Nothing wrong with you. This drama is so good in arousing deep emotions in so many of us. No matter how old we are. Maybe, older people might even appreciate this drama more. Some of the scenes may remind them of their first love, bring back old memories, the emotion they felt when loved for the very first time, by someone of the opposite gender.
I think they are just waiting. Viewership in China already hit 3 billion. When the tally for international views come in, going to be close to 4 billion, in total (domestic plus international).
They are showing this in Korea. Soon, maybe in Japan. The original manhua was popular in Japan. No reason why they will not love this drama. They need to wait for completion of all these broadcasts.
Once all of that is over, and the final viewership tally meets or exceed their expectations, if they have enough materials for a special episode, and we suspect they do, we should see a special episode.
What that happens, it will send this forum into another crazy overdrive. We might even hit 40k by next year!

Lots of Cdramas, the scriptwriter loves to use big misunderstanding between the ML and FL as the main plot. Misunderstanding created by either miscommunication between them or by third parties. This misunderstanding will just drag and drag, making it rather boring for viewers.
Not very difficult to find dramas with HEA. Harder to find dramas with no big understanding between ML and FL.
Which is why so many of us love TLB. So little misunderstanding between the GeSun couple, because there is so much trust between them. Trust that was build on open communication between the GeSun couple. They kept little to no secrets from each other.
Even when they physically apart, they can read each other's mind, and know what the other party is doing, and why. They sent each other messages, using ancient versions of Whatsapp and SMS to keep in touch.
Which makes TLB a rarity in Cdramaland. HEA ending, with nearly zero misunderstanding between the ML and FL.
Which makes it so difficult to recommend a drama with HEA ending and no big understanding between the two main leads.
Most of us are so disappointed with what is out there, we kept coming back to what is found here (in TLB). We do re-watch after re-watch

It is a bit challenging, because the ML very likely has a clause in his acting contract that does not allow him to perform mouth to mouth kisses.
So the director needed to be very creative in asking Leo Wu and Reba to exhibit certain behaviours, to show love and affection. Not very difficult at all. Just need to be observant, and you will 'see' it
As for Yuning and Lusi, they play secondary couple. Their love story is less important compared to Leo and Reba's. And time was running short. So, director used more direct approach.

Someone should make a clip comprising all scenes that involve people who tried to harm Changge, and what Sun did to them. They either got shot by an arrow. Sliced by swords. Kicked and stabbed. Kids, women, men. No action is too violent for Sun. And no age or gender discrimination either.

She is. And she has acted in quite a few historical dramas, mostly involving sword fighting kind. So, taking a knock occasionally is expected. And she is a woman. They will take extra care to protect her from any serious injuries while doing her own fight scenes.
If those swords are plastic, very likely to be softer kind. To prevent serious injuries while filming.
