100% I said the same blow, normally amnesia drags for so long I hate it, but here both times were so quick and didn't make the leads like useless. They were still very much themselves and resolved quickly. It was used t help the plot, not make the plot drag longer.

Yeh Youku heat index is way easier to reach higher. For example on iqiyi to reach 10k and tencent to reach 30k (10k on iqiyi is same as 30k on tencent pretty much) you need around 50 million daily views reported (per Yunhe), but for Youku around 35 million daily views gets you 10k. So 10k on Youku much easier.

You know some people are born leaders, others have leadership thrust upon them and grow into a leader. Watching the second prince actually questioning things and growing into a leader is nice to see.

Not only did second prince actually use critical thinking for once and question the story his mother told him, he was able to identify a minister that was usable and pliable, someone that would help him with as they were not loyal to anyone, then intimidate and persuade him to help. He showed the tiniest bit of intimidation and aura a emperor should have.

Whether you want ML on the throne or not at the end, great to see some character development from the second prince., hope it continues (looking at previews it does).

This comment! I agree, good time to fit in the character development and progression of the plot on princess and XJS's side so we can set up the final battle between XJS and ML, while ML is recovering with the alliance.

Normally I hate amnesia plots in dramas, but honestly they did it so well here twice I don't mind it here. I love how both times (especially with ML), the amnesia is quickly resolved. It's not dragged for ages. And the scene of him getting his memories back and crying with FL was pretty emotional and really well acted by both. I really appreciate the show not dragging the amnesia with FL and ML.

Also, even when they had amnesia, it didn't make them helpless, especially FL. She didn't become an idiot or helpless with her amnesia, I appreciate that so much. Although I still don't like amnesia plots, for future dramas, this is how you execute an amnesia plot line that is actually watchable.

I don't think they'll be angst for our leads for too long, judging from the previews in ep 32, he gets his memory back as him and FL sitting together peacefully in the ep 32 preview.

Judging from ep 32 preview, ML and FL are sitting together peacefully, so I think he regains his memory either in ep 31 or 32 latest.

Their love is rock solid throughout, so supportive and such a good relationship, so don't worry. though the betrayal by someone else is so heartbreaking.
