This show is so cute, genuinely funny, and surprisingly sexy! It feels refreshing and effortless. Many dramas…
Absolutely agree. I have watched many dramas that I have put on hold or dropped because I have lost interest midway too. However, MRIAG is my drug in 2021! What stands out from many other dramas is that the issues get resolved quickly and tied up nicely in a pretty bow. The kind that you are satisfied and happy with how it was resolved. It's also refreshing, no long drawn out misunderstandings a few episodes long. I've never shouted on TV, "just say it" for this show. In fact many times its funny in most adorable way eg the niece episode, the pregnant Dam, the mukbang on and on and on just so many of memorable moments. I also appreciate that the script is well written with just the right pacing. The characters are rich and colorful. It feels like the person who wrote them actually cared for these characters too. The production quality is top notch , with special effects that make this drama so beautiful you can clearly see in episode 1 and 2. The red bead exchange, the autumn colored leaves suspended in the air creating a significant scene undeniable. And there is the cast. I love them all. Some have grown on me, some has swept me off my feet but most importantly I care for all of them even Kim Tae Hee 🤣 I can feel the chemistry between them. Its an added texture that is priceless for a drama and I feel this chemistry is where this sexiness comes from and builds. It's irresistible! Did I mention the OST ? My ears have been feeding my heart well and I know it will be on repeat for a long time. I know when Doors play I will be transported to Eoreushin & Dam. I'm sure it's clear to you that I'm enjoying the ride so much at the moment, I'm already worried I don't want to get off my ride at bus stop 16.
Me me me! This hand kiss is far more meaningful and the part when Dam kisses his hand back is beyond Adorable.…
Wasn't it so adorb? It was not out of character for upright, gentleman Eoreushin to kiss her hand... but Dam to kiss his hand back ..... unexpectedly beautiful and sweetttttttt ....even typing this I'm smiling like an idiot. So ya I totally feel it too. I wish I was there when they are filming it, even if I was a flower pot. 😂🤣
Anyone find that hand kiss more romantic than lip kiss ??? and when they both are kissing their hands it looks…
Me me me! This hand kiss is far more meaningful and the part when Dam kisses his hand back is beyond Adorable. ! It is the best goodnight kiss in kdramaland!!! Absolutely brilliant!I had instant diabetes at that moment. This show is killing me! Next will be my teeth for smiling like an idiot at the the tv! This show should have viewer's ambulance on standby. 🤣🤣😂
I just started it, I'm at ep 2 but I'll definitely going to enjoy it! Hyeri is so cute and pretty and I love her…
I wish I was you. So can relive the 10 episodes before episode 11 arrives. I'm so envious of you. I have rewatched them too many times to rewatch again. I'm glad to hear you are enjoying it.
When Hye Sun was first introduced to the show, my initial thought was Oh no, the sh*t stirrer is introduced. The cliché beautiful and she knows it, spoilt, arrogant, gets the men easily, probably a bully, will try to seduce the ML - kind of girl. However it was so refreshing that our Eoreushin just indifferent to her. From her lack of academic intelligence, her idioms, her looks!so refreshing, I love it. I did not expect it. I've come to love Hye Sun. I find her so endearing and such a tease. I still laugh when I remember her getting into Eoreushin's car and pretty much tried c*ck blocking them. Hilarious! She can come off prissy but inside she is a softy. I feel she is underappreciated for her EQ. At every obstacle it is Hye Sun who has helped our lead couple. And i find myself rooting for her and Jae Jin. They are growing on me. I love the way that the relationship assignment and consequently her giving his ex her comeuppance was satisfying to see. I can't quite see anyone else except Kang Han na playing Hye Sun - just perfectly casted. Episode 10 was Hye Sun and Jae Jin's time to shine. I really hope for a happy ending for them. Can't wait for next episode!!!! Help!🤣
Probably not but I don't understand why because I'm so sure many would love to listen to it while we wait for the next episodes. Such a beautiful song. I want to know the meaning of the lyrics
You have great taste 😍😬 Yes, The cupid meet was the best! I loved how 2 intelligent, witty people come together. No clichés. Also it's at Bae Ta Mi's worst points in her life. So this romance is like a flourishing rich garden in the middle of a desert. 🤣Ahhh where's my Park Morgan ? 🤣 Does this man even exist in real life? Aren't we spoiled forever? 🤣😂
Nah no idea what they're doing with this second lead love plot. Like why? It was a great plot line that should…
I believe this is the stage of the human emotion of jealousy to Woo Yeo's journey to humanity. His God or mountain spirit wants him to turn human. He is trying to create a chance for him to be human and doesn't want to eliminate him should he turn Maegu. I am looking forward to the next few episodes not only will we get to see if Woo Yeo gets jealous but we will also see him struggle with his instinctive animal desire vs human desire. Im hoping for Sexy episodes in our kdrama tarot reading 😂
