I'm actually curious how they will handle a couple that's already together and in this many episodes at that. If they break up and get together at the end of the season, it'll be too much for me XD overall, I think it will be an ok filler drama, nothing too special, just something to chill to
I would take everything with Shin Hye Sun at this point, so it only adds to the excitement when she's actually getting paired with such good actors (although seeing it being written by Go Back Couple's screenwriter has me a bit worried...)
Haha, nope i haven't yet. Since i only started to watch kdrama about a year ago, i have soooo much to catch up…
Also, kudos to you for watching so many ongoing dramas, I have been disappointed one too many tine about an ending and still can't trust a drama enough to watch it ongoing haha
Actually I think in certain regions it's nothing weird. In my family it was quite ok until I grew up, but I guess times changed now. It didn't gross me out, esp that her father is sick.
Hopefully it will air simultaneously everywhere like Big Bet and I won't have to wait until April .... Anyway,…
As per other articles 'According to a press release, Call It Love will premiere exclusively on the streaming service beginning February 22', so I guess it will air weekly, just as any other Disney+ shows (Marvel, Star Wars etc)
I know that the main couple broke up because of ML's infidelity, but I am just such a sucker for dramas where the main leads are exes. This kind of chemistry is just not something you see with the normal couples and these dramas are too rare (I am such a sucker for Our Beloved Summer...). So I might pick it up, just wandering whether to wait and binge or just watch it airing!
Even if she is, so what? Is it a reason to bash her everywhere and drag her name in front of public, which will…
You do know that you can go to police with something like this when you have proof and they contact the person in question? Unless you don't, then you can just write on forums and try to convince people while delivering no proof. You don't see any reason for it not to be true? Haven't you seen any recent bullying drama in SK which actually turned out very much false? It takes 1 second to ruin somebodys reputation in SK and no defamation suits will make that go away. Even for people with large audiences. But yeah, if you're now insulting me personally, I guess that's the finish line for me. Have fun in your black and white world when you'd like somebody who stole 10 dollars to be executed or have their life ruined in some other way.

What facts? Do you have ang proof? How the hell do you know if she is a bitch? Why are you calling a 17 year old's behaviour bitchy anyway? How do you know they had good intentions? Proof of that surely isn't in the article. I'm not assuming whether she stole the money or not. I am clearly stating that it's fine to get your money back by legal means. But going to public online forums to shame a 17 year old girl when you're older than her? Damn, that's just predatory behaviour.
And of course the amount matters. But yeah, let's go back to times of hammurabi laws. Cause why not, if somebody's doing it why can't we! Life is just all black and white, right?

Ok, my bad, I mixed two of them up reading the article a few days ago. Still, I stand by the fact that 1200 dollars is not enough to harass and shame someone publicly - in case of the rapper. As for the ex-boyfriend, if he paid for her house and its monthly rent why are his parents working hard to earn back the money? Did he have the money or not? Cause if he took a loan in name of a 17 year old he had to know that she probably has no legal obligation to pay it (at least in my country that would be the case). And if he didn't take a loan and his parents didn't need to pay it back, my point about being dramatic still stands. Still - if she did it, just pursue the case legally. I don't see myself ever dragging anybody online for not paying me back. They (at least the rapper) are adults, and she is a minor.
This one is so lovely! I avoided it initially cause I thought it will be meh, but it honestly delivered, it is cute and funny. Although admittedly the main couple had the best chemistry before they got together, the show still delivered even after that. And for so many couples in a single show, it was really well done!
As for the 'dramatic' plots, they were handled quickly, with no major misunderstandings, so they didn't bother me that much. I guess somebody wanted them here to raise the stakes, even though they don't fit all that well, but I can look past it. I admit that the Africa plot was the most unnecessary, good that it ended quickly...
I also discovered bc of this that I am a sucker for couples that knew each other before the show's starting point (except for the long-forgotten childhood friends trope)... Love this kind of chemistry!

What? Sorry, but I live in a country which is less developed than South Korea, and 1200 dollars is still not a big enough amount of money to ruin someone's life. Like 'his parents are working even harder to pay back the debt that Kim Ji Young incurred'? He just wanted to sound more dramatic. Especially that in other messages he wrote that it's his money ('give me my money back'), so why do his parents have to work to pay it back? Makes 0 sense.
I get that some families are less fortunate, in debt, sick and so on, and 1200 dollars may be a lot for some, especially for a teenager, but for an avarage adult in SK it shouldn't be a make-it-or-break-it. And even if it is, there are legal ways to pursue a debtor, ofc if he actually has proof. If it was 20000 dollars, then I get it, he would have been scammed a big way, but 1200 dollars? In 2021, average pay in SK was 3500 dollars/month. Minimal pay in SK is around 1200 dollars/month in 2022. I might be looking from a privilaged point of view, but it's really not enough to drag sb's name in filth.
