Actually I really want Shin Min Ah to try intense roles :/ like makjang or revenge
Watch Chief of Staff (political thriller), our blues (angst involving very hard hitting topics, don’t want to give spoilers), Arang (this drama also gets angst towards the end when the truth to mystery is unravelled). It’s seems her other new drama Bad Relationship is a revengy drama.

There are non established actresses too of that age. His style of drama acting usually involves a much younger actress (at least a decade) and it’s always consistently so. Other actors such as Lee Joong Ki for example, act with women their age and much younger (based on script and budget) but I don’t recollect a single drama where Nam Goong Min heroines are closer to his age.
Who would we like her to work alongside...?Depends how the roles are set up in the drama, difficult to know without…
Nam Goong Min does not act with actors his age. They are usually a lot younger, his agency prefers that I presume. For a big budget actor I would like So Ji Sub, Song Joong Gi or Ji Sung. Or maybe an awesome female lead would be cool too.
IS she still single? No one ready to marry her? I am curious. Every one acted with her moved on.
I remember her from her 2015 (post empress Ki high) days. She was everywhere, very jolly and very fun. She suddenly disappeared from public eye after the sudden unaliving of her brother. Now she seems a totally different person. Even her on screen roles lack the “je ne sais quoi”. She used to literally sparkle those days. I don’t comment about her since I think she wants her privacy.
Lol not people saying FL is annoying bcz she talks to herself and Laughs herself... I do that almost every day,…
So I am on a major Oppenheimer spree right now. I watched the movie twice and then watched all of the interviews with Cillian Murphy. Then I started watching Peaky Blinders. To cut a long story short, he has said in many interviews that he talks to himself a lot. Famous people do it. It’s also very common for people to talk to themselves. One of my roommates used to have entire conversations with herself and quite loudly at that. It was very cute to watch.
As much as I like Im Si Wan or other actors who take this kind of characters, it's becoming ridiculous for me…
I agree. It suspends belief. If you like this drama you can assume he is a BABA student (in my country this means Back and Back again, people who flunked bazillion times). If I watch this drama, just to be evil, I will assume he flunked 15 times. Voila he is now the perfect age to play this character. I will also give him a back story, he fell into the centre of earth once when he was walking and was pulled out by his parents 8 years later. Since he hit his head, it took him a decade to repeat the same grade. That’s what I will tell myself if I chose to watch.
I am hoping for a noona romance since off late all of the dramas feature men who are considerably older than the…
I hope not. Yang Mi was so Whiney and boring in the drama. At least this one won’t have the female lead doing a fashion parade. She and her perfect husband is my worst noona drama.
Lag to nahin raha aisa… agar hoga to bhi itna kharab nahin hona chahiye
If you like vampires and if you read, try reading the Historian. It’s beautifully atmospheric and it can get very chilling at times. It’s not a cute vampire story but a scary one. Very Slavic very unique.

Don’t like the male lead in heartbeat. Also, My taste in vampires is very medieval Europe. I liked the Brad Pitt and Tom Cruise interview with vampires. I felt that Korean stories would be too tame or lame. Now reading comments about the end I am glad I did. I too hope, this show does not fizzle out towards the end.

It’s not annoying, but the sense of humour is weird. I am liking it since I am on a reading spree of cozy fantasy now such as Legends and Latte, Brandon Sanderson’s new mystery book, Agatha Christie, etc and this drama fits right in with that very specific aesthetic. Try to see first episode to decide if it’s your cup of tea.
