Since the drama didn't mention, we can't know for certain. But there are lots of possible methods. She can't leave,…
From her conversation with the soldiers at beginning ep 2, it seems she had interactions with them though its not clear how often.

Title The First Jasmine Spoiler
Those stupid, stubborn men should've gone down the mountain. Why was their ego so big? If they wanted to die,…
They stayed to defend principles they believed were worth dying for. Had they emerged from the mountain, they would have been forced to ratify the ED's ascent as emperor in her own right. Had they refused, they'd have been put to the knife anyway. Remember that was 5 years ago, the emperor was still a child. And in the end, their deaths forced the the ED to step down.

Title The First Jasmine Spoiler
Worst case the ED gets sent to copy scriptures at a nunnery. Mothers of emperors don't get executed but maybe…
Lol - I would also be happy if you are right about Lingyun. I just think given her high status and the fact that her death brought them to the brink of war, there is no way that both the Dachu investigators and Cangbei delegation would be so careless as to pronounce her dead if she wasn't.

Well so far the emperor has not shown himself to be evil. He is just trying to escape being under his mother's…
Well certainly the ED is the main villain. And the emperor is green but at least he is not a bad guy and has good intentions. MXY needs somebody powerful to help him push his agenda and protect him from the ED.

Since 'Blossom' (2024) there's a trend in Chinese historicals to turn ML's hair white on one pretext or another.…
Actually this is a very, very, very old trope that most likely originates from the legendary scene from Jin Yong's Return of the Condor Heroes where the two side wisps of Yeung Gor's hair turns white overnight when his lover the Little Dragon Girl fell down Heartbreak Cliff and disappeared for 16 years. The most iconic version of this scene was played by Andy Lau in the 1983 HK TVB version of the story. The mainland Chinese of course try to take it to the next level by having their entire head of hair turn white overnight. At least TFJ is less OTT exaggerated about it. It was also one of the most early versions of falling down a cliff and not dying.

Title The First Jasmine Spoiler
The doctor's words about how losing someone you love deeply can lead to hallucinations really hit me throughout…
Worst case the ED gets sent to copy scriptures at a nunnery. Mothers of emperors don't get executed but maybe Consort Qin can come back to secretly poison her or something. I doubt the throne changes hands - Mo Jingli has disqualified himself by colluding with Cangbei to destabilize the dynasty. Feng's trip to Suixue should bring all this to light and lead to his banishment. I personally think there is zero chance Lingyun is alive. But maybe Feng will feel a little bit better after he kills Su Zuidie dead. I know many people think Feng's trip will deliver a romantic surprise but I think its purpose is to simply move the political plot forward.

Title The First Jasmine Spoiler
I don't think there were ever any monkeys on that mountain.
They are just the inanimate statues that guard the bridge to the place where she buried everyone. She is just terrified of them and runs away from them in her imagination because she doesn't want to accept/relive the reality of what happened at Lishan.

Well so far the emperor has not shown himself to be evil. He is just trying to escape being under his mother's thumb.

Oh yeah - I heard about this film's controversy. Apparently it undermined the CPC narrative of eradicating extreme poverty and just didn't showcase China's progress in a good light. Not sure what version is on Prime as I don't have Prime but apparently there is an international version that keeps the original ending.

Answer is on ep 33.
You should submit feedback to Tencent. I spam them regularly about the restrictions on express. And I make sure I mention both Youku and iQiyi let me watch express on my TV. That its too disappointing they are so backwards with their technology.

Title The First Jasmine Spoiler
I am sad to say that most likely she really did die. But maybe she does have a sister...
Its still possible but I doubt it. Its not like she fell off a cliff or was burned beyond recognition.

Answer is on ep 33.
No it won't work on your Samsung TV 's operating system. It doesn't work on my LGTV's WeTV app either. I only managed to get it to work if I play it on my AppleTV box's WeTV app.

Prince Ding/MXY is uncle to both current kid emperor and Prince Li. All are part of Royal Household. - The crown…
Nope, the next in line after Jing Li should be Mo Xiuwen's son, Xiuyao's nephew. I forget his name. In fact, arguably he should also inherit the Prince Ding title over Xiuyao's son. The only reason Xiuyao is Prince Ding is bc his brother was executed as a traitor so Xiuwen's son was disqualified from inheriting the title. Otherwise child or not, the kid would be Prince Ding. But now that Xiuwen is exonerated, the titles and line of succession should revert back to his son. Chinese were very strict about primogeniture - son of the son of the son.... lateral succession is very rare and only when all the sons of sons are dead.

Answer is on ep 33.
I suspect it works bc WeTV only checks when you start watching the episode whether you are on your iphone or ipad. If you resume playing, it can't tell that you are continuing from the AppleTV - esp if you are on the same wifi network. The key is to wait a few minutes and don't try to play the episode directly, click on resume playing. It only works on my AppleTV box WeTV app. It doesn't work on my LG TV WeTV app. But my mom doesn't have to do any of that stuff she can play it directly on her Sony GoogleTV. Good luck!
