this is fun, kinda hate the guts of teacher so hyun but aside from occasional stupidity streaks from both leads the story itself is solid

so far I am in love with this drama, aside from the great writing, acting, filmography and cgi, the OSTs are just too good, I love old kpop/indie style songs and the music selection in this drama is giving me life <3

he should find another vampire role, korean dramas are miserably failing on that genre but if it's lee soo hyuk I'm willing to sit through a cringefest for him, he has just the right look for it

I love this genre and I watch whatever is out there but so far this drama had too many acting and writing holes.
Oh Goo Tak, who is supposedly the main lead, is too underwhelming and Yoo Mi Yeong is a mediocre character, the actress playing her is even worse, her diction is stiffer than Google Translate.
I'm going to continue for the sake of it while hoping to find something worthwhile along the way.

in this show everyone is in the grey area and not a single character is innocent which what I really love about it, "justice always wins because it depends on the people who make the rules" is the main idea the drama built upon and it delivers the message for sure
imo if you are into this genre than this one is should be on your watchlist

This was THE BEST, I'm not the type uses all capitals but I'm high from that ending and this drama was really quality work, this trio needs another season

I loved fuyao to bits since leads' charisma and cinematography smoothed out the small hiccups but for some reason LST felt too over the top, I mean that child actress was so adorable yet she was a total miscast, even her father felt too immature and bad at acting hence I simply skipped her brief back story but the adult actress was unfortunately as stiff as her child counterpart * sigh * , I'm not sure whether it was the story or the acting but the flow was somehow weird.
Anyways I dropped it by the 2nd or the 3rd episode but I'm willing to give it another shot depending to the answer of this question.
Q: Does the lead actress gets better at acting as it goes on or meh ?

I have heard literally so much about WWW and ming Lan and I cant wait to watch them both. i have ming lan on download…
Ode to joy was a drama I held off for almost 3 years but I've seen the both seasons in this last 2 weeks, there are some major nonsense plot points such as Andie's so called illness but overall the girls kinda grew on me and it's fun once you get pass the first quarter

this was such a killer list, imo empress ki is ha ji won's life work, I just loved her character to bits, I want to add all three main leads from the new airing drama "WWW", seriously though Tammy, Cha Hyeon and Song Ga Kyung are badass women through and through
also Zhanilla Zhou in Story of MingLan was pure art, despite looking timid she was the most courageous and resilent, she was benevolent yet resolute in her beliefs which she held true to the very end
also xiao xiao from ode to joy, she was such a brat but a lovely and strong one for sure, and andie too
actually it is quite sad that we have so little FLs with a proper characterization, their resolution often times become mere memories when they fall in love, most of the time they start as this awesome FLs yet it is until MLs appear, ugh anyways rant is over
thanks for the great list ^^

as a child I thought Lelouch was the good and the just one(though I still think at most he is an anti hero) it's weird how our perspectives change after realizing the wider world around us,

it is such a dillemma, how a leader should be, kind and benevolent, cruel and decisive or is there a fine balance that can be found in between, or do they change for the worse after sometime, do they actually represent the people, i mean is it the cruelty of the masses embodied by the leader, the concept of a ruler in any shape or form is so weird, why do we need order when universe is programmed for eternally more chaos
anyways it is a nice article but I would love to read more in depth about the characters and their psychology ^^

Some of my favourite kings that come to mind are Ning Yi & his -flawed but excellently portrayed- father in The…
ning yi was powerful in his own right, altough he isn't my fave he was good at his job, he was a crafty one for sure

p.s. still holding off the last 10 episodes of tRotP, it is such a wonderful yet heart wrenching drama, I just can't bring myself to watch the rest after reading the spoilers for the ending * sigh *

I've seen a few comments lately on different platforms about how Morgan is shady, and at first I was what? But…
he seems too good to be true and since the drama has more reality themed mood going on Morgan may just be the slap of reality and by the end of it we are left with 3 strong women united in friedship and buisness
truthfully I wouldn't be mad if he turn out to be the jerk, I 'm just gonna enjoy Tammy and Morgan's chemistry while it lasts

aside from ming lan and gu ting ye, qi heng and the rest of the cast are so on point that is crazy, impressive on your behalf
this drama is just beyond perfect for me, the story, acting, editing, aesthetics, not a single moment was wasted and in history genre dramas it is quite a feat to achieve, they didn't try to strech it to 73 episodes but the story actually needed that much time to be told
anyways since I really do love and adore this drama I really can't be sold on any k-actors nor anyone else for the leads but still I would love to see a remake ^^

p.s. a remake with more heed to it's original novel content would be even better

I also recently finished this drama. It took me some time to get through even though it was only 11 episodes long.…
I had zero empathy for Sousuke, sometimes I feel for f*cked up characters but he was too much for me with his hypocrisy
ps. "Prisoner of love" , ah that song and "Okaeri" from Zettai Kareshi, these two are in my playlist since 2008

I've watched this as a middle schooler and I loved this drama to bits,
Ruka 's character just spoke to my soul, actually they all did, since I was at an age where I had less prejudice and experience about most of the matters that the drama had dealt with, I've watched it without any struggle but now I probably can't watch it again while knowing the reality of it all

choi yoo jin was the reason I've kept going till the end and her character is the only thing left a real impression on me(aside from the ji chang wook's naked fighting scene XD )
I don't even think that she was the villian at all, she simply had her interests clashing with the leads and that's what I really love about her, she was an imperfect human being not an evil incarnate
Just because we are good to some people doesn't mean that we are good to everyone, I might be someone's villian/enemy out of a really simple matter even without knowing it and that's just life
