First an overload of cuteness; then by episode 8 you are scratching your head -- still have 8 more to go. Keep asking myself - why - healthy and wealthy strong men and women have bodyguards and the weak wife who is driving me crazy (IQ and EQ somewhere hovering below 100) is walking around like she is Ms. Bulletproof. Really don't want to drop but I am becoming frustrated with drama with so much potential - initially

I'm glad - historically women have had the hardest time in a male dominated society and it is good that throughout the world women are treated with respect -- it is just harder when the treatment of women harshly is considered entertainment Change is good. Now if we can stop any offensive touching it would be better

This level of touching (to the point of pulling without consent) is a crime called battery in US. I understand the cultural difference for entertainment sake. Right now in many countries the #MeToo movement is a defensive shield for this behavior. and a savior for many women in the future. Interesting that it is portrayed in a contemporary(2019) drama.

Oh should say I just finished Sanaeha Diary Series; Gub Dug Pitsawat. A drama that should have had lots of slaps - just in principle but the writers took the high ground.

I'm about 2 months new --a binge watcher so I have at least 20 under my belt now. I understand the slap and kiss genre of Lakorns (similar to the white truck and piggy back in k dramas). You expect to see it and oftentimes fits the writers intent. But I have noticed a progression in the more recently produced Thai lakorns that have reduced the amount of slapping and rape scenes (more your imagination now). I am just amazed that there is constantly a pulling of Min (her wrist should be dislocated by now). I am still hanging in there until the end. Watching KrongKam as well. Guess I am comparing the human responses.

I can't get over how much Sila is in Min's face - pulling her and forcing her movements. A lot of violence towards women and among women to the point of overdone for the "shock" effect but it does not add to the story - only distracts from it. Haven't abandoned yet since invested more than 50%.

What a good movie. I agree the ending hurt but the movie was well done and acted.

Too much push and pull for me. There is a level of goodness that exists in everyone and a level of tolerance that doesn't involve self sacrifice. The chemistry was good and the need to be constantly "good" was pretty boring. Watched on Dramacool.

Ok I give up - you are the expert and I am a novice. I have discovered that most lead men in Thai dramas (I have watched) are exceptionally handsome. So I really don't care who the female co-stars are in these dramas.

ok -- are they always matched up in Thai dramas? Are they married to each other? I have to do research on their previous roles and personal history. They may not want to be typecast as a fixed couple so they can get a variety of roles independently. Just my thoughts

I'm new to Lakorns so I don't understand your comment. James looks like he is a high school student in this drama and Bella looks like she is 10 years older or more than him. I can understand why they were not paired -- drama is good -- you may miss a good one.

Watching - waiting for episodes 14 and 15 to be subbed (on the utube) after marathoning this drama. I am super impressed with the writing, the casting and the character development. There are so many story lines in this drama all centered cleverly with a family base, that you never get bored. I am new to Thai dramas but have been marathoning as many as I can for a month now -- this one has been the best of the best -- although I originally ranked Khluen Chiwit as my # 1.

Thoroughly enjoyed this drama. It has its own unique flavor of romance so the story is extremely interesting. Enough story lines to maintain interest throughout and worth the time viewing. Worth watching as the story grows each episode.

Read reviews and gave this Lakorn a try. 20 episodes was too long for the story that was being told. I have a complete opposite view of this drama. It actually made me frustrated. I always look for women to have natural and intelligent reactions to situations, whether love, revenge, hate, danger or even relationship with family. This was off the hook crazy. In the middle I was actually hoping the lead woman would get shot -- and I felt guilty. She was quirky but not charming to me. I rated this drama a 7.0 at best and yes, as other comments indicated - this was more of a K drama - just minus the white truck. The male lead was pure eye candy.

you are welcomed - there are some gems on the channel but a lot of them are not translated -- I struggle to watch without subs sometimes.

Yes, James is in it -- and his character is pivotal but not as major as you would expect. I'm retired so I can watch dramas all day. Just lost English in Ep 12/1 but will patiently wait for the subbers who are really good - both in Love Destiny and this drama. Using your list to find another drama to watch while I wait. Thanks again for the "enlightenment." Watching Kill It and Fiery Priest K dramas - but don't know if any other dramas are worth my time in K dramaland right now.

You have opened an entire new world of drama watching in my life. I have watched about 10 lakorns since your article - I hope you are watching Krong Kang on You Tube -- it is the best of the best -- even better than Love Destiny (which I thought was the best after watching). K dramas are in a writing slump, and daily dramas are just horrible --- this genre of dramas is really worthy of time watching. Please write an article on Krong Kang so new people can experience the joy of Thai Lakorns.

Okay binge drama. Screaming and fighting throughout. Not a drama for everyone because you have to excuse unacceptable behavior by male lead to accept the writers intent. With that said, the behavior of almost every character in this drama is subject to scrutiny and criticism but the ending was satisfying.

Two great actors that made a rom- com perfect. She is beautiful - he is handsome and they were both giggly and acted like teenagers in love. TSpecial drama to enjoy . Loved it - giving it a 10 because the writers didn't drop the ball at the end -- perfect ending and satisfying.
