one thing that bother me is why he take care of his past girlfriend when she cheated to him
It was betrayal (maybe), not cheating.
Three of them went undercover, seems she got kidnapped, they went save her...they succeeded but then happens something what he cant explain. Did she saved him from blast? ....or did she wanted him dead? Thous two questions are dark mystery of his past. For now i think she saved him.....Reason? Bc she loved him and knew his personality, hint was given in second episode. But this is just mine speculation.
p.s. His vampirism is funny - seems that it is mix from Vampire Prosecutor and Blood. He reads blood but goes weak if there is too lot of it and he is daylight walker but i havent seen his fangs yet or his eating habits.
Im kinda curious what other rules creators have set.
This drama needs to be next to Signal on the Top Drama page!! I admit lost hope in MDL ratings long time ago but…
It is too early to be disapointed with SFD rates. Normal MDL member doesnt rate drama before it ends, so there are up votes from people who dropped and people who dont know for what this feature is and have just emotional diarrhea.
Just wait untill drama ends and you will see what real rate is.
p.s. For me SFD is #1 and Signal is #2 .....why ? bc of weight - one is 48 (50) good episodes with brilliant acting and other is 16 good episodes with really good acting. In their genre slots things are different - SFD is #1 sageuk and Signal is #1 fantasy thriller.
How is the rating going down when the show is only getting better?
I think it was bit not avoidable. Btw. that boy was from Wang clan, meaning - he was related to previous royal dynasty. Here hinted like illegitemate son of last Goreyo king.
Anyone else who Thinks Yeon Hee will die soon? I mean that necklace that Bang Ji gave her, such a forshadowing…
@DragonAlien, if you have seen TWDR then you already know fate of Yeon Hee and cause why Bang Ji leaves.
If you have seen Maidens then you can speculate about fate of Boon Yi and why she isnt in TWDR.
To them, who start this drama now - dont hesitate, watch it. Despite all this mess and scandals it turned out to be kinda good adaptation.
When we wacthed it, this drama was still airing and sudden turn in storyline made us anxius and full of fear...and i still think if this continued drama would have been doomed.
But outcry was so big that they stopped that foolish idea and turned storyline back. Still some damage was made and Im sure that ending got bit rushed by this but Im glad that it was all. After rewatching it doesnt felt so big problem anymore.
So...dont mind negative comments and give yourself chance to enjoy good acting, wonderful OST, interesting story and unique characters.
This article is about 3. wave of Hallyu bc Hallyu started bit earlier than 2010. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Korean_Wave…
"I am not talking about overnight sensations that disappeared as quickly as they came, but about the prime years of the actors/actresses that started what we call today "The Hallyu Wave" (it all started around 2010)" ...still , this part of intor gives out not so correct facts. To be correct you should write : 3. wave of Hallyu or Global Hallyu.
//"I am not talking about overnight sensations that disappeared as quickly as they came, but about the prime years of the actors/actresses that started what we call today "The 3. Hallyu Wave" or "Global Hallyu" (it all started around 2010)" //
"Star In My Heart , was a 1997 Korean drama series run on MBC. One of the earlier Korean dramas to air outside of Korea, as part of what became known as the Korean Wave, it was very popular and helped its cast (namely Ahn Jae-wook) become widely recognized."
/ if you look, then you will be surpriced how many countries licensed it and what countries thous were /
" Winter Sonata, 2002, It is widely considered to be the Korean drama that launched the Korean Wave throughout Asia and worldwide"......Winter Sonata is credited with causing the second wave of the Korean Wave and extending it to Japan and the Philippines."
So both, Ahn Jae Wook and Bae Yong Joon, should be in this list too bc they both wasnt one day stars.
Classic were born already way before 2009-2010.....there are lot good dramas and movies done before 2009 what deserve that people give them a try.
Great article ! Here are some suggestions for the next part : Byakoyako and Kyusei no Kizuna are two excellent…
...I have read Genji Monogatari, it is really good and interesting novel. Sadly any of live adaptations have similar quality to book but there are two anime adaptations what are way better, one of them has so gorgeus art that it is breathtaking.
