I won't say you're a hater, but you're absolutely a COMPLAINER! Good grief, so much plot happens in today's episode, what planet are you on? This episode gave us so much information about multiple characters and contributed to plot-driven world building: a slightly deeper look into the history and intricacies of Paytai & Ramil's relationship, the friendship between Jay & Calvin, Khanin and Charan navigating their newfound romantic relationship, the woes of Emmaly's citizens, more on the King's negligence of the people's wellbeing, etc. Clearly, the show isn't just about the competition. It's also about the events and characters leading up to it that directly affects the main characters lives and mental/emotional wellbeing, among other things.

Just because you have a short attention span, sped through the episode, which means you clearly missed a lot of the story, doesn't mean the show is boring or bad. AT this point, If you're bored, I guess that sucks for you and you move on and stop wasting your time.

Additionally, no one should have to explain the inclusion of the hair products; it's a matter of product placement and sponsorships. Without them, there wouldn't be a show for you to complain about. 🙄

I completely agree. Not to mention all the false hope they kept dishing out to us with each statement both companies released up until now. As far as I'm concerned, both companies are to blame. I trust neither of them. They kept dangling the metaphorical carrot in front of our faces just to snatch it away after months of us begging them not to break up this pair, and then they go and do the exact opposite.

I still can't make logical sense of this business move and these decisions. It's like both companies are self-sabotaging or something. They have gold, and they are throwing everything away like it's nothing or as if they are so confident they can conjure up another CP, or show that will garner the same reception as SmartBoom. They can't and won't! But hey, if both companies want to crash and burn and piss us fans off beyond repair then they have succeeded. The trust is broken, and I will never believe anything they say again. I'm sure most of us won't.

If Top Form S2 continues, I will watch solely for Boom and the rest of the crew, but the rest of WeTv, Headliner, TaiLai, and especially MOFOing GIR are dead to me. They deserve to be boycotted and go bankrupt for fucking with us, with SmartBoom, and our emotions, as well as, disregarding our feelings, and our wishes for so long. Who were they before Top Form? Nobodies.

SmartBoom was very dedicated and clearly worked so hard for everything Top Form. SmartBoom and we fans generated so much revenue and profit for both companies, yet this is how they repay them and us? They purposefully allowed us to get so invested and so attached, and it was all for nothing. What a waste of our time, money, energy, and effort. F*ck them. This has been my first, and will now be my last investment in a ship.

You did. It's supposed to be a romance. I'm pretty sure they made that clear in both pilots and the official trailer. Obviously, there's some political espionage, political thriller, and action thrown in for funsies, but mainly, this is a romance.

I also agree. People will bitch about anything, yet continue to watch the show in the guise of "hanging in there" for certain characters, or specific plots, and then come here to bitch and moan, to no one who cares, about all the crap they feel is wrong about the show. This may ruin the viewing experience for people who enjoy the show and its qualities.

Blah, blah, blah. It's all nitpicky noise until the clothes come off and the tonsil hockey begins. I'm just here to have a good time. I cannot speak for everyone, but I am sure a lot of us are. No one and nothing is perfect. There will always be mistakes and areas for improvement, so critiques are okay and should be encouraged for learning, growth, and advancement opportunities. But not incessant complaints and insults about the stupidest, smallest things. Then again, I guess we all have our own opinions. Just try to be kinder, please, for God's sakes.

Maybe give Net and JJ some time to develop? It's called building a story arc and they are side couple just like Ava and her lover, and Ramil and Paytai. Jeeze 🙄

So, Smart clarified some things today. If he's sticking with his partnership with Boom, then why are both Headliner and GIR doing a "he-said, she-said" going back and forth, and releasing fake news, thus creating a widespread panic for literally everyone? Seems pointless. I know it's a show, and they are actors, so we should all calm down and not add to SmartBoom's stress and struggles. However, this show brought immense happiness to many people, so we are very passionate and protective of it. Plus, we don't want yet another potential masterpiece to go down the drain because of "you know what." Not gonna lie, these two are the first, and now the last ones I've allowes myself to personally invest in and this crap happens. That will teach me. Anyways, whether they are together or not, Smart and Boom just need to take a break and relax. There are too many events and meet-and-greets even before this mess started. I feel really bad for them. They must be so overwhelmed.

Like I said, we'll wait and see. I wouldn't blame him for cutting ties. This shit is so toxic and a personification of the show.

It's so insulting and laughable to be the MC of a show about navigating the dark side of the entertainment industry when he's experiencing the same thing in real life from the very people employing and managing him and his work partner.

We all just need to cool down, be patient and let the powers that be work things out. Once they do, whether the final answer/news is good or bad, we'll just have to except it and move on despite however we may feel. Whatever the news, we better have some concise, concrete CLARITY. That's all I'm asking for.

This drama is beyond ridiculous. Again, where are the mediators and lawyers at? They should be doing EVERYTHING to negotiate new terms so both parties are satisfied and everyone gets what they want. I know it's not easy, but are things really that bad behind the scenes?

I can't believe they can't suck it up and come to a conclusive arrangement for the sake of SmartBoom and all of us who invested and helped make them all so popular and a lot of profit too.

