Here comes another person with a complex and bias. So, basically she is saying that rich people should never be…
Fist of all not a single line of my comment suggest any hatred to the drama itself but rather what I would rather prefer to see Lulu Xu to act at.
And secondly, whilst the OG comment serves no constructive criticism towards to the drama, mine included, this comment section is place where people write about thoughts, one might like or dislike a drama and write his/her opinion on this platform freely, if this was simply a hate comment or b*tching like you said, I'm sure moderators would've deleted already.
It is good that someone is thinking for the behalf of rich people, I'm sure they appreciate people like you. As for me, I do enjoy watching rich people in dramas being just rich and in love, that is the scope of my interest.
before u talk nonsense watch the drama and everyone goes through struggles rich or poor no matter who u are everyone…
Of course everyone has their own struggles, but take it like this, there is someone who is struggling to choose his/her outfit of the day and that is his/her biggest struggle which actually causes immense stress/mental health problem but there is also someone who is struggling to buy a winter coat and this person lives in a cold environment all year around, if he/she can't buy a proper coat there is high chance that this person will get seriously sick hence this person takes more shifts just to clothe himself/herself properly. Now, ask yourself, if these two people came to you for help, which one you would more inclined to help. Both of their struggles are real and hurtful to themselves, as an outsider we are not privy to their inner-worlds but still regardless of these people's reality everyone has their own world perspective and for some(me included) the first person might even sound snobbish, while the second person might sound more relatable or at least logically understandable and this is because most people can't go outside of their sphere. Give a poor person a million dollars he/she would a hard time spending it, and most likely a rich person wouldn't know what to do with a dollar. It is not hypocrisy, I doubt rich people would be spending any minute of their lives to actually and truly understand a poor person's perspective and struggles. And, in truth, it quiet unrealistic to expect for people to spend any time to understand other people with such a wide gap of world views, it can be applied to any level of human interaction, between cultures, races, genders, ages, whilst it may sound insensitive it is a fundamental part of humanity, sticking to what we are familiar, individuals may strive for a change but the collective revolution can only be achieved in time. As for me, I'd rather help humans that lack basic needs first and if the world becomes a better place as a result than I might think about those privileged people, but till then, adios.

Why would bother to understand a class which is infinitely more privileged than the rest of the world? I'm sure you're familiar with the concept of "helping the house that is on fire first" , in this case I'm sure "understanding" rich people's struggles is pretty much at the lowest row in anyone's list, if it is there at all. So, as a new viewer of Lulu Xu's work, I'd rather see her acting as a middle class/poor struggling youth instead of this, since that would resonate with more people.
I agree with all your comment but what do you mean about gamers? It's a career for a reason. You need skills,…
Well dramas tend to exaggerate most of the occupations and since first 10 episodes which I've seen so far had the gaming aspect on focus, hence my comment. So, I didn't mean to devalue the e-sports as an occupation only it's and casual gamers' over the top portrayal in Chinese dramas were my targets. And 10 fingers comment was due to fact of the game's unrealistic portrayal, most of those cool moves can't be achieved via good playing skills unless it has AR or VR compatibility which in this case is not true.
They've seem to spent a pretty penny for those CGIs cause they look really good, directing is on point too and it kinda saves the story since I have no explanation for a female lead who gets shy from a freaking game character's skin exposure, it's not even VR but characters are behaving almost like it is, male lead acts as if he is doing all that combat in real life whilst all the work is done by his ten fingers XD idk, there is a tendency to portray e-sports/gamers themes more than what they actually are.
I'm really impressed with the directing and dialogue, every episode feels like a mini movie, every action and motion is so beautifully shot and expressed that I'm in love, I pray that it just can keep quality till the very end.
