That shouldn't be time skip. Now the drama may add it, but in the novel there wasn't.

I cannot be 100% sure, because some hot scenes are allowed like in case of QQ and QM, plus our lead couple also have hot scenes coming up.
I don't know if hickey is allowed or not though. It can also be a cut or something not shot, but because it was there in the novel, they just showed a later part. They do not have much time as well, they have to fit a lot of things.
