FL has lost her memories at some point (around ep 5?), so I'm waiting to see when she gets those back to make my final judgment on her character. With her memories lost, she's in a naive almost child-like state for a few eps, which can drive some people nuts. Originally, she's a pretty strong character in their previous life.

This is a pretty typical xianxia story from 2020-2021 (when it was filmed), but it is a classic love story, so if romance is your thing, you may still enjoy this one. The male lead is pretty likable to me.

Yeah, I wonder what Han Dong's character is up to. Can't figure out his plan yet.

Ep 6 is my favorite so far, story is finally flowing right. Tong Mengshi is doing great as Mo Xiao - he comes off as a genuinely kind person - and somewhat inexperienced in life and a stickler for rules (not unlike how he was as the God of War honestly).

Things get a bit better after ep 4 in my opinion, but yeah, don’t get whiplash from those first few eps 😂

His next project is most likely The Days of Seclusion and Love, but have yet to see an official announcement.

Rough start with iffy editing of the Heavenly arc in the beginning, but the story finally gets going in Ep 4-5. Typical xianxia storyline, but it's watchable if one doesn't mind that the visuals are a blast from the past (at least the mortal arc so far has normal houses/buildings lol). The most interesting character so far is the one played by Han Dong (not a surprise to me).

I’m thinking a lot was cut out from the beginning arc because it is a bit jarring 😆

Very cloud like and fluffy, who needs a bed, just sleep on a cloud lol. I’m continuing for now too, nice to see Tong Meng Shi as the lead in a xianxia.
