love it! and ive always wondered that too! and why when the show is about a stylist or designer do they have NO…
So true! hahahahaha
The last example of no fashion sense: Last Cinderella. ;)
While I can believe that they want to economize on heating, they could wear, I don't know, two jumpers one on top of the other, but a SUIT! What bugs me the most is not how much they wear, but WHAT they wear.
I couldn't post too many pics, but there's another example of a sick man in bed with executive shirt and cardigan. Or women with metal hairband, hairclips, jewels... :P
Awesome you pretty much covered everything. I lived in Korea for a year and I have a possible response for #2.…
I HAVE wondered too. Slaps give the dramas that very Victorian touch they'd otherwise lack, although in Voctorian times they would meet up the next morning at 6.00 in a foggy clearing... ;);)
"Legendary Class 3-D is in fact made of long distance running champions." This made me laugh so hard.…
I can't remember which one of the three seasons displays the best example of marathon, but I'm sure once again you won't be disappointed in their running ability... ;)
I actually forgot to mention the Mystery of the Invisible Restaurant Keeper.
Our heroes are eating (once again) at some bar or restaurant or food-court and shout their order to some invisible keeper whose brief reply we hear coming from somewhere behind a wall, or a plant, or a group of people. No matter how crowded the restaurant is, this Super Keeper (usually some Ahjumma) always knows where the order came from. For the life of me, I can't remember ever seeing one.
"Ahjumma, Soju!!!" :P
Hahaha! Very well written article!! I agree with all!! We should send some scientists to Asia and see if they…
I doubt it. I can see the scientists being dragged to one of those yummy food stalls, drowned in soju or sake and end up becoming drama extras themselves.
LOL
;)
why when they want to switch off the cellhone they take off completly the battery like there is no button for…
Don't despair my friend! Remember Eun Chan in Coffee Prince? She piggybacked Han Kyul every other night, and he was double as tall.
I'm sure you can find a tall gentleman who's ready to oblige! ;)
Great article and it was fun to read :) I don't find any of those phenomenons puzzling and I also don't have any…
Oh, don't get me wrong: I grew up watching western dramas and they would fill a whole library with mysteries.
Luckily this is an Asian Drama forum, populated by crazy addicted too, who are more than willing to remain in the dark as long as we can ogle our darlings a little longer... ;);)
I love you!!! This article rocks!!! Unfortunately I have no answers for any of those phenomenon. The one that…
LMAO.
So true. They hear the whole rant and they run away weeping the exact moment that person declares his undying love! ;)

Thank you Cat! I'm glad you like it.:D
I actually enjoy all the articles here, although I admit that now and then they are a little too personal (favourite dramas, favourite actors and so on).
It's really not easy to find issues that can be of interest to most and that haven't been discussed 100 times before. Someone's always going to protest, object or criticize, but that's part of the game... I guess. ;)
"1. The Mystery of the Bed-Sarcophagus" Yes, yes, yes! One of the first mysteries, that crossed my mind…
I remember when Mary Stayed Out All Night was airing we had a discussion thread open and a couple of people dropped the drama after seeing Kim Jae Wook sleep in his suit not once but twice or thrice. LOL
They always run that's why they are so skinny. Very well written article on the things that puzzle me very time…
Good explanation! :D
So now I'll start stuffing myself with tons of noodles and then run around Milan shouting at buses so that I can lose at once all the kilos I gained eating...

Who knows, perhaps sleeping in your working suit makes you fall deeper into the arms of Morpheus? ;)
