As much as I dislike connections that one discovers for plot convenience, it would have been really, really interesting had Ji Hyung been romantically involved with Ae Ri.
I know this hasn't been everyone's cup of tea since it began airing, but I'm honestly enjoying it a lot! It has…
With Ma-eum being dense, she probably doesn't realize her own attraction to Joon Young - someone in a reddit thread mentioned she tends to touch him a lot, despite their formality with each other (well, until ep 10 happened). I am really, really hoping next week will make her see him in a different light. Or at least acknowledge his feelings.
Need episode 11 and 12 now! The spotlight has been shifted to Joon Young's story. I hope this hurting boy gets a dose of Ma Eum, since he gravitates towards her when upset.
I am assuming the reason Ae Ri passed away has a lot to do with Man Chul's enemy, not Man Chul himself. I really want the mystery to be solved and for Joon Young to being happy in his workplace again. It's surprisingly very hard to see him so confused and low spirited and angry.
Feels like Joon Young is slightly jealous of the attention Ma Eum gave to Ji Hyung leaving. But ep 11 preview hinted at her finally looking at JY in a different light -- she is very responsive to hurting people, and learning about his older sister and being receptive of his low spirit will stir something. Or so I hope anyway
Am I the only one who thinks Ma Eum's wardrobe isn't bad? I am actually loving it, really complements her character. She looks comfortable and confident in what she's wearing, and that translates on screen.
i know this might be stretched but in a parallel universe, a romance story line between sin daeryung and on maeum…
I shipped them until he expressed that he thinks of her as his diety - the power dynamic is too off, his attachment to her almost unhealthy, though it hasn't translated into anything toxic or wrong. I'm just hoping he gets help.
Shin Dae Ryuk is so clearly not neurotypical and needs a lot of help and support. His attachment to Ma Eum is also unhealthy. His condition is being addressed slowly, so hopefully they'll handle it sensitively.
For all those who might have gotten confused by comments about the romance: it's there, and there's no love triangle to worry about. And it's between the rookies, Joon Young and Ma Eum.
Audience here has been looking at how Ji Hyung behaves around Ma Eum with a lens that it *will* turn into something, but that's the wrong way to look at a very platonic, mentor-mentee relationship. The instances where he's apparently jealous, he's just curious; and the instance where he apparently looks longingly at Ma Eum, he proceeds to look at the entire team the same way due to his attachment to them. So nothing to worry about, really.
Apparently about a married couple with secrets. Husband's a spy, wife has her secrets that she can't reveal, something she did to protect her family, and they have a daughter.
For me, it would be best with no hints of romance whatsoever, they are not necessary at all. Especially with Ji…
If they are going to push JH and Ma Eum together, I will be very turned off. Their current dynamic is so fun and pure, why do they need to add romantic motivation on JH's end?
Can anyone share the webtoons Ma Eum refers to in order to encourage the artist of the Feeb webtoon (forgot his name)? Or are those fictional as well? I am getting really curious about webtoons now

Platonic relationships are so underrated.
