as well, but this is great watch. the only downfall is the whole palace thing, i don't care for it much. this is a really, really, really, really, really great drama....haven't watched a drama like this in years. She reminds me of Angelababy role in General and I when it comes to the intelligence part.

Yan Xun ah... Your mother is so dignified and courageous. Her strength is inspiring, until she decided to die…
I agree with your comment as well Yuko. I might ship Xing'er with YWY but Yan Xun's reaction is completely expected. He did everything by the book, don't stand out, don't be too obvious, be as quiet, don't raise your voice, act like a clown, act like an idiot so no one thinks you are a threat, don't get involved with the princess, be as inconspicuous as possible, and etc...but still his family got killed. It didn't matter what he did....the fact remained the King of Wei was suffering through paranoia that somehow Yan Xun's father was going to attack and kill him. A man that saved his ass numerous of times in the past and in various wars was going to take his place and his kingdom. Yan Xun reacted how anyone else would. Based on the fact(i didn't watch it but going based on spoilers) that his only friend pretty much had his hands tied and backed away from the situation, what is a person supposed to do. if anyone, they would have had enough. they did things right and it didn't work. the played by the rules and it didn't work. so what's next? it seems everyone doing things bad are the one's winning so why not do the same?
I don't agree with it but that is the thought process i believe yan xun is slowly developing and despite how i might not like it, its a decision and thought process that will happen to someone who loses everything despite playing by the rules.

I feel so bad for Yuwen Yue. I should be feeling bad for Yan Xun, but I am just like poor Yuwen Yue.
He is continously misunderstood. I am going based on the fact I am still stuck on episode 18 (had exams and really had to focus on studying) but he does things without explaining himself which is what is supposed to be done normally. He doesn't make a grand entrance but helps secretly. Even with the letter that he intercepted from Yan Xun to his father (which most likely will be blamed on YWY) was to prevent a war. but since Xing'er was snooping, when ish goes down, will she believe that it was YWY who has lead to this whole madness of Yan Xun losing his family? I fell for YWY although i sympathize with Yan Xun. But perhaps more so i feel for YWY because no matter how many ppl he loses he still stay true to himself despite that the situation cannot be compared, it still takes a lot to still stay true to yourself despite all the shit that goes down.

From the synopsis she falls in love with Yan Xun no Yu Wen Yue, I feel like dropping this drama already.
I was worried about starting this drama because I really like Lin Geng Xin (every since Scarlet Heart) and if Xing'er wasn't going to end up with his character....then i was like no. But since watching until ep 16....its MORE than obvious whose she is ending up with...Yuwen Yue. There has not been any interest shown beyond at most friendship with Yan Xun. Though I like his character, for now seeing as the spoilers have already dictated he will turn evil, it just seems like a onesided love (maybe turned obsession???? idk never read the book...making guesses here). Heck he has been the one to give her the classic drama eyelocks the smiles, hand holds (or is it sleeve hold??) smirks, jealousy, and etc exchanged between Xing'er and Yuwen Yue should have been more than obvious as to what's going on and what's going to happen.

Have to agree as well. Cdramas have been making such a huge impact with me as of late. Kdramas have been disappointing me as of late or just haven't stuck enough with me to continue past certain episodes.

This show is toooooooooo freaking addictive. I promised myself not to watch, watch it until all subs, all episodes are out so I can marathon it within any problem. People said it was addictive I was like....I doubt it. 16 hours later of no sleep and I'm on ep 16. Its like a drug....literally. Love everything about this drama the leads, their chemistry, their interactions, second leads, just everything. there are annoying characters (her sisters for one) but its just SO DARN GOOD!!! Haven't had a drama do this to me in almost years and that says alot.
