they should’ve picked a generation more suitable for their drama props. Everything clearly looks out of place…
The first Android smartphone arrived in 2008, if I am not mistaken.

I love Chen Xing Xu but his latest dramas are basically the same plot with different cast. This was a way too…
That scene was cringey tbh, but I have watched up to episode 16 and the series is good, and the comedy works really well. No more cringey moments, at least imo :)

Well said. Trying to compare the two series doesn't make much sense, because LBL is a romantic drama with a touch…
Wang Yu Wen is fantastic in this series (the first one I've seen of hers), and the genuine romantic moments (the ones that aren't parodies) make my heart flutter, which isn't something that happens to me easily. I suppose in this case, I really like both main characters and the way they are building their relationship. The ML is adorable!

Your comment sounds so relatable to me! I have the same problem as you with dropping shows. I'm learning, though.
I do that too, I watch entire series without skipping any scenes 😅 We're such completionists. And if I felt the urge to skip a lot of scenes in a series, I definitely couldn't give it more than a 6.

It’s funny how Lbl fans keep coming here to diss this drama. It doesn’t matter if you find the writing silly.…
Well said. Trying to compare the two series doesn't make much sense, because LBL is a romantic drama with a touch of thriller and soap opera, while this one is a parody of rom-coms using a fantasy element (isekai). As I said the other day, it's like comparing Prisoner of Beauty to A Dream Within a Dream (and personally, I think ADWAD is a better series with a much smarter script. Prisoner of Beauty is an average costume drama).
I'm enjoying My page on 90s much more than LBL and I love this couple more, but the series as a whole are totally different.

I wish I know who is the sceenwriter for this drama so I can avoid him/her next time. The plot is so silly.
I want to know because I like this script 🤷🏻‍♀️

Any one know where I can find the osts
I was searching for them yesterday on Spotify but all the lists were fake. They only has songs from Love between lines (why do people do that?).

I don't know what to tell you, because I haven't seen Untamed yet, but given that it's such a long series, if you watched more than 20 episodes the first time you tried and found it difficult, maybe it's best to stop.

Another option is to continue watching it, but not from the beginning; pick up a little further along than when you first stopped. Since you already know the story, you'll be able to follow the plot well, and maybe at some point the series will become more entertaining. 🤔

I totally understand your point.
This year I've resolved to drop more series, but it's a decision I have to make when I've only watched a few episodes, because once I get past a certain number I think, "Well, I'm here now, I'll finish it." So far this year I've dropped the Chinese series Glory after five episodes. I didn't want to watch any more and then not be able to drop it 😅

1. They get together around the episode 47.
2. There is a break up of the second couple, even though they still loved each other. Family issues. It lasts several episodes.
3. The ending is half happy half sad. Last minute happy ending.

A negative opinion is also a valid opinion.

my page in the 90’s! it’s moreso of a rom com so it’s a bit different but ive heard a lot of good things…
I wouldn't say 7.9 is bad. But I think it should be higher. The series, in the parody/rom-com/isekai genre, is actually good. It's working better for me than LBL.

I have waited 50 eps to see if Yeong Ra and Jiwan will end ep together.... now im disappointed
I felt the same way. The ending is very disappointing because they suddenly lost contact, and when they reunite, they treat each other coldly. What a bad ending for what was my favorite couple.

I just found out this; "Chen Xing Xu is only 29; he is, in fact, a seasoned actor with 25 years of experience."…
I'm watching My page in the 90s. Six episodes so far. I like that series more than LBL but the concepts are totally different. My page in the 90s makes fun of the tropes that LBL is full of 😅

Could anyone spoil when they get together and if there’s a breakup? And if anyone has any suggestions for shows…
I highly recommend You are my secret. The couple are together from the beginning.

Would not recommend to long time drama watchers...It's pretty generic.
I don't think it's generic at all. The fact this is a parody changes everything. The cliches are here but the parody factor make them funnier. But some people could think "they are making fun of my favorite dramas!" and don't like it. Like A dream within a dream (which I loved).

Hi can someone explain the low rating score. I came over here from Love between lines so i was hoping for something…
This is a parody of rom-coms so far (I have watched six episodes). So all the tropes are here, but it's very funny because they are making fun of the tropes. I like this kind of series because they express my feelings about some things that annoy me in other dramas.
It's totally different from LBL (that series had the tropes but taking them seriously).

I think Glory is the last historical drama that has been released and that one started last year... so technically…
Swords into plowshares has just started. I want to watch it.
