Are we supposed to care about Thoop just because he is the brother of the girl Cher loved? Literally WHO CARES? He was nothing but a nuisance and condescending as hell. He can go die and it wouldn't make any difference for anyone
Thee and Zo look good together as a couple but i feel like they are not adding anything to the serie and its mostly…
Thoop is such a useless character is almost makes me angry. They could have made him so much more grey and have Laem always be in a literal emotional turmoil because they always had an amazing relationship. But he's just... Annoying and obviously has bad intentions it's stupid.
I don't care if this sounds petty as hell: Why couldn't Thee just properly, honestly apologise? I understand, it's supposed to be funny and humour, but the topic itself was presented seriously because it's in direct connection to Jack's depression and how much he is supposedly suffering. You can't make depression seem like a serious, life altering thing and then NEVER show how it has actual consequences. Such performative bullshit just be 'aware'
Lol. Interesting observations. Just goes to show how not great this series is--when you start noticing their hair…
I have to say I like to look at things like cinematography, colours, lighting etc. because I find it really interesting. Gmmtv usually has great colours and angles just the audio seems to be an issue for some reason. And they have so much resources so it's really weird.
I don't really look at fashion and hair, but I guess because there wasn't really a lot happening you have no choice but try to find interesting things 😂
The only thing I don't understand is Three getting angry... AGAIN? Just to basically learnt the same lesson he literally just did? Weird, nonsensical decision.
I wished Jack would at least get a bit more angry than just the job thing, that's such a general insult. Why not let Thi, instead of being a pushover just say a throwaway line he didn't mean. Jack finds it incredibly insulting, has a half mental meltdown, rage quits and Thi has to go after him and let his words from the last episode follow some actions. Maybe he... read up on what a chronic depression is and how hard it is for the people who have to deal with it? And then he can properly apologise to Jack and they can emotionally bond as friends. Would have way more affective
Props to the hair and makeup department, they killed it. The hair is always on point even when the audio isn't, that's dedication. As usual I do think a bit of blush wouldn't have killed them, but it seems like they're always allergic to the simple idea of it
This has to be a fucking joke. Do they really have no idea what international support means? Well then they can keep their shitty show, if we're being treated as afterthoughts
It was an adorable watch, definitely. Way too rushed though, but that's what happens when you throw 48 chapters into 10 episodes with 12 minutes of screen time. I will never understand why korean companies keep doing these way too short episodes when there is so much lore to explain.
However I just have one question: What was the point of adding Dennis? He did pretty much nothing for the main story- which is a shame because I think Yousung did very well. So why not give him a bit more back story? Make him a more 3D character. What was his purpose? Just be the stupid 2nd interest for the main guy? And then cause drama in the last episode? Come on!
But it was still cute, they have nice mellow energy together.
So... Nueng is just over his emotional trauma from seeing his mother get shot right in front of him? After like a day? No start of light ptsd symptoms since the same exact thing also happened when his dad died? No emotional throwbacks or panic attacks?
Oh he wants to be on the beach and make out with Palm, yet still treat him like a peasant servant? Yeah that checks out, very normal behaviour.
Sometimes I have to come back here to read some comments or reread my own. I will never forget this, bless every week we spend watching and commenting, what an unforgettable time.
I'm so here for Palm and Maggie's friendship. They're so open and supporting each other. Maggi is out there, doing her thing and even though Palm is a bit jealous he's nothing but supportive and she hopes he one day will find a voice for himself and do what he wants.
I need this in more dramas! No romantic tension, just friendship and supporting each other
I definitely find him adorable and an odd choice for a bully role, but I also think there's nothing wrong with…
That fits perfectly to my comment too! I have only seen him in one major role where he played a stoic... Nerd. I think they were going for nerd at least. When he feels the most natural (like in the eclipse after episode 10) when he plays a more carefree and open character. He has a very expressive tone and face, especially his eyes and nose. I don't understand why they wouldn't push him more into a direction like that.
Of course maybe he doesn't WANT to play characters like that, totally possible. Or he wants to try and get into a more serious character style. I also really liked him in Star in my mind, and later on when the eclipse allowed to have a little bit more of a personality than 'seems sus'. He is not bad at acting! I apologise if my words were too harsh. I hope they will come back to his character here and not just suddenly cut him up when he JUST started to become a more 3d character.
I don't understand why gmmtv continues to give Pawin roles where he has to act as a bully or bad guy. He's not... Cut out for that at all. No offence but he's what 160cm and has the haircut of a freshman with a Minecraft addiction. He has a soft, light voice, big, dark eyes. He is not intimidating, nor scary is any way. Maybe it's just me, but he should either pick up some acting classes or gmmtv has to stop putting him it such roles.

It's adorable and hilarious, not scary lol
