He was kid with the disciple thing wasn't he? Wasn't like there were other options there.
He could’ve died alone. He had no living family for them to threatened him with he literally had nothing to lose. I don’t know but for me if i genuinely loved and cared about someone as he’s pretending to be I would’ve endured every amount of torture. There was no one to use to threaten him. Literally no one. Plus he had nothing to lose but his life🤷🏾‍♀️. He willfully gave up that information. I don’t think you understand he would’ve already been dead in a freak palace accident had those disciple not try to take him to the duke. That very action preserve his life and cause him to be confined instead. So the people who preserved his worthless life lost theirs because he had no backbone.

I'm watching episode 12 and I'm genuinely tweaking. I think Prince Li is genuinely a fool! You gave away those Lishan disciple to save himself and somehow he expected Ye Li to understand and still marry him? He choose revenge and power gain over the possibility of marrying Ye Li, to make matters worst you chose to be betrothed to her sister of all people and yet somehow through all of that she's to wait patiently and understandingly for you to comeback to you?

All those matters aside you chose to murder a loyal minister of the crown for your own sick gain. Let's all call it what it is. You're not a man in love. You're a man fighting for power because you CANNOT accept the fact that your Mo reign has expired. you were ordained to a life of luxury as the sole son of the crown prince but didn't expect that after power switches hands you would be reduced to nothing but a court jester for the new emperor and dowager. Just be who you are, you've long stopped being a victim when you've started claiming innocent lives that block your path. Stop hiding behind you had no choice and what others force you to. You’re just being a big fat loser and hypocrite.

At the end of the day if you genuinely cared for Ye Li, you should've chosen suicide over pointing out Lishan disciples who took risk to get you to safety.

I love that Hwang Hee stays employed once Ji sung is working. This is literally their third work together. Too bad he didn’t get one of the lead roles.

You wanted a K-drama in the style of Bruce Lee. The show never set out to be that, so it doesn't make sense for…
Nobody would think you’re mute if you kept quiet talking about stuff you can’t comprehend btw. What does Bruce Lee have to do with anything? Following your logics….Bruce Lee is an exceptional fighter who hardly if has ever lost a fight. Which completely goes against the point I’m making. I’ve read the webtoon, infact I'm still reading the third season of the webtoon. I know exactly what the drama is about.

Unlike the webtoon, the adaptation is unbalanced in storytelling and pick and choose when they want to be realistic, reasonable and sensible. If you like it good for you fuxking enjoy. I found faults and I decided to voice them. Please leave me alone. I don’t need you or anybody else to validate my points.

If it were up to you, George Lucas and Spielberg would have starved to death.
Well no…..he’s a filmmaker who picked a theme and stuck to it. He was indecisive in the middle than pick up later on. Most importantly he kept the same concept for all his characters in each film. George Lucas I mean.

I’m just gonna ignore you. You’re making zero sense and have zero understanding. I’ll stick to my point and you stick to yours!

what even is your point? there's this thing about fighting. learning theory versus practical training are two different thing. He had no real practical fighting skills only the training from his uncle. Yes he's a good fighter but this is mostly in theory. realistically he WOULD NOT be able to go up against his opponent without a struggle.

the show is inconsistent with the fight scene. they show realistic fighting between the other characters and only go over the top with the ML. what is even the point?

I was not entertained. almost all the characters were vanilla and dumb. there's nothing to be hyped over. as i said very nonsense drama. they were not very serious making this. if you're gonna do a superhero/human theme drama/adaptation atleast be consistent so it comes out right.

Very overhyped and nonsense show. It was a okay watch to pass time but it was most definitely not good. Mainly because they didn't level the playing field for the fighters against the ML. Yes we understand that he's a great fighter and has been trading since middle school that still doesn't mean he'll be able to beat all his opponents without struggle especially the pros from the gang. I was really expecting a epic fight between ML and Hanwol but was left severely disappointed from all the super hero editing.

It's a fun watch in theory but those with brains will not enjoy as much do to all the nonsense they do to make the ML seems extraordinary.

The girl is too docile. You can be conscientious in your work, but don't be THAT conscientious and docile, this…
That was actually a real story. And the real teacher did in fact die. And the way it’s told in the series is kinda meek compare to the real life event. One of the main points you’re missing is these are powerful people and nobody really took the report site/board seriously at the time. Hence they Requested parents number instead. Most of the teacher can’t refuse or else they’ll be reported which is almost always unfavorable to them. Since the parents always gets the right. In Korea parents even complain if teachers wear false nails or eyelashes. That’s the way they try and dictate the life’s of teacher and get away with it. She tried and defend herself several times and even complained to the principal. Nobody stood up for her because of the parents and the power backing. Plus the bad rep the school would get. I don’t think you were watching the show well enough so you seemingly missed a few details but she did block the number and the parent showed up to her house in return. The point you’re missing is she took all necessary steps she COULD HAVE taken and not more in an effort to safely resolve the issue and not lose her job or create bad rep for the school. Going to the police or the media would’ve been unfavorable to her given the culture there.

