On the one hand, I want this drama to air right now. On the other, I don't think I'll be able to tell people with a straight face that I'm binging the shit out of something called 'Long for Fish' they might not say anything hurtful, but they'll definitely look at me like I just got done getting a terrible haircut and currently look no different from Lord Farquaad in shrek movies.

Kind of random but I love this drama's titles. Forget the original one, which is pretty as hell already, even Fangs of Fortune and The Story of Mystics are bangers. I'm glad it's something that is not only beautiful but also stands out rather than typical cdrama English titles that are just different versions of — Love [insert thing], The Legend of [insert thing], or something as abhorrent and utterly shameful as 'Long for Fish' because the one in charge of picking up that English title definitely showed up drunk on his duty.

Since it's Guo Jingming we're talking about here, we won't get a sad ending or a happy ending, we'll get a cliffhanger and a hint towards much-needed season 2 that he isn't going to drop anytime soon *begrudgingly glances at MJTY*

Trust me this drama is gay as hell. Watch it.

I swear he's so freaking cute in Fangs of Fortune. The funny thing is, he's older than me yet I felt like I had to put his character into my pocket and protect him from the world lmao.

She really suits the whole 'seemingly-cold female character who has to keep her feelings bottled up because of all the responsibilities on her shoulders' vibe. And I'm absolutely loving her in action scenes. I hope she gets to play more characters like Pei Si Jing, she's doing an amazing job.

I loved his dancing in Fangs of Fortune so much. He looked like a kid who just got dragged by his mom to dance in front of the judgy relatives 😭

I keep refreshing this page like those 7 hours are going to turn into 7 seconds and episode 13 would be just there for me to watch. I can't wait and I don't want to wait. Why must I still wait? ●█▀█▄

This drama was softer than a cat's fur that just got washed, dried and brushed. I swear watching it literally felt like plopping my face on a fluffy pillow after an exhausting day. Just cute and refreshing. I need more gls like this.

Makes me glad that Yan An actually chose to be an actor afterwards. They were keeping this man's acting talent in a dungeon and he got even less screen time than those fake office plants in the background, now he's strutting around in intricate robes and doing justice to his roles in cdramas. His career as an idol was surely admirable, but it's his acting career that's finally going to get him the attention he deserves because, just like singing, he does genuinely seem to enjoy acting.

Guess Li Lun broke that rule too lmao. He's the type of villain who is hard to hate.

Guo Jingming, the next episode better have Pei Si Jing and Wen Xiao's wedding because you've been slacking off when it comes to sismance in the past few episodes. Do you realise how big of a crime it is? Their first meeting was Wen Xiao going 'aiya I accidentally fell into a cold jiejie's arms, I'm such a delicate and sickly woman, seems like jiejie would have to hold me for a while' you cannot convince me it didn't suddenly rain and a rainbow didn't show up in the sky right at that moment.

I kind of miss the way she was in her initial introduction. The first episode literally began with her cool fight scene, now she just spits blood like her body is a bloodbank and is never going to run out of it.
