A good question that many people asked. Are you aware of the high possibility that Wu Lei, the actor who portrayed…
It is indeed speculation, because there is no way Wu Lei is going to show us his acting contract.
But it is intelligent speculation. This director has no issue asking his leads to do kisses. This is very clear from Eternal Love of Dream (pillow book), which he directed.
Dilraba has done kisses before.
And male actors around 20 already kissed their female lead, so age cannot be an issue.
So, if you rule all those possibilities, the most likely reason still remain that no-kiss clause in his contract.
Welcome to this forum. You must be the only person in this forum who is from China. Would you like to stay around…
Don't worry about your English. We can understand you. This show is very well received internationally. Many of the people here in this forum come from different countries, yet we all love this drama very much
We like the Li Changge character. She is very unique, because she is very strong, courageous and very smart even at a very young age.
And also the Ashile Sun character. He is willing to give up many things beause of his love for Li Changge
A good question that many people asked. Are you aware of the high possibility that Wu Lei, the actor who portrayed…
Yah. So the director had no choice but to use various body language to show that they have deep love and affection for each other. Already far too many scenes used animation. If all of the kiss scenes, like the two forehead kisses, and the warm embrasses were replaced by animation, viewers will complain even more.
Hence, the director used that bird scene. The kissing of the two birds was supposed to represent the fact that they kissed
I always wondered, for the kiss scene for Changge and Sun, how come they didn't just animate the scene with drawings…
A good question that many people asked. Are you aware of the high possibility that Wu Lei, the actor who portrayed Sun might have a clause in his acting contract that said he cannot do any mouth-to-mouth kiss scene??
Agreed. As an actress she is good but this script had her as a heroine that couldn’t survive on her own, every…
You might have overlooked the fact that she was the one who came up with the plan to save the Eagles' division, when Ashile Sun thought there was no way out.
She was also the one who came up with the plan to form the peace alliance with Tang, to counter any threat from the Ashile troops (Episode 39).
Or that she was also the one who came up with the plan to thwart the Khatun's plan to break up the alliance
Or that she was the architect of the rescue of Ashile Sun.
Toward the end, she was way more clever than him

Nobody. He liks the character played by Dilraba, which is the main character in this drama, Li Changge. But Li Changge treats him just like an ordinary friend. Li Changge likes Ashile Sun. So Alan Feng ends up with nobody
I like Li Changge character so much. Dilraba did a good job. But somehow I ff her sweet scenes with Sun. Probably…
Yes, their scenes when they are in dispute are quite cute. But their chemistry when they show love and affection are also lovely. Maybe you can read the post above and see what you think?? You go to the Recent Discussion section above. Look out for a link started by Kaju and commented on by others. The link is entitled: For the people, who want to clear whether Changge loved Sun enough.
Maybe you can read all the stuff and see how you feel? And, if after reading those comments, you are still not convinced how much they love each other, many of us here will be more than keen to explain why we feel otherwise.
I forgot to add, yes, Dilraba did an amazing job portraying Li Changge. And Leo Wu did an equally great job portraying Sun.
I know many of us have our favourite scene from TLB. Here is my favourite scene for the entire drama.
Sorry if I sound like a broken record.
The snow walk scene in E15 is my favourite scene. It captures a lot of stuff. Li Changge's bravery, in coming out of that city, alone, unarmed, to face thousands of Ashile troops, her ability to hold her sadness in check and negotiate calmnly with Ashile Sun. She must have cried till her tear ducts could produce nothing much. And in the cold winter, those tear ducts must have dried up even more. But I did see a few precious tear drops trickling down her cheeks, showing that she was still habouring deep sense of sadness from the way the Gongsun couple died, from the way A'Dou died.
She also clearly felt a sense of betrayal by Ashile Sun, in that he hid his identity from her for so long. But she would negotiate bravely with him. Her voice was firm and unwavering. Her surrender deal with Ashile Sun shows her betting ability. She was willing to wager that A'Sun will not want to risk the lives of his own soldiers.
I liked it that the director made the snow stop falling the very moment Ashile Sun agreed to her surrender terms. It was as if God (or the heavens) gave his blessing, and spared the lives of thousands of people from that Chinese city.
Here is this scene, I also see Ashile Sun continue to show protection for Li Changge. Making her his slave, under the circumstance, was the only way he could justify to his troops for not killing her. It would be part of his own journey to win over the heart of the woman of his dream.
Her agreement to be his slave is another indication of her willingness to do whatever it takes to save the people of Shouzhou. This is part of her character growth, a step in trying to find her 'path'. From hereon, she will move to the grassland, a 15 year old girl, who has known no city but the Tang's, moving to a great unknown, which is the grasslands of the north. She would stop resisting but let destiny take her on her life journey.
Our thanks to Biri Biri for doing and posting that beautiful artwork on Ashile Sun. Snow Lei Lei also posted a photo and one art piece (not sure she did it herself, but it is really cute). And a newcomer Kristana that photo of Hao Du and Leyan
