I am glad they left no loose ends ..there weren't random twist designed just to shock . Everything was actually explainable within the world of the drama. The mysteries were resolved, the loose ends were tied up, and so many earlier conversations suddenly made sense.

I normally hate dramas with scheming women but this one had me invested completely...

But going by douban standards I would say it around 5.9 or 6.1 on douban as they seem stricter

The Marquis is consoling his son to accept it as fate, not explaining....he protested along with his son when the bride was revealed (in ep 24), but shut up after it was announced that Hu Xing has arrived...
Assassins are sent for QY and Marquis is worrying about his household...QY is now Shen Run's wife...why will Marquis worry about assassins sent for QY??
And no, all audience closely watching the drama clearly know assassins was sent by Madam Hu...there are comments calling her out..

I am not denying criticism, but there shouldn't be unfair unfounded criticism...no drama however bad deserves 1 star

I think ratings should start from 3stars by default...drama is work of 100s of people, people working on sets and visuals, music team, costume team, story team and what not....everydrama will have something good...so 1 star is pointless acc to me

I meant cdramas are heavily censored...the amount of intimate scenes are much much lesser whereas Hollywood has them in almkst every episode
