Haha haven't seen those but just by the names I already feel they re similar to those 😂 Its a good Strat I just hope they keep it up, sometimes dramas with scheming and all that can get super messy and confusing, I hope not for this. I like both actors but I agree, especially with William, haven't seen him in anything in a while.

No problem, and yeh honestly not a bad way of putting it. So far it's like those short dramas in cdrama world but just made into a proper drama with a bigger budget, but the story is very short drama esque, very melodramatic. I think its going to blend being a melodrama with a lot of scheming, and then turn in into a romance, healing type drama after the divorce.

It's really good, one of my favorites, along with One and only. They are my favorite two cdramas with sad ending (I normally hate sad endings 😂) The chemistry and fight scenes are great in journey of love.. Does have a sad ending though, but it's kind of open, theres theories that its a happy ending, but most people believe its a sad ending (but for me I don't care, I choose to believe its a happy ending 😂). Don't want to spoil too much for you though in case you don't like spoilers.

Depends on what you like. This is a show thats heavy on the secrets and scheming, calculating ML and FL. I find it entertaining due to all the secrets and seeing how ML and FL play each other, and slowly seeing the secrets being exposed. Each time someone from FL's past returns and her secrets get closer to being exposed, I find it exciting. Also find it interesting to see what exactly each persons schemes and goals are, especially what ML's real thoughts/plans are. The chemistry in my opinion is pretty good, and looking forward to the proper romance, after the divorce, when ML chases FL. I admit it can sometimes be a bit choppy with the flashbacks, back and forth. Editing can be confusing sometimes.

But again just depends what you like, this is like a melodrama romance, with two toxic red flags. I look forward to seeing how they slowly become green flags, I'm looking forward to their character development. They play their characters well in my opinion. Some people have complained about all the clothing changes for FL which I understand but to me I don't really care but I can see how it annoys some people.

Honestly, still early in the drama only 6 episodes out, but for me it's interesting and I look forward to seeing where it goes. The secrets, scheming and looking forward to what happens when everything is out in the open, really does make me intrigued and entertained. The characters make me invested in seeing their charter development which I like. My opinion might change if their character development is poor but so far I find it entertaining. I also do feel that after the divorce this will transition to a healing, romance type drama, but still with some scheming and melodrama of course. I can understand if it's not for everyone though and thats ok.

Oh nice, yeh she's not bad. I first watched her in fireworks of my heart and she was pretty good. She plays romance roles well, as for whether she plays the hardened soldier/killer role well, see what you think. I thought she was decent.

Hahaha I know what you mean, I like enemy to lover dramas as well. Thats a tough choice, when the phone rings was really good as well. So is Are you the one, it's pretty intense, especially when she eventually figures out his lies 😂I'm sure you'll enjoy it! Tough choice but also a good position to be in, gotta love when you have so many dramas you want to watch, just don't know where to start 👌

Glad to hear it, my favorite genre as well! They are good ones. Also there's a cdrama coming up called Fated hearts, probably releasing early October, not sure if you've heart of it. Similar concept to Are you the one, ML and FL enemy generals, FL looses her memory, ML pretends to be her husband. Could be good, releasing soon apparently.

One child policy was very strict. Initially there would be a fine if having more than one child but also women could get forced abortions, or forced sterilizations, and many other punishments, very strict. Twins counted as one birth, so was ok. It was more a one birth policy, doesn't matter how many children, if it was all in one birth, but multiple births were not allowed.

Its a mix of being poor, one child policy but also favoritism, they just liked the older sister better, they also hoped that FL was a boy, but when she was born as a girl they were disappointed. So a mix of a lot of things.
