I tried to watch this twice as I am a huge lu SI fan but dropped it each time. The writing is bad and the story is boring. There is no chemistry between the leads even though both actors are usually great in that department. Very disappointing

That was well worth the time. Great chemistry and steamy heart fluttering scenes. The way the ML looks at the FL would melt your heart. No real angst or stress as the ML never doubted or misunderstood the FL. Very healthy relationship. It was short and sweet, no dragging. Would highly recommend

Just finished it, it was a good watch. The ML is a great actor. Now I want to watch more of his work.

This was a surprising fun watch

It seems like a super cute series and I bet many would enjoy it. I had a huge smile on my face at times and cringing at others. However it's not for me, dropping after 1eps. I wanted to watch it because the FL is smart. But I didn't find the writing smart, the first case solution was painfully obvious to anyone. Yet it took Woo way too long to think of it. Also the prosecution changing the charge just because the doctor said maybe it didn't case the death is completely nonsensical. That's not how it works.

It's also not how lawyers work. Their job is to give the defendant the best defence not uncover the truth necessarily. Even if the old lady really attempted to kill her husband they should have looked to question the doctor statement anyway. I may be pedantic. I enjoy fluffy dramas too, but if they include serious themes I expect them to be done right.

I just finished this, it was honestly a very interesting watch and deserve a much higher rating.

Don't watch it if you are looking for romance or for a happy story. However it's very interesting view on life. It's poetic and full of deep meaning.

Attractive ML and hot bed/kissing scenes. But for some reason didn't make me feel any flutter. It's like my brain wasn't convinced that the ML is truly attracted to FL even though he is acting and showing he is attracted. The FL is cute but I couldn't see her as a couple with ML. The ML also felt attractive in a model kind of way, almost not a real person. His weak acting didn't help.

I would install viki. Honestly the subscription for viki is pretty cheap and I find that I use it a lot more than Netflix

After the ML exacted his long awaited revenge. When he was soaking in the blood of his enemies and his laugh/cry expression was so heart-wrenching and intense. I felt heart broken for him. You could tell the battle waging in his mind. He is happy he avenged his family but sad he lost them too and also lost the chance of marrying his love. He resigned to death in that moment.

The ML acting was a bit stiff at times but he killed it as well. I can see great potential in him in the future.

This is me two weeks later. I still can't get over a particular intense ML scene. His acting was incredibly there. First time I have rewinded a non romantic or funny scene so many times. If you watched it you must know what scene I mean. I heard the actor suggested filming it as it wasn't in script. Details in next comment:

Maybe it's not for you. I wasn't bothered by her acting and dubbing. But honestly I am used to the cliche xanixia plot of clueless FLs that grow and mature over time.

I don't think fairy and the devil is that logical either but it was consistent within the rules it set. I.e if you can revive someone because a part of them remained, you can revive anyone both leads were revived in a similar dynamic though it took centuries to achieve. Poor security in heaven the whole time. Not only when it was necessary for plot...etc.

In any case you can absolutely disagree with me. It's only my opinion and it's probably not that objective anyway. I enjoy discussing thoughts on different dramas and learning how others think about them

You are absolutely right. I started recently taking note of the unforgettable ones and the ones I would rewatch over and over again. It doesn't mean the fluffy ones aren't worth watching for fun

Loved him as Tan Si in Fall in love. He is my favourite sidekick

They are attractive to begin with, make up applied on all and highly filtered on top. You can tell because they have no pores even on close up.

I hope you didn't drop it in the end. She is very annoying I agree, but that will make the revenge against her sweeter. Trust me you'll be satisfied :)
