Possibility for season 4? I'm curious about the pottery case. I also miss Madam Lim, even though she is only the sister. This season's cases weren't as exciting as the previous seasons'. It took me awhile to finish it. I would still welcome a fourth season, especially if Madam Lim would be included.
I really wish they would stop mentioning the boyfriend. It's very distasteful. These episodes will be out and watched even after they breakup. It's not even funny or adding anything to the show. It's just annoying at this point. Find another character. There are plenty of options other than "the one who is looking for a boyfriend", and "the one with the boyfriend".
that's why it's a spectrum. why do you feel the need to bring this counter opinion? Autism just like OCD is on…
I haven't watched the show so I can't really speak confidently about this topic, but I think what the OP is trying to say is that a level 1 autistic woman with very high IQ would most likely resort to masking to the point where she almost blends among the neurotypicals, which is true, and it's the reason why females are rarely diagnosed with autism. It is very uncommon to see level 1 autistic female with high IQ not being able or not resorting to masking. (I haven't seen the show yet so I don't know if she really has no masking skills, but I've seen the trailer and I was kind of put off by the portrayal too, because it was similar to Good Doctor who was barely communicating. Some misinformed writers/directors mash so many autism traits in one person and do not realize that with their high IQ, they realistically would've probably been able to mask them). This is not to say that there aren't autistic people who would behave like this. It's just very uncommon among this specific category of people that the show is trying to portray (female + high IQ + level 1). I'm not sure about the "we are not child-like, innocent, or naive" claim though, maybe she means that "not all of us are" but misspoke, because these are common personality traits, even though it can't be generalized.
At this point, it seems targeted. They couldn't get him with that controversy, now it's this controversy (I know it's different accusers to different type of controversy but I just find the chain of controversies hilarious). I hope he finds a way to get past this. Not a fan, but I kind of feel bad for him.
Jung Sung Il was given the Best New Actor award last year for his domestic and global breakthrough in the film…
I understand that, but they could've labeled it as "Best Breakthrough Actors" or something like that. Something less offensive to the actor who has been acting for 10+ years.
It is bad if you figure out the ending early on. I did, and it was so boring for me afterwards, and I'm talking…
I didn't hate it only because I guessed the killer, I didn't like it because I predicted everything else moving forward.
The 3/10 is because I care for the story and flow more. I can watch great actors elsewhere. 6-10 is reserved for what I find enjoyable and this one wasn't for me, so it wouldn't be honest. I respect your opinion about it though.

You seem like a diehard fan so I'm not going to argue with you. You didn't find it predictable but I did, and yes, the whole thing was predictable. It didn't get spoiled for me. I watched the first few episodes while it was airing, and I guessed the killer from the first episode. After that, I can see clearly how they did it or were doing it. Everything was so obvious that I couldn't engage with it, so I kept dragging it until it finished airing, and I merely finished it as a chore, and because I thought, maybe just maybe, I could be wrong about my conclusion and there would be a twist.
About it being cliche, it is a cliche, that's how I guessed it. 1. Have you seen the movie Se7en? The theme is so similar, and you can't ignore the resemblance. This theme has been re-done so many times, even in detective series. 2. The identity of the killer is so easy to figure out, as soon as you see the backstory in the first episode, because in most thrillers, "everything is not as it seems at the beginning", so if you reverse it, you get your "twist". To me, the biggest twist would be to have no twist at all (or at least make it so hard to figure out) which rarely is achieved in thrillers.
Acting and production is superb, hence my 3 stars out of 10. That was not what I didn't like about the drama, and my rating isn't because I didn't understand it, it's because I understood it too well that it wasn't new to me.
9/10. I really liked Mouse, but the ending was very disappointing to me because it takes a path that feels too…
From a scientific point of view, a psychopath is incapable of "living with the consequences". From an economic point of view, why bother spend that much money just to teach him a lesson. From a social point of view, what about the pain of the family of the victims? Wouldn't death make them more relieved? What about the society that has to deal with such a monster after they get out because they were considered "rehabilitated" only for more victims to fall?
since when did it drop below 9 ........... y'all either lack some focus and analytics or have no taste lol
It is bad if you figure out the ending early on. I did, and it was so boring for me afterwards, and I'm talking like since episode 1, even the process becomes too obvious. I gave it 3 just for production and acting, otherwise I would give it a zero if I could. It is a cliche if you watch a lot of thrillers.