I think this drama is an excellent to watch while it's airing, this way another I find myself thinking about the characters rest of the week and I really do enjoy a drama where I can analyze the plot as well as the characters. There is a certain fulfillment that this drama provides and I like it a lot.
oh well there is a quite thrilling romance element to this though I'm not sure if it can be count as remotely romantic in any sense, instead of flutters you'll be getting shivers down on your spine so if you're looking for that kinda romance this drama got you covered XD
ye if Han Seo had committed unforgivable crimes like his brother I'd kinda understand that the writers chose to…
Okay, I'm done, I've already written that nothing can justify his actions, at this point it is obvious that you just don't want to understand what I have actually written. I have never defended Han Seo's actions but merely said that he hasn't got the guts, this phrase isn't an indication of absolving him of his crimes. But, whatever, I'm done replying to you, you should do the same as it obvious that we can never see eye to eye about this particular topic. Bye.
Wow, what a list, I mean these shows are freaking great but to those who wants to give them a go, just not watch them back to back, not the best string of dramas for a healthy mindset.
ye if Han Seo had committed unforgivable crimes like his brother I'd kinda understand that the writers chose to…
First things first, I already said that Hanseo was trash, there is no denial on my behalf there and I said undirect involvement because despite the fact that he had taken the initiative to search for the victims' families I still don't think without HanSeok's presence he'd have the guts to hire hitmen and go through with the killing. He wasn't a good person but still thanks to his cowardice he had the potential to be a half decent person with the right guidance and I'm not saying this because I'm f*cking trying to baby a grown ass man, lovey dovey boy you said, please stop with those disgusting terms as I find it beyond vomit inducing, anyways I'm writing all this because of the recent actions he has shown, I'd rather have million Han Seo's out there actually bettering themselves, repenting, trying to do the right thing instead of naïve idle sitters, nothing can justify what he did but I'm not going to be the first person who throw stones at him either. And secondly, at which point did I mention Min Sung, I couldn't care less about that unrepentant abusive jerk.
p.s. Let's not forget the leads of this show too, Vincenzo is part of the mafia, Hong Cha Young was a lawyer who defended the pinnacle of trash before her father died, what I mean is nothing is white or black not in this show neither in life.
ye if Han Seo had committed unforgivable crimes like his brother I'd kinda understand that the writers chose to…
I'm not the type to cut any slack to villains but killing people left and right was never Hanseo's way of dealing with things, to be fair it was undirect involvement on his behalf. He was a trash there is no doubt about that but still given his actions, I'd bet he wouldn't kill anyone, not because he was a good person but he hasn't got the guts to do it.
ye if Han Seo had committed unforgivable crimes like his brother I'd kinda understand that the writers chose to…
I agree, like Hanseo said, it was his fight to fight, sometimes it takes everything in us to win it, along with our lives. It was a deliberate decision on his behalf, which I think we should respecting that instead of swearing to writers for killing him off. He chose to be a better person, repent and stand against his bully, it had taken his life but not what he stood for.
Got a bit of 'Crash Landing on You (사랑의 불시착)' vibes from the ending.. – how the two are in love…
Well she can always relocate in Malta and if not it is only a long distance relationship at most unlike in Cloy where they can't even register their children under his name, also there is a factor called a statute of limitations, after a certain period of passes Vincenzo can't be even persecuted for his crimes so I'd say they really got it easy compared to Cloy.
I don't smoke but after 10 minutes into episode 1 I've grabbed my brother's lighter and it has been always next to me whenever I'm watching a new episode XD
my heart broke when jang han seo died:((((( really enjoyed his character towards the end. why why kill himT_T
I agree but also I think it made sense, good people have died, so did the evil, it was heartbreaking yet quite a fitting ending for Hanseo. It was his fight and though he lost his life, I don't think that he lost that fight. Sometimes it takes all the courage in the world to stand up against those who hurts, bullies, humiliates us and sometimes we manage to get over it but often times it takes all along with our lives. So, I think the closing statement was on point overall and regarding Hanseo's death "Evil is prevalent and vehement."
My heart lies with Hanseo but still this was such a great drama, it may sound like a stretch to some people but it was a masterpiece for me. I'm so sick of seeing good people and their good natured ways of defeating evil that this drama was that summer rain in the midst of a suffocating heat, like a fresh air of spring filled with the scent of grass and earth. I needed to see some retribution even if it was through a drama. Thank you Vincenzo for letting me vent out my unsaid frustrations.
