The Flame and the Moth
This is a brilliant in-novel costume production with great actors and a captivating storyline that is lighthearted and funny.I love this adorable couple even if the “he is supposed to be with someone else”-trope is a bit annoying (as always for me).
But the chemistry and lightness makes it quite an enjoyable watch. Smart and capable FL with calm and warmhearted ML - my favorite kind. So, don’t miss out on this one.

Mysterious and interesting mini-show
This is an interesting mini-show. The storyline is mysterious and it’s hard to figure out what is behind all the actions of ML. That is always a good thing. The ending makes so much sense and even if it is a sad one, it is also the right one.Character wise:
FL is a kind woman whose blood is needed for ML to survive.
ML is a cold and emotionless man (or rather half-demon) who has to do certain things to lift a curse on him. He is very hard to read and manipulates people around him like puppets.
Acting wise this is not exactly top shelf, but it is absolutely not bad. The actors do a good job within the limited timeframe - and the chemistry between the main leads is off the charts. Their scenes are so intense that you cannot avoid being captivated.
Well, if you like stories that are hard to predict, this is a very nice watch.

“You need to be brave in love”
This is a wonderful show. The storyline is romantic, sweet and heartwarming - yet sad and heartbreaking.It’s a serious case of “You don’t know what you got until it’s too late” - or more precisely “You need to be brave in love”. Sometimes you need a wakeup call in order to man up and move forward - no matter the consequences.
Character wise we have this FL (singer) who has been in love with her friend for 10 years and this ML (director) who has been keeping her at an arm's length due to a promise he once gave his father. While ML is filming a dating-show where FL is paired up with another man, he struggles with his feelings that won’t allow him to let FL go even if she through psychotherapy has given up on her feelings towards him.
Acting wise this is top notch. The actors are great and the chemistry is very good.
So, if you love a mostly lighthearted romantic comedy/drama - with food for thoughts - this is definitely well worth watching.

Good short show with body-swap theme
This is a very good short show. The storyline is a bit mysterious since it’s a body-swap but other than that it’s funny until it gets more serious towards the end. The ending is quite rushed which is normal for these short shows - but at least it's happy.Character wise ML and FL have a great development from a lean-back (FL) and cold (ML) approach to life to a more loving and responsible approach since they both learn so much being in the body of someone completely different.
Acting wise this is good even if I didn’t really feel the chemistry between the two leads.
So, if you want something lighthearted with good character development, this is well worth watching.

Lighthearted fluffy romance with a fantasy theme
Warning: Contains a few spoilers.....This is a wonderful, funny show. The storyline revolving around scents is new and interesting. The love between the main leads becomes epic. It does help that it’s real kisses (lots of them) and not those fishy pecks on the lips, LOL.
One of my favorite characters is actually ML's younger brother, “Yu Ren”. He is so sweet, innocent and full of love. The way he helped his older brother with the unwanted love interest was brilliant. Every time he was in the picture I couldn’t help smiling - OMG, he was so cute. By the way, the BL-vibe is downright hilarious. I honestly couldn't help falling a bit in love with that character.
Character wise I loved that the two brothers had a good relationship - unlike so many dramas these days. I also loved the sacrifice the FLs two assistants (shopkeepers) made to give FL and ML a chance to fight for their love. It was extremely touching.
So, if you love a lighthearted, very sweet and funny romantic comedy - with a touch of drama before a very happy ending - this is a “Must watch”.

Harem story I shouldn't have watched
The tile alone should have kept me from watching this one. Sadly, I’m too stupid, so I watched anyway. I really hate this multiple wife universe where the women are little more than breeding vessels. No wonder those “B”s become scheming and calculating in order to survive.I know the relationship between the Emperor and FL was set to be some kind of “against all odds” love, but the scene where FL is in bed after the snakebite and him having sex with another woman, enjoying himself with a woman that isn’t even his concubine at the time, had me so disgusted with him, I almost stopped watching.
After watching anyway, I realized that the only character I actually liked in this was the Emperor’s brother, Lord Jin. At least he was smart and made conclusions based on facts.
Well, I guess this kind of story isn’t for me.

Sweet and enjoyable short show
This is a funny and romantic short show. The storyline might not be new and refreshing, but it is entertaining.Character wise:
FL is the author of a novel. She is smart and resourceful. She somehow enters the novel as a side character when she wants to change the course of the story.
ML is the hero in the novel and is set to marry a scheming girl. He is a calm, collected man who is good at martial arts. The appearance of FL turns his world upside down.
The side characters are really interesting and fun to watch.
Acting wise this is pretty good given the limited timeframe and comical aspect.
So, if you want something short and sweet, this is well worth watching.