Looking at the comments, it seems polarizing. I kept postponing watching it even though it's Ha Jung Woo and Kim Nam Gil, my favorite actors. It's only 1h30m, how bad can it be? It's hard to consider such a short movie as a waste of time, but some people did, which scares me away from watching it.
Did I miss the explanation? Why was there a gap of 2 hours between when the victim was attacked and then actually…
It was comical in a way, but that wasn't a bomb. It's a microwave. A kid would know how to start a fire with a microwave. They tell you to warn you before you use one. But yes, the killer was invincible in a comical way. Hit by an iron and his legs were hammered, yet he managed to do a lot of things with these injuries like they were nothing. The main lead also managed to pull a small tree with one hand, the same tree that knocked the killer unconscious. Like if it was that heavy, how come he managed to pull it with no effort at all?
Wth!!! he kills people in the middle of the day and no one sees him 💀😐
I think the point was that nobody cared, even if they saw. They won't pat an eye if they heard a scream. The lady who was interviewed at the beginning by the police said that they won't inspect a scream if they heard one in case it's "a husband hitting his wife". Like that's none of their business.
Except for the final encounter which I thought was comical, the movie was very good. Intense, makes you think, empathize, and feel guilt and regret for the lost lives.
good movie, they could've done with less fights and more clarity on the motivations of the characters.idk who's…
1. The wife and the bank teller had conspired to kill the husband to take the insurance money. They are possibly lovers. The same business card had been given to "China Boss" to kill the husband, China Boss hired the debt collector who then offered the main lead as a replacement. When the main lead took long to do it, they hired the driver to do it instead. The wife at the end was scared that the main lead has figured it out and came to kill her, that is why she was scared when he showed up. Then when he left, she asked her lover to send the two fools to kill him, but they died instead. 2. President Kim Tae Won didn't order anyone to kill the professor. He is just taking revenge for his friend and trying to kill whoever killed him. Thinking that main lead collaborated with the driver to split the money, he targeted him since the driver was already dead. 3. China Boss didn't come to Korea to kill the main lead because he failed his mission. President Kim Tae Won found out that he is the "broker" who sent the main lead to Korea, so he asked one of his minions to bring him, so the minion went to the hotel in Yanbian where China Boss resides and got attacked by China Boss with an axe, so the minion told him about his boss, so China Boss went to Korea to negotiate a deal with President Kim Tae Won to get some money in exchange for handing the main lead over.
Great chasing scenes, great action, some unique violence/gore, and acting is superb. What I don't like is that it is too misogynistic. Not in terms of story, but in terms of how it's done. No female main or supporting characters. All females are purely for the purpose of sex, except a female child who has no lines or screentime, and an old lady whose sole purpose is to take care of the man's child for him. Kind of depressing. I could see that it kind of reflects the director/screenwriter's view of women rather than a creative choice. This is a man's movie, so only men have a purpose in it. I also didn't like the distasteful very unnecessary sex scenes that pops up every now and then for no good reason other than showing boobs. It is so obvious that this movie is made with a "man's checklist" in mind. It would've been a masterpiece otherwise.
P.S. It seems like this movie was supposed to be very much longer, but it got cut to about 2h20m. It explains why some action scenes were skipped.
Up to episode 11 now and I have to say the most unbelievable part of this show so far is how normal SeRi is, considering…
As someone at episode 31, I wouldn't describe Seri as normal. I put the drama on hold to let off some steam from being overly critical of her behavior. I was watching this when it aired and I just got back to watching it.
I think I might've liked it if I've watched it 15+ years ago. Now it's hard to empathize with all the cheesy directing, script and acting. I recognize this style from years ago, and I would've usually ignored it because "all movies were like this". Now that movies became more natural, it's hard to get into this kind of movie where people are acting unrealistic and saying things that are hardly ever said in real life. Too bad it was on my list for a long time. If only I've watched it then.
How is Jung Sung Il a new actor though? He didn't find that insulting?
