The interviews I saw with Vin he seemed friendly and chatty to the interviewer. It was after his role at KO in Love O2O. I would never have thought he was shy. What a lovely guy. :) He's probably just a great actor then, though I think it's sad he suffered depression during 'Pretty....', he was so good in it.
I saw Oh My General - Peter was okay in it,I didn't think it was a lead role, but it's been a while since I watched it. I think he was okay in it. He seems much better, and more comfortable, in second lead roles/support roles. Oh My General was okay, not the greatest though.
Wait, he got married? Oh well I don't know much about actors' personal lives anyways. I miss him as well :C ♥
Yeah some time last year I think - I only know because it was an article in a Korean/Thai site I visit occasionally. I know that sometimes very popular actors take time off after they get married, but I hope he's back soon.

Vin Zhang is a very confident, friendly guy in real life - but Peter Sheng is painfully, cripplingly shy in real life and I think this was one of his first main roles with a lot of screen time; he'd always had support roles up until this period of time. I think he REALLY struggled. I personally think he would've done better as the second lead and Vin Zhang would've absolutely owned the main lead role. But for some reason in every single drama Vin Zhang has been in with Dilraba Dilmurat he's never been able to be happy with her character - the writers ALWAYS have them as starcrossed lovers, etc.
I wonder the same, I guess you're referring to that creepy naked scene from the trailer... :/
Just thought I'd add I'm no longer a fan of Yamada Yuki any longer - if he's 'excited to play a pervert/hentai' in a f'ed up mess like this then I'm not going to be a fan anymore. Blech!
I think they should've had Ken play the king - I love that guy and his acting steals every scene.
Yup, I'm with you on that - I LOVE Ken. I stumbled across him in Bangkok Traffic Love Story and then stalked everything he's been in. I am not exaggerating when I say I haven't seen him in ANY role that I think he was wrong for....he's nailed every role.
I don't recall Chakrit, can you tell me what he's been in? My other favourite Thai actor is Push. :)
Where is Push? I know he got married, but I miss his acting....his cheeky roles like Perfect Match were the best - but he was pretty good in everything he did. I mean there was a time you couldn't move for him being in dramas, but now he's vanished. :(
I will, of course be bingeing on the BL dramas. But I also want to see Ok Keub Hak Ab Ruk Khun Samee, Richy Rich and Midnight Fantasy. I also like the look of Duang Jai Nai Montra and Hua Jai Sila.
Thanks so much for this article - I can keep an out now for these dramas ....as well as all the new BL ones that will have HAPPY endings because they're not Korean or Chinese! YAY!
There won't be a Part 3 now - ALL LGBT projects have been banned in China now. the only hope they have is to go…
@RandamUsagi - I'm high risk due to long term health issues so I'm on 12 week lockdown (currently ending week 4) and can't leave my property (though I have a garden, so I'm pretty lucky) and I completely agree with you.
I never thought I'd be witnessing a pandemic rivalling the Russian Flu Pandemic of 1889 and rewriting our history as it goes. I think the world will be a very different place when the dust settles - and with far fewer people. It's amazing to think that we're reacting only slightly differently to both the Russian Flu and Spanish Flu of 1919 outbreaks - so much for being advanced.
I doubt the Chinese BL/Danmei community will be finding improvement in their lot until the current dictator is gone......I feel most bad for the Hong Kong protesters - theirvoices have been silenced by this pandemic just as much as the rest of us and they NEED their voice so much more than wedo.
I'm so sorry you went through something so sad! Stay strong, hug your daughter and help her find amazing friends.…
@Timbone - Ah, me too. For the same reason. I just find them too stress inducing because I know I'm going to end up sobbing. Same goes for Chinese LGBT+ dramas -they ALWAYS end tragically. Sometimes by ridiculous means and I alternate between rage and tears. Life's too short for such emotional upheaval and I've more than enough going on in Real Life right now. I will definitely give your recommendation a watch - thanks for that!:)

@Timbone - Agreed. I don't mind a good cry occasionally, but for the most part I avoid the tragedies and tearjerkers on the regular. Like you I don't understand their popularity.
@Soju --- was she even sorry? I'm probably going to skip it though - my father's waiting for test results that will indicate whether he has cancer again (4th time and this time it's BAD) and I can do without idiots even using chemo.
I really hope Thailand's not going the China route of "if you're LGBT+ everything in your life will end horribly; you'll die, your family will go mad and/or die; everyone will hate you until you die....a papercut will prove fatal as will tripping over fresh air". I stopped watching Chinese LGBT+ dramas because of that.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY to this wonderful actress - 2 years younger than me but looks 30 years younger.....I look like her granny!! :) My favourite roles of hers were in HIGH&LOW: The Red Rain, HERO and Last Cinderella. :D
Sad.....or just gory? I can totally do gory...sad, yeah not so much right now.....
@Colorchangingsoupandspri - ah thanks for that, I might have to give it a miss for now then. I have enough tragedy in real life now that I'm trying to deal with....so , genuinely, thanks for the heads up.
