This looks like it will be an excellent drama as far as casting, acting, writing and overall production.
However, I'm just not in the mood :( I'm sad because I LOVE the cast!!! I may watch it in the future :(

I personally expected the romance - I mean that's a motivation for her. Don't understand the hate for it. It's being done well. I quite enjoy this drama (except for the occasional ~omg don't be stupid~ TV moments)

Not exactly a plot hole - added a GREAT deal to my enjoyment in fact - but OMG when he went to the basement storage and opened it to show the proverbial arsenal that every self-respecting secret agent has to have, then gets in that CAR looking just fine LOL I died for several reasons LOL

I'm not saying you haven't a right to your opinion - I'm saying that not only do I not agree with it, but that since you somehow came to this conclusion, that colors your opinions about other actors and dramas - for ME in other words.

Talking to the wrong person here. Signal is in my top 5 TV shows of ALL TIME - not just KDramas but anything. So no, I do not agree with you at all.

Also, people who have it are really good at voice recognition... I actually knew someone who had it - he was a bartender. You'd never notice if you didn't know.

AH! It's an excellent drama - I highly recommend it! The bromance really outshines the romance LOL

So loving this drama :D Cute and not horribly angsty nor full of politics like so many sageuks :D

Because a) I'm an American (ie I gave the reasons I watch Kdramas in the first place) & b) because world-wide, romance is denigrated and really hard to find well-done.
My comments were relevant, in other words.
I do agree that putting ANYTHING into a drama just to have it (ie forcing romance into a story where it's not important, say) makes the drama lose integrity and veracity. But most KDramas do romance extremely well, better than any other country's TV dramas for sure.
This drama does not need romance to make it interesting.

I find that MOST TV shows (except the Korean ones) do not have romance. That's normal. US shows have lots of lust and sex, but not romance.
So I don't find 'no romance' particularly enticing at all.
THIS show is excellent, tho - very suspenseful and interesting.

Oh, lord, you are correct about A Love to Kill - I had put that nonsense completely out of my head (cause of HOW they died BTW )
It looks like there will be changes from the JDrama, from the interviews with the PD/director.

If you saw I Remember You, where for a bit one wondered if he was like the OTHER 2 psychopaths, this isn't a big surprise....

Yeah, I'm thinking that ending's going to be different, cause KDrama and the whole horror when COUSINS by MARRIAGE fall for each other, let alone full blood siblings!!!
The Devil, and What Happened in Bali are the only KDramas that I can think of where all the leads die. Don't think they went over so well, either.

The only time I saw that was in The Devil (in KDramas) - even in Mr. Sunshine the girl lives!

There are numerous call-outs to Christie, and to Miss Marple. Think younger version of, w/drama. Nemesis is the name of a Miss Marple novel. The village is the Korean version of St. Mary Mead, as are it's inhabitants. She's solving crimes for the villagers in the way Miss Marple did.

They are definitely paying tribute to Christie here - LOVE this a lot!