Nice and interesting poor girl/rich man mini-show
This is a really nice mini-show. The storyline is interesting.Character wise:
FL is an orphan who was adopted by a professional hustler, leading to her taking up the same trade. She is kind and street-smart but longs to earn an honest living.
ML is the usual clever and cold on the outside CEO with a problematic relationship with his father who cheated on his mother.
Acting wise this is not top shelf but it’s pretty good. The actors do a fine job with their characters given the limited timeframe.
So, if you like a nice poor girl/rich man story, this is actually well worth watching.

Nice mini-show with revenge-plot
This is a nice revenge mini-show. The storyline is quite simple as is normal with these mini-shows but nevertheless entertaining.Character wise: We have this strong FL who is driven by her desire to revenge herself and a cheating financé who is selfish and suspective of nature. I liked FL because she stayed true to her revenge-plot but made sure nobody else was hurt because of it. ML was just a douchebag but I did understand his position since he was the only male heir to the Xia family and therefore needed to have children. But the way he and his mistress treated FL was despicable.
Acting wise this was not one of the best but the main characters were ok. Not bad enough to ruin the low budget show.
So, if you like stories with a revenge-plot - and have some time to waste - this might be something you would like.

Interesting and lighthearted timetravel story
This is such a sweet and wonderful mini-show. The storyline is quite simple. A modern girl has an accident on a film set. She wakes up as a concubine in historical times. The emperor becomes her task towards getting back to the real world. She solves some more or less easy tasks but her mission is to become the empress. That mission gets complicated when other characters get in her way and she starts to fall in love with the emperor.Acting wise this is actually high quality since the main actors are rather skilled. Nice to see that in one of these mini-shows.
So, if you like a romantic and interesting mini-show, this is well worth watching.

Definitely worth watching
This is actually a great mini-show. The setting inside a novel is brilliant. FL is an outside (the novel) person who is a professional “story-changer” and her job is to fix the problems in the novel in order to end the story correctly. In this novel she comes to occupy the wife of a cheating husband and wife beater. The way she handles matters is funny and entertaining.It may not be the best actors and the story does feel rushed but the things happening and the flow of the story is great.
So, if you like a bit of fantasy and a strong FL, this is definitely well worth watching.

Great “I Became the Bride of the Sea God”-story
This is a great, fantasy “I Became the Bride of the Sea God”-story with good actors and an interesting storyline.I loved the kind/adamant FL and protective/loyal ML and their very different love story.
Well, I was quite engaged in this one and liked the twist with FL’s identity.
This is well worth watching.

Nice “Revenge-plot”-story mixed with a “Power Struggle”-story
This is a nice “Revenge-plot”-story mixed with a “Power Struggle”-story with decent actors and a storyline that is rather basic, and not bringing anything new.The mix and the ending made it ok to watch but it was too slow. Actually I checked a couple of times to make sure it wasn’t on reduced speed, which I sometimes do if the subs are too fast. Since these were mediocre in the video I watched, it wouldn’t have mattered much.
Well, it’s a nice watch.

A fun watch if you need a break from dramas
This is a lighthearted and funny “Investigation / Power Struggle”-story with good actors and a sweet storyline with a splash of drama.Since they decided to make it slightly comical, the characters are a bit exaggerated and the romance is innocent (no kisses) but they were quite entertaining at times. For me it was a bit too lighthearted (a first for me, I think).
Nevertheless, it’s a fun watch if you need a break from dramas.

Nice "In-Game"-story that landed between two chairs
This is a nice and sweet “In-Game”-story with good actors.Sadly, the storyline seemed a bit wavering in being an investigative or a love-brain story, so it ended up landing between two chairs.
I can’t say I particularly liked this lecherous/sometimes headless/intrusive FL who didn’t really put to use her modern day skills and who seemed more interested in nailing this oblivious/clever ML rather than solving the cases. Not to mention that FL seemed quite a bit older than ML (although she really isn't), giving me "a Wolf staring at a Sheep"-feeling more than once. I know they went for a more realistic modern day woman versus ancient man, but they just overdid a bit.
The Game-arc worked very well and the Game-master was a brilliant touch (cute kid).
Well, it’s a nice watch.
