Other than in the King's Woman, I didn't really like his main lead roles. The Flames Daughter was okay, but his charecter arc went down hill especially after all the twists, like the fact that his charecter had no reason to be the villain, he was the second lead just for the sake of it. Tried watching Storm Eye, got bored out of my mind in the first episode (tried watching a few more episodes and have it on hold). Thought Rattan would be good, watched 3 episodes and I found it really boring but I will continue watching it hoping it gets better. LOVED him on Love O2O, my favourite character and my favourite ship. I hope he has better roles in his upcoming dramas. The casts in his upcoming dramas look good, all actors I love who played good roles in other dramas. I need him to play another really good role like he did in The King's Woman and Love O2O, and hopefully get a satisfying ending.
The ending was rushed the the reapers brother should have been sent to the mental hospital a long time ago. I don't understand why she didn't help her brother, it was as if he was turned into a litteral killing machine, and she just watched? He had no thoughts of his own and only followed orders.
I liked the ending, but I wasn't really happy with Goo Ryun and Joong Gil ending. I really wanted them to be re-connected by the red string. Throughout the entire drama they went on about how breaking the red string means breaking all ties with the people in the life they lived, but I really wanted Goo Ryun and Joong Gil to have another chance in there next life. It didn't seem like an unlikely ending either since Ryun was the first (and I apparently only) person from hell to get another chance and work as a reaper.
Also, how is Ryung Goo also not from heel. I thought his death was from an intentional overdose.
I was trying to figure out who the actor was from the first episode of Who Rules the Word. I knew I saw him on something before, I even requested to edit this page to add him on Xiang Long.
LOVED his character on Who Rules the World, but it was quite obvious from the moment you see him that he would be killed off early on. But he had so much chemistry with Being Fengxi I wanted to see them interact more.
I LOVED this drama, it was great 10/10 for the first 32 episodes. But after all the battles and deaths from episode 36 onwards and that terrible ending, I am really let down by this drama. I love that the main leads got together really late though. Their chemistry and relationship was amazing, and the fact that they got together so late meant no relationship drama. But I really wanted the main leads to rule the world together. I mean wth, they both gave up their kingdoms to live in a hut in the middle of no where as a couple to spend the rest of their days together until the ML dies. And then what? That wasn't even a happy or in the least bit satisfying ending. They could have ruled the world together, that is what the ML wanted the entire drama and what seemed inevitable for the FL, they were even rewarded the throne, and that is what they chose. Yes, the FL wanted to be free from responsibility, but even she knew she couldn't escape it and both the leads knew they were the best people to rule. But what would happen to the next generation. Kingdoms are obsessed with bloodlines, why did his older brother not get his throne it makes no sense from him to choose a person unrelated. It make a bit more sense on the FL's part as her father mentioned something about electing a good ruler, but still not her relative. Those last 4 episodes, especially after the time jump were not well written at all. Maybe even the last 6. Why did he find out so late that she was the princess (the one he has been obsessed over for so long that he named his organisation after he), the drama was almost over and he found out in the most anticlimactic way who she was.
Ok just finished i liked it a lot, the chemistry the fights. But that it is the best ,no i am sorry. I think that…
I especially hated the sister. She didn't even think about it, she stabbed the FL without remorse and essentially killed if it weren't for that flower. I hate her even more after the ending because if the ML didn't use the flower to save the FL after the sister stabbed her, he could have used it to save the FL at the end instead of cutting his own life short. The ending, even though it was kind of happy, I found it bittersweet because his death (though it is in a maximum of 10 years, 10 years is too short) seems pointless when she could have been saved by the flower.
All I've read were good reviews and comments for this drama. Didn't want to spoil it for myself, and haven't really.…
I was wrong about her and I am so happy. Ra Ra grew to be my favourite character. She was a bit of a b**** in the first 12 or so episodes, but she has really good character development. I don't think it was her character development that made her grow on me, she was always a good person and good friend though we don't see her good sides at the start at all. I love characters like her that go from being a really hateful character to one of the best characters. Probably because Woori the Virgin is airing now, but Ra Ra reminds me of Petra from Jane the Virgin, she was bit crazy for a guy at the start but at the end her best relationship came to be her friendship with her best friend, the FL.
