Lol this drama team is so stingy, aside from one trailer and some character posters there's nothing to give away anything of the plot or characters, the posters they've been releasing recently are not even character posters. I don't know if this is a good strategy, I remember how YAMG bombarded fans with new material almost every hour it was kind of exhausting, now this one is lying on the other side of the extreme.

That's encouraging, I'll check it out, I'm just afraid of getting stuck in the middle of a bad drama and finding it difficult to drop.

Nope, I'm scared to watch Xianxia these days after LAR. Too much silly misunderstandings and sect wars.

I've honestly given up hope in that aspect but people are saying good things about jun jiu ling.

Omg the plot looks so good and with only 20+ episodes it couldn't go wrong.

It's kind of weird that ZLY's acting here reminds of YM's acting in Gong. I prefer Dilraba's cute kind of acting it feels more natural. I'd have waited for the chemistry to start kicking off but I'm really tired of this sect war trope and it seems really boring here.

Why do you think so? Were there changes? The source that said that YM would play FL was reliable and jaywalk is an investor, if there's anything that isn't confirmed it's Going jun for ML.

The ending is well tied up, a happy one. Not being in the mood can ruin a drama but if it's Xianxia romance you're after you'll get it. Good luck.

Lu yang movies lack nothing except plot. Great cast, good fighting scenes and visuals, etc but the plot is really weak here.

The cgi isn't good at all, but once you get invested in the characters and storyline the bad quality fades, this is still the best Xianxia for me, no other has topped it yet. Of course I don't want to hype it, so just watch it.

Already did, both dramas are incomparable in the genre. I enjoyed the fantasy elements and chemistry in this one. Also there were other interesting characters to root for, you don't see this combination of awesome in dramas today.

It's a happy ending though, roughly done and disrespectful to our much loved supporting characters.
