Short, but cute. I suppose it's even more meaningful since I've watched the two in The Long Ballad before watching this. Like the characters were reincarnated and met again. It fits even though this was filmed four years before TLB aired.
This started out as nothing special. Just a girl preparing for a date, but towards the end when more is revealed, it's touching and heartwarming and adorable. Short, but it conveys a lot.
Yes of course, compared to many other A-list actors that are sitting in their homes, sipping coffee and watching…
I don't really care about being called out, because you were right. I am negative and I am pessimistic. The Chinese government is destroying my people and the whole world is doing nothing, so forgive me for being negative and bitter. When your people are facing genocide, you can be the mature one and spread sunshine and positivity. I'll stick with being negative.
This is a little deceptive-I was ready to fight someone claiming my favorite 90s era (when I started watching…
You are absolutely right. It's a pity so much has been lost. It's true that I haven't seen any of her earlier works, because most are not available. This woman is a powerhouse. She has a very emotional face. Makes me happy when she's happy and sad when she's sad. A true actress.

Just because she's an actress I admire, doesn't mean that I will automatically write something nice. I expressed an opinion and if you don't like it, then move on, because frankly I don't really care. Trying to tell someone off, because they don't share your opinion or yoi reaction to an article is childish. So yeah, you're the one who needs to grow up.

There's no need to be mean. First of all, she's actually one of the actresses I admire a lot. Secondly, you don't know who donated or not, because not everyone goes around advertising it. And thirdly, I merely pointed out that she doesn't seem to care what goes one closer to home or does care but is afraid of China to speak up, because she probably makes money in China. It's not pessimistic. It's reality. Grow up.
I dropped this drama after watching half of it back when it was airing. I'm thinking of finishing it, because I'm still curious about the ending and about Leon Lai's character. I initially dropped this because Vic Zhou was seriously miscast. Somehow he doesn't fit into the world of this drama like the other actors and has zero chemistry with Dilraba. An example of how a miscast ML can ruin a perfectly good drama.
I think he's a great actor. I will admit though that after The Untamed and Miss the Dragon, I'm going to have a hard time trusting any character he plays until the end.
Yes. I wish that they would give us some more information.
I think the talks about a drama adaptation started around 2016. I waited for years and then gave up. I thought it was never going to happen. Then it all started again with rumoured actors and everything, but this is snail pace.
I wish they would just give us more info already. There have been rumours about this being turned into a drama since so long ago and Wallace Huo was rumoured to star in it. That's how long I've been waiting for this to happen