Me too!!!!! I rewatch it too but only Park Morgan scenes 🤣 I noticed him first in My Ahjussi/My Mister. His performance as this tortured soul of a debt collector gangster, easy to despise but because Jang Ki Yong is Jang Ki Yong I was involuntarily, for want of a better word to sympathize a little for his character. One should hate this character but he played complexity so well that it failed on me. 🤣 That is the testament of how talented he is. Then search:www happened and Park Morgan swept me off my feet and I became one of his many fishes in his fish tank 😄🤣 The rest, as they say is history 🤣
I know this may sound dumb but why do a lot of the comments call the SML toxic? I know he isn't the best but he…
I think his behaviour can be called toxic because he has consistently refused no for an answer. The thing that I love about this drama is Lee Dam does not give mixed signals. She is brutally honest. As an audience, we also get to see her internal dialog. She has not shown interest in SML at all, none, not even once. She has directly said to him, often in private that she is not interested, that she has someone else she likes, that she has a boyfriend! She even went as far to point out her indifference with the bet. So he cannot confuse the bet as the only reason she isn't with him. There is this entitlement snobbery complex that SML possesses. In my book, that is unhealthy behaviour. For a woman, it can be dangerous to get unwarranted interest from man who possesses such qualities. To be called toxic, is pretty accurate. At this point, since the introduction of the red string, he might be given a free pass so I hope this character is redeemable because I want to see a big wake up call for our SML. I am hoping to see him change to a better man. And you're not dumb, everyone has their own experience and perception. You might have not experienced or know of someone or read or just not in your radar about trauma, assault, abuse etc. For others, it is big red flag.
Damn, everything was good till ep 9. Ep 9 is filled with cliches and cringey kdrama scenes.
I find episode 9 so refreshing. Everything is resolved so quickly, no long drawn out misunderstandings that is so common in kdramaland. It had the best confession ever - sweet, emotionally charged, heart-racing and direct. It had the best goodnight kiss ever - so in keeping with their characters of the story yet sweet, charming, romantic and gentle. Hottest kisser ever - From passionately loving to animalistic intensity. What a ride! All the high notes flowed effortlessly one after another, pacing was superb just the right balance. To me, it was the best episode yet and that is a tall order.
Agree! I wish I had a brother who cooks breakfast for me ! Lucky Dam!
Yes so adorable. Sibling goals. 🥰 Remember when Dan was so protective of Dam when he thought she was pregnant? Hilarious. I like the whole cast. This is a rare drama that I love all the side stories, not only the Main leads story.
The ship war here is nothing comparable to start up. Saying that, people are entitled to their opinion. I personally…
Thank you, that is very kind of you to say. I just invest in characters and I just can't if they can't act or missing something from the character or not convincing enough. I don't see any of that in Woo Yeo. In fact the opposite - I am fully invested in, not only the ML and FL but Hye Sun and Jae Jin. Can't wait for the next episode.

Spot on! Thank you. I love your take on zest of life because Dam is a zest of life. Total opposite of him. Like yin and yang. Giving him that zest of life he so desperately needs to be human.
I love that he first realized Dam is like family, then he misses her, then he realised his denial, then he realized that he has become part of someone's everyday life - that he had someone to wait for, so time stopped passing by meaninglessly - he realizes also what he likes about her - Now we are in the jealousy, human desire vs animal desire stage of his human development for the next few episodes. I'm nervously excited. I can't wait for the next episode. That's what Jang Ki Yong brought Woo Yeo to life on the screen - this journey to be human. And he's doing a remarkable job.

You're comparing ML of My Roommate is a Gumiho to Tale of the Nine Tailed? They are different characters of totally different stories. Acting depends on the context, the backstory, the motivation, the script, director's intention etc. How can you even compare them?
"His Coldness doesn't tell me he is almost 1000 fox" How do you know? Have you been a 1000 year old fox? Has anyone? I digress. Chemistry - something missing? - if you don't get Jang Ki Yong and Hyeri's chemistry you are the one missing out. Their chemistry is "off the charts" - on and off screen! Just watch, not only the drama, in their eyes, the look they give off. Their tone and smile. Even the interviews, their BTS. The chemistry was so undeniable that it went viral because Hyeri has a boyfriend in real life. It was so bad that people felt it "illegal" to ship them but some still ship them apologetically to her boyfriend. Even if there is no love chemistry, they definitely have a close friendship.
