TLB was aired first, so most would have been brought to YAMG from TLB. But, I think more and more from YAMG will be coming over, once they discover how good an actress Dilraba is. They will naturally want to see more of her dramas. They will not be disappointed, because here, she gets to showcase an even wider spectrum of his acting abilities compared to YAMG.

The romance is good, but secondary to character growth of the main protaganist, Li Changge. The romance between the ML and FL will run alongside Li Changge's character growth as the plot unfolds. It is a very sweet and mature type of romance, full of mutual trust and understanding.

A lady here by the name of MK916 is doing the same thing as you are, playing those OSTs from TLB everyday.

I was here when the antis attacked the rating about 2-3 weeks ago. And saw how within one hour, the rating dropped from 8.6 to 8.2. That is a massive drop which cannot be done by 1-3 raters, because there were already 300 plus raters then.

So, the antis must have been able to create numerous fake accounts. Soangel, a commentator here, mentioned that each anti can create as many as 20 fake accounts, all of which can be used to rate dramas. So, we just need 5 of those antis to inflict massive damage.

We cannot stop these sophisticated antis from doing what the do. But, we can counter them by persuading every legit viewer who loves this drama to rate it a 10/10. So far, it is working. If more and more rate it really high, then it should go up to 8.7 fairly quickly. May even go higher than that.

I am actually not a fan of modern Chinese dramas. If it is about the script and acting, I feel that modern Chinese dramas are no match for Kdramas. I came over from TLB primarily to see how Reba transit from an historical to modern drama. I have seen enough to see that she can do it seamlessly.

If TOOL is good, I may end up watching all of it. If not, I will just stick to historical dramas, and there are new ones all the time. Just as I feel modern Cdramas are no match for Kdramas, I also feel that historical Cdramas are far superior to historical Kdramas. The production sets are far better, both in terms of the quality and the size of those sets. And, in terms of scripts and acting in historical dramas, I feel that Chinese have already caught up and have surpassed the Koreans.

So, waiting for Reba's next two historicals will be no issue for me.

I understand where you are coming from. But, don't be too upset. I think very little of that is done here. One or two could just be expressing their personal preference for YAMG over FIYS or LS.

Instead, we have had quite a few who came here who say this drama is so similar to FIYS or LS. Those are the kinds of comments that can easily incite people here to diss the other two dramas. As long as we do not see those comments, whatever we read here are rather mild and harmless expressions of preference by a few people. Please do not worry too much after it.

Thanks! The 'world' of Reba and that of QJJ seem quite similar. Both are successul celebrity actresses. Even their ages are similar and their personalities are quite alike. So, playing QJJ must have been quite easy for her, compared to playing Li Changge. After this, we can look forward to her next project. We can check out The Oath of Love, while waiting for that one.

I noticed that as well. I think the rating in MDL will go to at least 8.7 in a few weeks. Because moving to 8,6 is merely recovering the lost in rating a few weeks ago. Moving to 8.7 represents a real increase over a three week period.

Oh, I already read the part about the girl from LA suing him. He very likely has enough money to pay for all the damages. But his reputation is totally gone. If he is found guilty and has to go to jail for 10 years, he must do something else upon his release. I am not sure he can stay in the entertainment industry. He has lots of money, so he can easily start a business.

Ok, I do think if FIYS was well received, it just mean one thing: the way that game was played in that drama must not have been too annoying to those who loved that drama. They are ok with it. Viewers who love FIYS probably feel the same way we feel about YAMG, that game was just a plot device to bring people together.
