If you were trying to dissuade me from watching the special Ep, you have failed spectacularly because it is the…
Never crossed my mind!🤣
I'm one of those gals who pretty much enjoyed 'Peach Lover' and I was here every week to fiercely defend this series and to fend off the morality police and the prudence horde!🤣
My "warning" was aimed to emphasize the possibility that you might want some breaks, privacy isn't optional, because the "action" is literally non stop so you might want to consider where and when to watch it to avoid any unpleasant surprises!
Oh, and I was glad that my hubby was home at the time...you know what I mean.....I'm just saying...🤣
Have fun!

Well, I never thought that I'll be back here, because I didn't think that we'll get a special episode!
So, I got excited because I thought it will be to add something to the story line and get a few more steamy scenes!
Instead, we've got a compilation of every NC scene from all 10 episodes with some extended shots!
So, if steam is what you were looking for, better buckle up, because 45 minutes of non stop NC palooza is a pretty intense experience and you might need a few breaks and a cold shower or some attention from your significant other watching it!
To me it felt like that I just watched 45 minutes (with couple of breaks) of artistic, highly erotic soft p*rn!
So, don't say that I didn't warn you and either enjoy the ride or if that's too much steam for you to handle, maybe skip this one!

All the girls here are loving the boat scene, well, it was a great one. But, I keep thinking how IU's boyfriend,…
I think, if you recall the BTS clips from any movie or series it's much easier to see why it isn't as much of an issue for the majority of partners!
Just a single hug, caress or kiss might require multiple takes which includes about 5-10 crew members standing around including the cameraman, make up artists, wardrobe personnel, lighting specialist, script writers and assistants.
Between every take they will adjust clothes, retouch make up, change the angle of the lights etc! After the director rewatched the scene, he will give instructions about where to put a hand or how to lean in for a better angle, to move slower or to reposition the actors on the bed!
Then, he calls "ACTION!" and the whole thing starts all over again!
Not to mention, that for those up close, intimate shots the cameraman is basically about 3 feet away from the actors and the crew is standing by, watching them, ready to move in to adjust things once again for the next take, so this is not an intimate setting by any means!
Once you've seen this a couple of times, it becomes clear, that this is work and not an easy one!
Of course, sometimes there's an exception, when acting becomes real, but usually it happens when the current relationships of the actors are no longer on solid ground or if both of them are single at the time of the filming!
BTW, usually it's not the intimate scenes where real feelings begin, but when the cameras aren't rolling! Especially if any of them are in a relationship when they start working together!
It's the casual interactions, the ease of working camaraderie, the subtle, little things that starts to accumulate over time!
First it's just being great colleagues, then becoming good friends, then it turns into love!

Seriously, this series getting better and better with each episode, because I just can't stop laughing!

The esteemed, handicapped cameraman was really putting every effort to make you feel seasick on on solid ground!
Our day-walker Vamp prince from outer space is getting more docile and domesticated than a stray cat that you took in after a stormy night!
The highlight of the episode was the playground where cringe had no bounds!

This BL is so unapologetically disjointed and lacks any passion, reason and talent, that I'm in awe!
Someone actually bankrolled this hysterically nonsensical IQ-assassinator of a BL and I'm loving every minute of it!
I'm so bummed that only one more episode left, because this masterpiece deserves a whole franchise with as many sequels and prequels as they can produce!

Maybe we should petition the company to ensure the future of this cinematic marvel!

So, until episode 14 I was very happy with this K-drama!
I don't know who's brain-fart was this big pile of organic biohazard, but I want some compensation for enduring an IQ drop because of some nitwit who's never heard of logic and common sense!

Not to pile on the distain and resentment (oh, who am I kidding! I'm bringing a dumpster truck for this!) that I harbor against the writer(s) who royally screwed up my beloved ML by making him act like a retard!
Normally i am not a violent person, but today I truly wished for some magical power so I could reach through space and time and do an immoral and unethical thing, namely, to slap a few times the simpleton who typed up this stinking pile of excrement and while I'm at it to kick the director's butt too for going with it!

I'm not even going to address the preview right now, which already pumped up my blood pressure to a dangerous level in advance!
Honestly, I'm not sure that I have enough spare braincells left to lose to continue watching this series!
This is the kind of thing that inducing the development of an OCD or a phobia when one is watching a K-drama lately!
How many times have we watched something good, enjoying a great story when suddenly, near to the end all turns into a brain-numbing, stroke-precursor!
Of course, this is just IMHO as always!