All I've read were good reviews and comments for this drama. Didn't want to spoil it for myself, and haven't really. I just hope the sly/selfish/jealous friend has good charecter development. On episode 4 and I hate characters like her.
I cried so much in the last episode. I really wanted Logan and Soo Ryun to have a happy ending (despite accidentally spoiling Soo Ryun ending in the drama, I had hope), but that ending killed me. This drama gives hope and then takes it away from you. At first I was okay with her death because it showed everyone getting on with their lives after 3 years, but then to have Logan and Soo Ryun's ghosts appear and make me think that they were ALIVE 😭😭😭😭 even for a second, that KILLED me, especially the painting of Logan and him never actually being there, at that time and place to begin with, my heart broke but at least they were together, I couldn't bear seeing Logan sad.
I means Noh Tae Nam is evil yes but no wonder after seeing how his mother "take care" of him. I still think monsters…
I feel like he could have been good to begin with had his mother knocked some sense onto him from the start, by sending him to the military or a boarding school. Thought he was a complete psycho, but i liked him at the end. His dog was such a nice, friendly and loyal dog, he treated his dog like his child, I knew he couldn't be that bad because how can such an evil person have such a lovely 'child' of he didn't have the potential to be good himself. Not that he didn't do a lot of bad things, but I feel like his dog really says a lot about him.
Am I the only one who didn't ship the main leads romantically. I was kind of angry that they had a kiss scene at all, not because they didn't have it on camera, but because I didn't want any sort of romance shown. Whilst everyone else seems to be angry/upset that the kiss wasn't on camera.
I knew the main leads of this drama were gonna be in a drama together, watched the trailer and everything, but when I read the synopsis and then saw the cast, I was shocked because I had no idea what their drama was going to be about and this was a random drama I clicked on on MDL 😐.
I hope it has the same main leads as the first season, I don't mind if the supporting actors are changed. I will still watch it even if they change the leads, but I definitely won't be as into the plot without Zhao Lusi and Ryan Ding. I also hope this season is about their real lives in the modern world as screenwriter and actor.
I think I fall under "Drama Google"., a bit of a "Related by drama" and "Spoiler Alert" (but I rarely watch on going dramas). I also prefer Cdramas over Kdramas (Cdramas finish airing a lot quicker). I do a lot of research on dramas before considering watching them unless it is a drama I am watching for the cast (not necessarily for visuals, more actors I know will be in a drama worth watching). If I don't like the reviews of the drama, or comments on MDL and YouTube and outside, I will find out everything about the plot of the drama, watch the good scenes and not bother watching the drama. That is the only time I would purposely ruin a drama.
But I also always accidentally spoil the entire plot of dramas I am planning to watch like "Crazy Love" which I accidentally found out the ending of today and I haven't eve started it yet.
First 10 episodes made sense, the whole time travel aspect, but then it just didn't make sense anymore because they changed the 2024 timeline from the original one the ML remembered for 12 years. I understood that there were 2 timelines and followed them, but episode 9 introduced another alternate timeline altogether and then the FL went back to the past again at episode 11. After the last episode, I can't tell of episode 11 to 24 were a dream or a reality. Probably should have ended after 12 episodes. Also, they never explain why the villain does what he is doing, especially towards the end, it makes no sense for him to be so persistent and obsessive. At first it was about revenge, but when you go back to 2012, nothing has happened yet for him to want to get revenge on.
I don't like this type of story with a romantic relationship between a teacher and student, but I actually really enjoyed this movie. Ito spent most of this movie either confused or minding his own business trying to get the girl to stop liking him. I wish we got to see more of his prospective. I loved the guy best friend of the FL, he was the only ok one who understood everything, he was a really good friend and knew when the timing was right (for his own romance). He also immediately knew what Ito was thinking.
