I couldn't wait for the King 2 Hearts' subs and watched ep.7 raw. Wow... and as much as I dread the next, I'm too in love with this drama already to stop now. Off I go watching the 8th...

P.S. Your review is useful and well written. I love your comments on cinematography, I think this aspect is too often omitted in reviews.

As a matter of fact, I've gone back to watching dramas, from which I had taken quite a long vacation. And because I'm sort of bed ridden for a flu right now, I have nothing better to do than bash the most beloved drama on the net, LOL. Let's blame the virus...

LOL, please, don't feel the need to justify your loving eye-candies. I am not less hopeless in this department. Just recently I've gone through the slowest movie I've seen after Come Rain Come Shine (which I'd re-entitle "Snail's race"), just because I wanted to see an actor on screen.
I'm in the mood for reviews lately and this is one I always wanted to write but never had the courage to. I also know what it feels like to read negative reviews about something I've liked: one becomes a little protective, as if they were our creatures. So I won't mind receiving negative response in return. I simply think that a little variety in taste and judgment won't hurt, if really there's someone like me who reads reviews before watching a show. :)

Frankly, I'm happy not all dramas out there are about romance. Also, for an idol like Yamapi who's got a horde of fangirls dreaming of tearing off his clothes, dramas like this are a challenge and a great way to grow up as an actor.

I just came out of a non-obsession phase, which kept me away from the drama world for almost 6 months. It was good work-wise, but I had missed the feeling of being so enthralled by something that I spend almost the entire night in front of my computer.
Obviously, now that I've found my addiction back, I'm in trouble with my working schedule. ;);)

Thank you beca! I always read your reviews too, and although we may differ on some taste - which is just fine - I find them very well written and useful. :D
Just don't expect too much romance, which is not the point of the drama. I personally think the friendship and sweetness of it all is more than enough to warm the heart. :) If you watch it, please le me know what you think.

Another thing I loved, are the details which never found a completion, like the waitress always trying to talk about her husband(s) who was every time interrupted, and the elephant of which we just saw the shadow. LOL

Hahahahahaha, yes, when the "rival" chef comes to challenge him. And what about his attempts at smiling? LOL And the Out-of-space, visual key attire, with the make up messing with his eyes. Little things, but truly well done and funny. :D

P.S. I get some of the most delicious desserts ever. Not so great for fitness, but wonderful for mood! :D:D
