Even during a rewatch, the last scene of episode 4 hits right. The scene is so beautiful. They both are really straight forward and I really love them for that. Her putting her hand of his chest. Him hugging her (yeah I am glad its a hug not a kiss, we should have a kiss when both of them are madly in love with each other, let us anticipate the kiss scene, it shouldn't be that easy). The scene made me have butterflies in my stomach. I really don't want to wait for 5 days. Ahh.
I think she fell for him too, but hasn't realized it yet. Even if not in love, I think she really felt something different, when he asked her to come, and she replied which direction and he said "Towards me". Her cheeks were blood red (no not due to the slap, both cheeks were red, she was blushing), she rubbed her hands which she just shook with him. Ahh what a beautiful scene, with that ost and his smile. I loved the scene.
Also subtle flirting Segye, I see what you did there.
based on grandma’s words that seori behaved exactly like she is right now when she had an accident got me thinking…..…
I believe they are the same person. I think Seori, Segye, and Mundo all are reincarnations. While Segye remembers the past via dreams, Mundo might remember them while hearing Segye's voice talking to his therapist about his dreams. Seori on the other hand was acting in a historical setting, when she all of a sudden got flooded with her memories from 300 years old. Maybe she thinks she time travelled because that personality overlapped Seori's personality. Maybe that's what happened in her childhood too and her grandma thought she was sick.
Possible then the writer did not do bad, but the direction did. Because after 6-7, I kind of forced myself to watch just because of the leads. Even before that, like from episode 1-5, it had its peak moments, but I was never obsessed like I am with My Royal Nemesis. We have watched so many dramas together, you know when I am obsessed I write 50 comments, reply to 10 people, make friends, I go mad. I did not feel that with Perfect Crown at all, except for some scenes in ep 2-3. I don't even know if I could have pulled myself to watch till 12. Then the obsessed fans are too much, not everyone is a hater ahh. That's why I hate fangirling for traffic stars. One normal comment and their fans would eat you up. Ahh.
some even saying that the real shin seori could also be kang dansim ,bcuz in the profile of shin seori we saw…
Sounds super interesting. But I want Grand Prince (ML from 300 years back) to have fallen in love with the current FL who is crazy. Yes I know the personalities are vastly different. But I remember current FL remembering the dog incident seeing the new dog in this life. In her memory she was naive, so maybe a personality shift happened when she rose to power.
There is another theory- What if Shin Seori is the reincarnation, just like ML and SML. Kang Dansim doesn't exist, there is no time travel. Its just while Seori was enacting the scene in the palace, she remembered her 300 years old memories. Due to the sudden memory revival, her 300 years old personality has overlapped her real life personality. Maybe this is what had happened in her childhood as well.
Honestly, now that I think clearly I can write a review. But most of them would label me as a hater. So I am out of that. Lol. It was fun ride, but honestly wasted potential. The worst thing was the script especially in the later part. They had a good premise, actors and budget but that's it. If anyone comes and tells me its an award winning script, they should get beaten by that award. Ahh.
I did yesterday. It was not a feedback, it was biased. I had just completed episode 12, so whatever emotions I felt, I wrote. Yesterday I wrote all the positives. After watching episode 11, I had written all the negatives.
This upcoming ooooooh i can't waithttps://www.instagram.com/reel/DYZSgqnsgOn/?igsh=MWwxMGc2ZXhiN3hjYg==
Its not, it is just a promotional video released a week prior to the airing of the drama. But there are dialogues written in the video spoken by FL, these dialogues are part of the drama, but video nope. I was heartbroken too when I heard.
I loved the confession scene on the one hand, but also get nervous when there's a confession so soon, cause that…
With the pacing they have, if everything goes well, a kiss in episode 6 seems obvious now, considering we already got the hug. But yes I also agree fast pacing also means some misunderstandings following classic cliches. Fingers crossed for that. Possible, they are trying to carry the mystery as much as they can. I think they will show some scenes of flashback in every episode as ML sees them in his dreams, till he completely gets his memories instead of fully focusing on the Joseon part in few episodes. I think it would be a balance tilting more on the modern time, cause now the story is set here.
Young Dansim (the one we see as a slave), then as the concubine (who died), Seori (in pictures shown), Dansim in Seori's body are all so different from each other. Very distinct expressions. Im Ji Yeon the actor you are!
