Title Dear X Spoiler
if she returns to her husband, she won't expose him. Exposing him would ruin her life too because the money and…
She really was. The terrible comment I heard was someone say "you can't manipulate ppl who wanted to be manipulated". That only made sense for Jeo-o because he worshipped the ground she walked in and in his eyes, she could do no wrong. But that doesn't make him right. Or her. She conned the baseball player and the actor by putting on a performance that she actually had a soul.

I said you could blame the victim for falling for the scam if you want to, but the real villain is still the scammer.

Someone tried to act like I was being misogynistic because I held her accountable for her actions. They felt like the men basically had it coming and that she can't use ppl who did what they did for her willingly. Thus ignoring the fact that she was lying to them the whole time.

The ppl defending. Her are scary.

Exactly. That mindset actually worries me, TBH. Because if they can't see how she was wrong, I wonder how they treat ppl in real life. Do they take other ppl's kindness for weakness and continue to use those ppl to get as much out of them as they can and when ppl call them out on their BS, do they cry victim?

Because when you defend others in their evil, that speaks volumes about your moral compass and character as a human being.

I'd rather they said. Oh she was evil and abusive, but I still liked her. Instead of acting like she was just a victim of circumstances that were out of her control and thus she had to do what she could to survive.

No, she told them ahead of time .. I'm going to date that actor for a year then break up. She inserted herself into that poor man's life, like she did with the cafe owner, and took everything they had to give under the pretense that she was a better person than she was. And didn't even have the common decency to visit the cafe owner is prison to apologize or thank him. She even got rid of evidence that could have helped him. She didn't go to the funeral or even issue a statement publicly when her ex killed himself after their break up that she planned and did so cruelly. Then she wants to wonder why the fans turned against her.

She didn't like the feeling of being thrown away, but that's what she did to everyone around her all of the time.
She deserved what she got in the end.

Oh, I wholeheartedly disagree with those who defend her. Those who do don't see any wrong in her actions. They feel she is justified in how she treated people even when she set them up to begin with. They don't see any problem with her cruel dismissal of those who helped her when she no longer needed them. Even the two men who stayed with her until the end, she ONLY called them when she needed them and that's when she was trying to get payback on other ppl or protect herself from others using her dirt against her.

She wasn't a nice person, so I don't defend her at all. Her past abuses doesn't give her the right to treat ppl the way she did. So we agree on that too.

If you're going to root for the villain, at least acknowledge that they are the villain, that's how I see it. I liked Hannibal from the TV series, but I didn't want him to succeed. I just enjoyed his character as a crafty adversary.

Boy are you speaking my language. Exactly. She is boring. The ML is carrying the series. I did love when she slapped him and the camera froze on his face and his expression was hilarious to me .. and sexy.

I agree! It’s exhausting and frustrating at this point.
It really is cause first of all, lady what plans do you have Once you leave? Before she died, she wanted to get married. Now she married to a man who is obviously on her side and cares for her and yet she's acting like that not part of her plan. She doesn't even know what she wants to do or if she'll survive this revenge game.

Also, I find her annoying in the sense that she is the one who came to him to say let's work together, but she doesn't include him in her schemes and tells him to mind his own business when he has to save her or if he asks her questions. At least it seems to be more willing to work with him now.

Making a S2 isn't necessary to me either. Seeing her end in S1 was satisfying enough for me. But as far as ppl not liking her for her personality being illogical... All one needs to do is look at at the comment section for those who defended her actions. And to go a steady further, and look at reality. And history. There are ppl who are horrible and do atrocious things to others who have masses love them. That is illogical to ppl with solid morals, but not to them.

But I agree with you. We don't need a S2. Are imaginations can take it from here. 😂

It was captivating. I knew he was about to be a foil and was all about control. I wish they had more time to develop that plotline. He came in on the end and there was potential for more scheming between them. I think it would have ended with her killing him and getting away with his murder. She is a master manipulator and there are always someone she can target. Good natured ppl who will want to protect her, not everyone will believe the documentary about her. Hell, real life teaches us that. My prediction is that she would find another man willing to kill her husband for her and she gets to keep all the money and power as Chairwoman of his companies.

If she can convince someone else to release it. Even if nothing happens to Do-Hyuk, like Jun Seon said, if nothing else his image will be tarnished and it will affect his businesses even if he doesn't go to jail. Many ppl are fickle and easily swayed, so like he said if pressed , he might be able to clean up his image and no doubt, his men will take the blame for the murder with his influence. That is why I found his character interesting. Like she met her match. Would have liked to see more of them ramming heads in the struggle to gain power and control over the other.

She may not be able to bounce back as an actress, but she is still a rich man's wife. Her dirt has already been aired. There isn't anything her hubby can hold against her. However, she still has that leverage against him that can be used to keep him in line. What she doesn't have anymore is back up. But she is also the type to find someone willing to help her as long as she plays the sweet victim. Her husband will probably be too worried to divorce her because she has that evidence against him. He'll behave until he figures out a way to get that evidence from her.

I admit, her husband's character was interesting to me because he was also a villain and it was like she met her match and I wanted to see them become the War of the Roses, so to speak.

if she returns to her husband, she won't expose him. Exposing him would ruin her life too because the money and power he had that she was attracted to goes away as well. And now that her public image is in the crapper because the real person she is was exposed, she's going to need a safety net.

I said what I said and proved my points. I don't feel like getting into discussions with ppl who can't see how she hurt others and think all of her actions are justified. It's actually pretty scary mindset. All you see is her fighting back when ppl attacked her. But you DON'T see how she preyed on ppl's kindness and didn't have any compassion for others or genuine feelings past what ppl could do for her. She used their love, and concern for her in order to use them to get her way. And I'm done talking about it. I said what I said.

OMG EXACTLY!!!! it's interesting how many ppl don't see this glaring personality flaw. They act like because she was abused as a kid, that she gets a get out of jail free card for how she treats everyone else, no matter how cruel, it's not her fault. They say this because the men helped her of their own free will, completely ignoring the fact that she schemed her way into their lives, manipulated them into thinking she was vulnerable, sweet and kind, and used them until their usefulness was over.

I saw her exactly for who she was and my empathy only went so far. When ppl attacked her, I liked that she fought back. But after what happened with her dad, I saw that she wasn't just someone who will fight back. She is someone who will hurt others to get what she wants. That proved her villainess role.