On Teach You a Lesson Jun 8, 2026
Here to say this again.

I see a lot of people saying they’re uncomfortable with teachers hitting students and it’s child abuse etc etc.

I want ya’ll to understand that these are students, namely bullies who are beyond talking/ soft parenting. The only way to get them to repent or feel remorse is through performing the same way as them. They turn their victims into outcast? You turn them into outcast in return so they understand the feeling. They hit and mentally abuse their classmates/victim? You hit and mentally abuse them in return. They use the media to harass their victims to suicide? You use the media to show their true colors so they’re also harassed.

The only way to get through to them is to make sure they are put in the same hot seat they force their victims to sit in. Otherwise they’ll feel no remorse. Words will not get through to them they need a physically lessons.

Most people especially misunderstood that scene of the female teacher enforcing corporal punishment on HanYeri, it wasn’t necessarily to say the teacher is beating her cause she won’t solve the math problem it was more so to show that she’s not bigger than the program; she’s not the adult or the leader in the classroom. It was to bring her down a natch infront of her lackeys.

Both Tian Ben Chang and his father were taken to the capital and beheaded, no? Only the mother and younger brother…
No. His father seemed to have survived as he was shown walking in the crowd of zhen grandfathers death. Unless that was a production error but I most definitely saw him. As I said they showed Ben Chang doing evil they should’ve fully shown his demise. Whether the Wu family had fallen or not, the guard was still murdered the crime of a murderer should’ve been added.

Umm so previous comment still stand, they did a very poor job with the pacing of the romance between the leads and then when they finally got to confess to each other their happiness with quickly ripped away again. Furthermore for a family has evil as the Tian Family; we viewers deserved the satisfaction of witnessing Ben Chang being punished. Ofc they probably wouldn't show us his head rolling from his body but I needed a scene on the execution stage. I know he wouldn't feel remorse but he most definitely felt fear of dying. I needed to see those last moments. Also his father is a literal murderer why was he even pardon? Is the emperor stupid? I see they didn't even had the charge of murder to ben chang either after he choked out that guard. anyways this was kinda sloppy and I believe the earlier episodes were much better with storytelling and execution.

Talking bout corny aave; baby how many languages do you speak? Do you even know what aave is? I’m literally loosing braincell talking to wet paper towel like you. Have the day you deserve love!

Are you perhaps slow? That’s a specific group of people that are victims to a specific situation. I’m talking about normal every day people i literally mention in my comment how high misogyny is to the point women are refusing to marry even when the government is asking to pay them to do so. And I’ve never once say Korean didn’t protest against the education system. Once again I’ll mention; whenever there are real victims whether it be teachers or other students it is very quiet and no one come out to riot on their behalf, none of these little unions; were seeing now however you’ll always see them showing their colors for fictional stories. This is not the first drama they try to get removed from the media. Can you not read? Genuinely?

Chile they saying this show is receiving backlash in Korea because the original piece, manhwa was racist, sexist,…
Misogyny, sexism and racism? That’s why they didn’t want the manhwa adapted? Come on people this is Korea they live breathe and sleep misogyny sexism and racism. I can assure you that 98% of those people DO NOT CARE about black people and do be saying the n-words them selves as soon as they see you slightly tan and not pale ghost. It’s quite obvious how prominent misogyny is to the point the women refuse to marry and if they do they’re refusing to have kids even when the government is trying to pay them! Knetz have rapist and abusers on their screen but it’s the show that actually depict a story of protecting bullied victims both young and old they have a problem with. Bunch of hypocrites! Where were these unions and protesters when that school held his teacher at knife point and rape her in the alley? Where were they when that little girl got brutally raped by her older brother to the point she fell into a coma? It did happen on the school compound didn’t it? What’s even more surprising is there’s almost no report on these cases when they happen and they’ll always splatter the victims face all over the net but somehow we would still not know how the perp look.

Please miss me with this hypocritical ideology. The image they’ve created towards the western media keeps crumbling with each new show that’s released depicting real life events. That’s what maddening for them. That’s the reason they’re protesting. The mask is slipping and the eyes of the world is open
