first kiss episode 31, there were quite few kisses after, happy ending.
I gave it a try and it's so good. Even though I am at the very first episodes and there is no romance, I like the character of both leads. An easy going and kind younger ML with a super calm and gorgeous older FL. At least we don't have to listen to FL screaming and wining here.
That kind of body swap is very refreshing. I this this is the only type that I would like and have not seen a drama where ML and FL swap bodies. It is always ML or FL swapping body with somebody else.
exactly. would be a solid 9 from me if it ends at ep 10 tbh
I think the appearance of the ex was to prove us that he was happy and the ex was not (because she tried to ruin their relationship), but still the ex was completely out of the story, so us knowing whether she was happy or not was unnecessary. I agree about the angsty in the end. It was necessary for the story, his violence problem and it's effect on their relationship should definitely be portrayed, otherwise it becomes meaningless. But they couldn't blend it to the story very well and couldn't conclude it correctly. We all knew that he is different from that abusive ex-boyfriend, but when he hit her, I was expecting some kind of discussion, conclusion or reasoning in the drama that you could say, "Oh, well that is his difference", they just ended it with some action-rescue trope.

How can noona romance be without kiss for freaking 30 episodes! Out of 35 episodes. I was waiting for eng sub, but now I think I won't be waiting anymore.
I loved #1 on here. Enough to sell me on this drama.Thank you for sharing. More recommendations, please.
You're welcome. Shine or Go Crazy: FL kidnaps ML to hold a wedding with her. Fated to Love You (Korean ver.): It's a one-night-stand encounter, but it is also comedy and cute. The Romance of Hua Rong: FL kidnapped by pirate ML and forced to marry him. Kind of same vibe (island, bandit, FL is ML's woman), but the cat-and-mouse relationship makes it less interesting for me. Also I think the leads we dating in reality, so the chemistry is guaranteed. Again, I have not seen as exciting first encounter as in Mysterious Love, these are just similar, not as good.
Thank you!Good cast, good story. good production. Why don't they think of a more mature-looking actor to cast…
I don't understand why he tried to lose weight to look more fit for this role. He should work out and do fitness. I expected more muscular actor as a SWAT officer. As least, even if he is not muscular, if he was not thin, it would be believable that he is fit, without taking off clothes.
The death was unnecessary story-wise. They didn't have anything to do with the uprising and the dad was lost after…
Yes, maybe the FL's death could portray the random death of irrelevant people during the uprising, because finally she was not killed by ML's father. I mean, all the fear we had through the drama that "what is ML's father gonna do to FL" went into nothing, instead she was killed by some random soldiers. It makes it a bit frustrating. In the end they wanted to tell us all that villain father and kind of forbidden love was nothing compared to the chaos happening at that time.
The Ml looks like 10 year old boy ....I cant take him serious
Thank you! Good cast, good story. good production. Why don't they think of a more mature-looking actor to cast as a badass soldier. Even 90s Hollywood producers have realized this, Chinese producers still have not understood. All those bulky fit actors are wasted for rom-coms to only show their body under shower and here they cast a super skinny actor as a soldier.
Yeah, It was definitely going to be sad romance, but it could be happy ending. The scene that she was dying was too painful to watch, maybe because they could make it so real.
How much is Lee Do Hyun x Go Min Si screen time in this drama? I came here after Youth of May and I know here they are not lovers, but siblings. But still do they have a lot of screen time together here?

1. The comedy doesn't let you stop watching the drama. The main story of the drama is actually sad, two mentally hurt people meeting each other. But they made is extremely hilarious especially at the start. The acting, the outfits, the settings, the small incidents that happen, the leads' encounters,... all are so comedic and funny.
2. The story itself is very touching and in the same time novel. Yes, we have a lot of dramas with traumatic leads. In this kind of dramas usually one of the lead is so kind and caring and calm that can naturally heal the other hurt one. But here, FL, hurt because of relationship violence, getting help from a guy who can't control his violence? It is weird and refreshing at the same time. Who would have thought that kind of pair could work?
3. There is not a single boring moment in this drama. You can guess from the number of episodes. It doesn't follow the conventions, like 16 or 20. It has just enough episodes to convey the story. Definitely worth your time.
4. Good kisses (but not many ones). Crazy ones that I have not seen similar in a while. You completely feel that two crazy people are making out.
5. ML is so charismatic, especially when he is fighting as a police. He is damn so good at expressing angsty and sadness. I unintentionally cried one of the times that he became sad, like "wtf, why are my cheeks wet?"
6. FL is extremely funny. Her expressions, gestures, body moves, like a cute little girl, especially combined with her outfit, makes it really funny and cute.
7. One thing that I was disappointed in was that they cut their happy ending. They showed their mothers accidentally meeting each other, even it was kind of very low-key implied that they found out their children are a couple, but they didn't show any of that to us, family meeting, marriage, happy moments after all the disasters ended, they didn't show any of it to us. It is actually justifiable because the story of the drama is about them healing each other to get back to normal, successful life which was achieved, but it wouldn't hurt if they gifted us with some extra, would it?
8. Another negative point: When K-Drama writers want to stop using the "I leave you, so you are not hurt because of me" cliché. Fortunately here it was very short, but still, with so much novelty in the story, what was the need for putting this cliché at the end of the drama, they could have just shown some happy, fluffy moments to us. It wasn't a sad drama anyway.