I'm loving this series from the get go!

Fresh concept, quality writing and good acting all around!
The visuals and the cinematography are splendid and I can easily overlook of the amateur CGI butterflies, because the rest of the production is solid and it left me absolutely intrigued!
The chemistry between Pearl and Peak is sizzling and I'm already invested in their love story!

This BL got a very promising start and I'm really looking forward to next Saturday!
I have one little concern about this series though!
I hope that only 8 episodes will be enough to complete the story with a satisfactory conclusion
without sacrificing the quality or rushing through the plot that could cause inconsistencies and/or cutting corners!
Two perfect examples for my concern are 'Last Twilight' and 'ABO Desire', where in both occasions an almost flawless drama was rushed and messed up a bit in the last episode, which left me and countless netizens fuming about it for some time!
'Last Twilight' is 12 ep long, 'ABO Desire' is 16 ep long, so you can see where I'm going with this!
Hopefully, fingers crossed, it won't be the case this time!
Of course, this is just IMHO as always and I'll see you next Saturday!

Another Friday and another episode of LUAT to talk about!

I have to be honest, I only stay with this series to enjoy the cinematography, the visuals and to support Net, JJ, Kim and Latte!
Since I have many issues with the writers and the script in general, there's no reason for me to keep complaining about it every weekend and nobody cares or should care for it anyway!
There's no need to annoy or irritate those netizens who are really enjoying this series with my unpopular observations about this rom-com!
If there's any meaningful change in the writing style and/or in the plot in the upcoming episodes I'll be back to comment on it!
I'll keep watching this BL to support the artists, I just won't comment on it unless there's a major development!
Of course, this is just IMHO as always!

How in the name of everything that's unholy can this man be both crazy hot and so adorably cute at the same time it's beyond me!
Oh, and don't even start with me on the insanely hot chemistry that UpPoom oozing through the screen like a lava flow!

Only 2 episodes in and I'm already sold, packaged and shipped onto lala land thanks to the cheeky writing and superb acting!
And now I have to wait a whole week... that's just plain torture...

Well, I guess all those people who were crying into their hankie that this season lacks angst, must be doing the jiggy right about now!
Officially, everyone is bloody miserable so that should cheer up the "we want more angst crowd"!

Also, I love it when all the well balanced netizens doing a free psych evaluations and relationship advice/counseling!
I mean, love and life are so easy and simple right? These people should figure this thing out in no time yeah?!?

I can't recall who said the following quote but truer words have never been spoken!
"Love is the most beautiful thing in this world, but also it is the most terrifying and most painful thing that one must endure!"

Jack and Dean are locked in this relationship, because no matter how much pain they'll endure they think it's still more tolerable than being apart!
It's a vicious cycle and almost impossible to break free from it or to fix it!

BTW, the most haunting and painful love stories are the ones that stays with you the most. because regardless of the outcome, those are the ones people had to fight for the hardest!
He/she could be a cheater, a liar, an alcoholic, a drug addict or a gambler, still when you are so crazy, so deep in love with that person, you will keep trying to help them, to take them back and to trust them that this time it will be different!

So, enjoy all the angst and all the pain and root for or against whoever got your panties in a twist this week!
Of course, this is just IMHO as always and I'll see you next Friday!

Just in case if anyone is interested about this series, Junho is nominated for a Baeksang in the Best Actor category once again!
Junho is notably the first and still the only male idol to win the top acting prize (Best Actor) at the Baeksang Arts Awards.
Although the series wasn't too popular outside of Korea while it aired, many viewers around the world agreed that Junho's acting was superb and he carried the whole series almost all by himself!
I guess his peers agreed on that as well, hence the nomination!
5 years ago he won a Best Actor Baeksang for playing the role of Yi San/King Jeong Jo in a historical drama series 'The Red Sleeve'.
Will he win it this year? Probably not, because this year's nominees are one of the strongest, most talented actors in recent years and I assume that the outcome will be decided by a very slim margin!

Here are the nominees for Best Actor (TV)

Ryu Seung-ryong – The Dream Life of Mr. Kim as Kim Nak-soo
Park Jin-young – Our Unwritten Seoul as Lee Ho-soo
Lee Jun-ho – Typhoon Family as Kang Tae-poong
Ji Sung – The Judge Returns as Lee Han-young
Hyun Bin – Made in Korea as Baek Ki-tae
