Lee Dam, I love you so much. I love her character! Today was Dam's day. She is my Hero. She is like the white knight saving her prince! She slayed! Hyeri as always did a fantastic job.
First pulling that damn red string and demanding mountain spirit to negotiate was the gutsiest, smartest, most courageous thing ever - to not be harmed by skinship - Yeah Baby, FoxDam Skinshipmacy Activated!!!! 😂 I did not see this coming and when it did at the end of this episode... roarrrrrrr bring on the dangerous fox... imma ready 🤭🤣
I love that Dam did not hold back anymore spilling the beans on being able to see the red string, appreciated this scene where considerate fox was saved by her with the end of the red string and finally being open about their relationship. And when Dam said " WE solved this on our own. WE are the ones to decide our own destiny, not this stupid thread" Love this - the difference between animal and human. The beauty of humanity!
Also being honest with him about what was said with Mountain Spirit. This is probably the most meaningful scene so far. Fox has been agonizing throughout these 14 ep about getting energy that is detrimental to her and it got worst when he animal hungered for her that was really dangerous as it was beyond his control. The guilt, pain and agony of seeing the love of your life having to sacrifice for him was sometimes too much for me, as a viewer to witness. When this huge weight was lifted they could love freely like humans do, touch like humans do. I love how she said it... i rewatched so many times this last scene of what was said, how it was said. I could feel Fox's admiration and love for Dam for breaking this chain off him like an animal freed from captivity and treated like a human. She loves him, neither because he is a fox nor because he is human. She loves him for him. How he must feel for her to love him blindingly bravely and unconditionally.
I love that they paid off so fast.. Love love all the payoffs(how they showed the payoffs) and pacing of the payoffs.
The bell falling, is it the mountain spirit setting them up for skinship ? I take it back I love Mountain spirit now. 🤭 I love that it was Dam who kissed him and kissed him again!!!!!. It seems so natural, everything about it right until the bedroom seems so tender, hopeful, beautiful and right. Did I tell you I love this show?
When Dam told the b*tchy girls off, I love what she said and how she said it I love that she stands up for herself and her man.
I also laughed so much about Pox , Jang Ki Yong and Kang Han Na nailed that scene. It's so satisfying!
When her friends finally meets her boyfriend I was worried they would be upset but I am so happy that they were accepting and happy for her. They are such precious friend. Oh and so sweettttttt when fox misunderstood and confessed to her closest friends What he loves about her.... melting...
With Sun Woo, I think the writers did an excellent job, it was tied up in a nice bow, so to speak. The red string breaking off seemed poignant and necessary.

I have to say Jang Ki Yong's performance this episode was spot on - jealous fox ( I felt what Dam felt - too sweet), sweet fox (returning the bell, tolerating going out with her friends and hye sun) , kind and sincere fox ( professor seo apology ), angry and insulted fox ( the boiling water nuclear incident 😆), considerate fox, full of human desire fox, I could go on and on... The range he displayed all in 1 episode, I am amazed, I totally bought it hook, line and sinker. Seeing him being more human with human emotions makes me reflect how remarkable it is to be human. To not take things for granted.
I think I've written too much 😂😅 Just so much to love about this drama.
