Then how come the girl thinks XL is unsure about her gender? I saw a scene when she was in the water and he looked like he realized she was a girl after taking her blood and she responded that she is a man. Was confused because I thought he had already verified her being a girl from the get go

S1 is doing so well! It would be awful of they cut 14 eps, there would be no story left to tell

XL knew when he saw her, he even mentioned it was interesting seeing a girl and high deity together (when Shiqi came to save her after she was tortured by XL). How does XL know?

It looks like LL was a mashup of LMXs personal maid from the novel. With DCE, I couldn’t help but chuckle when LMX placed a male guard next to her, that was asking for trouble and def not appropriate in that era