My conscience is clear because I never said shit about Smart. I was always supportive and gave him the benefit of the doubt because I'm not dumb since all of this crap came out of nowhere thanks to the idiots managing both Smart and Boom. Like I said, too many people don't think, and they take things at face value. The real fans are the ones who look at the big picture and take everything into account. We see BOTH actors and their struggles. I guess we wait to see what happens next, but I am still pissed beyond off about him exiting Top Form. It just won't be the same. Finding his replacement is not going to be easy.

Yes, and it's ALWAYS all the good shows with actual quality, high standards, and decent production value. Why can't anything ever just go right for us? They can't keep getting fans' hopes up, building up the ships via fanservice and these meet-and-greets, then out of nowhere break them up and cancel their partnerships and shows. It'll destroy them. I am sick to death of it. Because of how popular and successful Top Form became, not to mention how quickly, I was so confident they would be able to break the curse and triumph above all else to develop this three-season show as planned. But no. Of course not. Should have known better. Thanks to this mess, it will be hard for me to enjoy future BLs now, no matter how good they are. At the end of the day, it's a business, and all they want is our money, not our wishes and respect. I will gladly take back all these words once we get concrete clarity from BOTH sides of this ridiculous debacle that both agencies are putting us, the fans, and SmartBoom through. We don't deserve this, and after years of hard work and a lot of shed tears, neither do SmartBoom.

I completely agree. That's why none of this makes no sense, and they are probably holding him hostage or something. Logically, I can't think of anything else. Right now, I hate GIR. Why can't he do both like he's been doing?

That's what we've all been saying, but according to to Tailai's Statement, he wants to stay with GIR, who is doing everything but good for his career. That's why there has to be more to the story. A lot of the fans are taking this situation at face value. I'm trying to give him the benefit of the doubt because why would he want to throw away all the success he earned through Top Form like this? Top Form was his breakout role and gave him majority of his fans and influence. So you'd want to ride that gravy train till it's a desert. These "decisions" makes absolutely no sense. People and the so-called fans are too gullible.

I am so sick and tired of the wasted potential and opportunities of talented artists and shows going down the drain because of the staggering greed, unprofessionalism, miscommunication, lying, deceit, or God knows what else of talent agencies or shit managers.

Top Form, SmartBoom and Auralis are all so new, so fresh, but most importantly, SO FUCKING SUCCESSFUL! So why the hell are they being destroyed at the height of their peak? I don't understand it. Why is GIR so damn unprofessional? Why are they not releasing any statements and letting Headliner do all the talking? Why make SmartBoom official and give them an official fanbase just for them to break up like, two weeks later? WHY? I'm completely dumbfounded and flabbergasted by the dumb f*cks managing these talents.

If GIR is really guilty of doing everything Headliner says they are in the statements they've released thus far, then no one will want to work with them due to their complete lack of professionalism and the headaches they have caused. And where are all the lawyers at?

For season 2, if we are even still getting one at this point, does this mean they are re-casting Jin? If so, good luck with that. I am confused regarding the timeline of events, so we really do need to hear the story from Smart's side because a lot of us feel completely blindside, lied to, and deliberately strung along by these recent developments.

All this shit came out of nowhere. SmartBoom is one of THE most popular, influential BL couples, ever, especially in such a short period of time, and GIR don't want to jump on the bandwagon and capitalize on that? Where is the sense? Are they trying to tank Smart's reputation, his respect and his career? Is Smart a real life Akin? Seriously, WTF because Smart has literal idiots managing him because no one will probably want to support that record company or any of their artists after this PR nightmare and mismanagement.

The show wasn't as bad compared to when it started, but it would have definitely benefited from more episodes to flesh out the story and characters better. In episode 6, I don't like how easy it was for Sun to betray Nu after claiming to love and refusing to break up with him to Chain, and then literally one minute later, cheat on him. Like, what was that? So much for your undying love. I also don't like how quickly Nu forgave him. It's as though Sun can do whatever he wants, upset Nu, or break his heart, then get sick for Nu to feel pity for him in place of forgiveness, and magically, everything is ok, and they get back together. I liked them as a couple until Sun F*cked up the way he did and barely worked to earn forgiveness.

The high school storyline was unnecessary, Ploy and Lin were too slow-burn for me, a huge F*uck you to Sun's annoying, nosy-ass sister and her friends who shouldn't exist, plus, Chain and Jon came out of nowhere. There were no prior signs of attraction, just maybe an over-depiction of his hatred, so I don't understand Jon's obsession with Chain. Like, for Jon, Chain stole his girlfriend, then he steals his best friend's girl too, he hates him for it, which is valid, but then he also secretly harbors some kind of perverse sexual feelings for him that leads him to constantly seek him out, toy with him, torment him, beat him up with his buddies, kidnap him, beat and torment him again, RAPE him, then torment him some more. I really don't understand it, which is why we needed more episodes, or they should have completely axed the high school storyline to give the others more room for development. Decent show for what it was, but wtf?

Me too, I thought the same thing as I watched! This show brings so many wtf moments out of the audience, I swear. Although, I can't help but still enjoy myself despite all the glaringly bad blunders and strange camera-angle decision-making.

Sweetie, I was speaking in general regarding the hating, I never said you specifically were. But you saying it's so cringy that your YouTube algorithm recommends trauma therapy is harsh and a bit ridiculous. I am not enacting war on you, or whatever bull. And I am not worshiping the show as you are implying.
