Well, in parks and on pavements, etc they usually have someone going around clearing up the dog mess and who also empties all the dog poop bins in dog walking areas....so yeah, that's probably his job.....but hey, if he didn't do it, think of the mess that would be left..
And him being Korean is why it's still not aired - the Chinese government regularly seem to ban Korean actors from being on their tvs which means that any drama made that they've starred in is held up until the ban is lifted......if it is ever lifted. The hallyu ban is ridiculous.
Chatting to those who know more about this drama, it seems it's been through hell to even get this far. The Chinese censors have done everything they can do to stop it even getting out of China. It's been hacked to pieces by them and is a shadow of the original story, even what we have has been heavily censored too. So we should probably congratulate them on getting it released at all as this has taken them YEARS.
I sincerely doubt there will be much, if any, more LGBT+ dramas exiting the dictatorship of homophobic and anti LGBT+ China.
Nagata is a true parasite. He came into Saki's life and swallowed her whole. She should've known he was trash…
I had a violent controlling ex and he was nice to start with, then slowly controlling, then violent. By the time the violence started I was completely controlled. I was lucky though that I saw the light (so to speak) and managed to get away from him. I think my ex is the worst because its so slow and insidious - at least with Nagata those with any sense of self preservation can leg it straight away. It's just a shame that, even though he was very obvious, Saki decided to be as blind as I was to my less openly vile ex.
But my big question here is - what happened in the end? I'm hoping at the very least she left him, better still she found a shovel and took him for a long walk in a distant forest, coming back strangely alone. ;)
I will watch anything about the Shinsengumi - much maligned, insulted sect who were so much more noble and honourable than later history portrayed them.
Too long ago. The limitation period in thailand for crimes worth death sentence, imprisoning for 20 years or life…
Shouldn't the family have some kind of revenge on him? I'm about to start watching , so I can't say if he has other family, but surely any surviving siblings or parents would want revenge?
I hate how it looks like some productions are actively avoiding to acknowledge the existence of bisexuality
Well China refuses to acknowledge any LGBT+ calling it a deviancy lifestyle choice and there's camps to 'cure' those who choose it. So I guess that at least Thailand's doing better than that. My daughter is pan and says that pans and bis get a lot flack even from the LGBT+ community too.
Not that I'm saying ignoring is right - it's not, but at least Thailand, like Taiwan and Japan are taking steps forward, rather than backwards.
I wish I'd read this comments before watching the drama. Basically Qi Yue believed that everything should be hers and that if An Sheng had it she should give it up for Qi Yue. That includes love. An Sheng valued their friendship so much that each time she did give in, they would sometimes fall out over whatever Qi Yue wanted An Sheng to give up, but eventually she would win.
Qi Yue did NOT deserve a friend like An Sheng. I bailed on this once Jie Yue died because I realised that An Sheng was destined for a sad ending no matter what and I just couldn't handle that - I'd only stuck it out because of the wonderful acting by the always good Shen Yue and that she would prevail at the end. But once it became clear that An Sheng would ALWAYS be the doormat for Qi Yue.
Qi Yue seemed very much a 'dog in a manger' type person, or as they're known these days Narcissistic Personality Disorder; she couldn't stand not being loved and adored by whoever met her (especially men), being top in whatever she did, being first in everything. If an Sheng garnered the attention, love, whatever instead of her, then Qi Yue would immediately hate her. It was subtle, I'll give it that much - but it made Qi Yue a VERY unlikable person which was not helped by the actress who played her in such an emotionless, almost robotic, way.
I don't know what happened in the end because I dropped it - not like me, I usually stick with dramas to the bitter end - but I'm guessing An Sheng ended up with no one and Qi Yue ended up with everything.
It's on dramanice now for anyone who's looking for it. :)
No problem, if I discover people struggling to find a drama/movie, I always check around to see if its up on one of my goto sites, especially if its been a while. :)
Yeah, I'm out - I've been forced to sit through The Notebook, The Fault in our Stars & a Dog's Purpose in recent months so I really don't think my tear ducts can take more punishment right now; I'm also off tearjerkers again for the same reason.

No, I don't mind spoilers - I LIVE for them! :)
