This is sad but we all know that "love will find a way" -- if it is love. Human beings living in South Korea drama world and K pop world are not defined as "human". They are not allowed to be "normal", they are not allowed to make "choices" they are not allowed to "make mistakes" they are not allowed to "express opinions" they are not to allowed to "enjoy their lives" without criticism, reporters, social media attacks and/or agency controls, Could they go out on a date? Could they just walk the streets and hold hands? Before they got married could they even truly date and experience each others faults and failures? Probably not possible. I have come to believe that this society has become a land of "Ken and Barbie dolls which we have all put in dollhouses and we control. The Kpop industry is another example of suppression of freedoms to the point of "unnatural "behaviors of their biggest stars. Unnatural to fans and press but in our own households -- our kids are experiencing sex and love at early ages (although we are in denial) -- no need to look for prostitutes; and experienceing drug use as early as junior high school. They get reprimanded and life goes on and their careers and dreams continue. Not so in South Korea -- HEADLINE NEWS! CONDEMNATION! RESIGNATION FROM CAREER! DEPRESSION! DEATH (sadly - I cried to just read yesterday's news). "Life will find a way" -- we need to step back and let people love, live , be happy, fail, learn from their mistakes, and rejoice in God given talent and treat entertainers as human beings --- they are entitled to make mistakes -- even in love or life choices- that is why God made erasures. We should not have opinions about other's lives -- as Michael Jackson said so succinctly his song -- MAN IN THE MIRROR.

I'm watching this Lakorn now and loving it except for one thing, the terrible violence against most of the women.…
I had the same opinion of this drama, initially. I had to watch other Lakorns to fully understand that this is the genre of "shock and emotional investment" that the writers want. You watch dramas and if you have any violent tendencies you want to slap some of these stupid mindless offensive characters. The difference is culturally it can only be a thought. I began to accept this art form and why wee are all different and come from different backgrounds. Another member corrected my thinking after I added an intolerance to pulling her around. comment.

Okay drama - light romance at best. Watched on Netflix. Really wish some of these dramas were a little maturer. The male lead was really a cutie pie.

Title Missing You
What a soul searching movie - the ending - wished for just a little more. But bullying - and betrayal and abandonment are themes that permeate this entire movie.

I want to affirm that this is a solid 10 and a must watch for every drama watcher. Initially binged watched about 14 episodes then realized that I was addicted "like a rabid raccoon". Looked for it daily, on every stream portal, watched without subs, watched the preview clips and finally discovered the site for the translators (Just Another Muse) and join their Facebook to get the latest English Sub Versions. One day my husband commented that he had seen one scene at least 5 times (not true) - but I was addicted. Although this is classified as a Lakorn and many may not watch because of unfamiliarity- I am new to the genre of Thai dramas and this surpassed my interest for the entire 2019 and I watch Korean, Chinese and Taiwanese dramas. Great article and really glad you wrote it for others to appreciate a different and amazing drama with good script and great actors.

Are you that crude and ignorant in 2019? My grandmother is less neanderthal than you.
Had to look up what IMO meant - I am a neanderthal. Never watched one minute of this drama so I have no opinion about the beauty or acting skills or even this drama. Back to watching Tawainese , Korean and Chinese dramas for the next six months. Got tapped out watched revenge and slap and kiss. After Hua Jai Sila nothing will compare for a while -- the best of the best.

Weekend binge drama. Very soft rom com but moving in the area of romance. Was unhappy with the chemistry. Bei Er Do seemed to childest and unemotionally attached to the Ye Shu Wei throughout the 24 episodes. More of a stand on the sideline romance and watch things develop around her before any commitment. Gave it an 8 and not worth binge watching unless you are bored stiff and plan to be bored further.

Right up my alley then! ;-)
I can't make it out of doctor's office without forgetting...ha ha. Aging has its consequences...generally brain dead from binge watching too many boring dramas.

I have zero recollection of this drama - you go for it. I have become addicted to Thai Lakorns in 2019 and binge watching the point of sleep deprivation. Check out Hua Jai Sila (all 27 episodes subbed). Last one I completed and excellent.

An accurate review. Waited to watch after binge watching to episode 12. The entire drama moved me - then after episode 15 I felt the Korean cliches beginning to form the apex of the drama. 14 then the art exhibit and a neat way to expose her as a fangirl after proposing.was all that was neated -- the twists and turns and car accident, and memory lost and I'm sorry all over the place was not needed. .

What a mean spirited comment. I came here today only because my MDL new Friend recommended I try out this Lakorn. Shocked to see your response to an honest personal opinion. MDL has always been the place to "open your heart" and truthfully express your personal opinions about the dramas. Name calling seems so out of place and should be banned. Since I am a neanderthal grandmother and enjoy watching Lakorns and enjoy and rely on the opinions of others I hope that you find it in your heart to restrain from using bad or critical language to a person that is simply posting their valued opinion. Not trying to offend you but suggesting that you don't fall into the trap of using social media as a place you say things that you would never say to someone's face. Please apologize to
Aalae.

The ending could definitely have been better. But I definitely still recommend this drama because the acting was…
And I would also - I was completely immersed in the superior acting and the storyline - I have probably watched about 400 plus dramas and 95% of them I have forgotten (short term memory loss). However, this drama always stuck with me because it was so good (until the end).

I got you .. I liked My Love Eun Dong too but I think towards the end it got a little boring for me . I had to…
Just felt too many compromises at the end for the sicko she was living with. If you really love someone to the level of love they shared through the years the failure to communicate for a long time (weak) then the weak reunion... walking towards each other just seemed a total failure of emotional commitment. Disappointed in end.

your list is perfect - especially for romantics. My only warning comment is My Love Eun Dong - 95% of the drama was perfect. The 5% I won't be a spoiler but I did enjoy and it is underrated. Like maturer themed dramas since most viewers are not teenagers and should understand or have experienced true love. These dramas all give you the "feels".

Not a favorite - decided to fanboy dramas with Nadech in it after watching 3 really good Lakorns that he starred in recently. This drama was mediocre to me and challenging. I guess the word dumb, dumber and dumbest kept coming up as the episodes and story progressed. The actors did what they could with the material given but story was flat because of lack of sincerity from the writer who chose to be a "match that was going to be lit" for almost every situation. After a while got tired of this cycle of story telling or what someone would call roller coaster romance.
On Duang Jai Akkanee May 15, 2019
Very cute and funny initially but quickly advances to a very serious maturer themed drama. . The chemistry is off the charts for the leads. Plot well written
and although I wished more screen time for secondary actors it was worth all 12 episodes of time.
