JCW is a gem. I like the balance between humor and drama with his character. I can buy the message of the main…
π π π Omg, that last sentence is accurately describing why i didn't buy nor could excuse FL being such a giant, egoistical asshole. Her reaction in comparison to her sob story presented and thus reasoning to walk over any people's feelings without any remorse along her way was so damn disproportionate to what actually happened. Worse even that the writing wanted you to sympathize with and excuse her for it. Yikes.
JCW was the only reason i finished... whatever this was. Never have i rooted more for the leads to not get/stay together, ngl. Whoops.
These stills for the upcoming episode should be titled: Cry harder π https://www.soompi.com/article/1581649wpp/cha-joo-young-is-devastated-after-baek-jin-hee-crashes-her-and-ahn-jae-hyuns-wedding-in-the-real-has-come
Just started watching it and well I love itβΊIt's literally perfect for watching cause it has perfect blend of…
Nah my friend then the FL is annoying and a loud shrew, because no matter what a FL does or not does she is always hated by default. She is damned if she does, damned if she doesn't, while ML can literally can be the biggest asshole and take a massive dump on a table and ppl here would seal-clap in rapt approval and find a million excuses for his behavior while continuing to demonize any FL for even a fraction of it π
Ahem, anyway, good to see you here. This drama is one of my faves right now because it has a good balance between light/darker moments and actual good character development/romance progression that feels natural. It really gets better with each episode, with eps 6 being my fave thus far.
he is so good a scene stealer in everything. you gotta see him in my country the new age if you can handle lots…
haha, tbf i only have seen that boring mermaid drama with him in it thus far but i didn't find him particularly good as actor nor appealing in a leading role in general. Don't understand the hype about him, but then again i also don't get the hype about some certain other very popular actors either, lol.
Maybe i would have defaulted to love minho like so many ohters if i had watched kdrama in the BoF era and beyond with the heirs (which are both such terribad kdramas only propped up by nostalgia goggles tbh) , but i am actually glad to be able to see/say he ain't all that. Many many actors are better than he is in his craft and the ML of this drama here is easily one of them (woo do hwan <3)
I am glad Soo Hyuk also got *some* closure on his prior relationship/ex. No matter how much the truth did hurt. I think he needed to see this in order to be able to move on, going forward. And i think bora will keep him busy anyway, lol. Here is to more than 5 minutes in two episodes screentime together next week, tho.
Itβs pretty understandable because before being a dating coach she is a human being so she shouldnβt be criticized…
Yep, exactly. Also it is very ironic that some of the negative comments she received online after her letter of apology in eps 4 is pretty much verbatim what people said here in the comment section. Yikes.
The FL in this drama is the most despicable rotten, self-absorbed human being i have seen since Lovestruck In The City and never have i rooted more for the leads to NOT get together since that drama too. I hated her so much and ML deserves so much better than this asshole who made EVERYTHING about herself and constantly diminished/demeaned his feelings/thoughts. Yikes.
Jennifer was the best character in this show outside of ML, such a good good friend. I loved her. 6,5/10 because i liked ML, his character development and his bestie so much . The rest was an exercise in testing my frustration for utter asshole characters and behavior. Would not recommend if you don't have a high tolerance for garbage characters/a forced lead romance, and especially run far away if you are anywhere close the medical profession bc dear god this drama is the worst with that, shooting fast and loose from the hip with any and every medical ethic violation possible under the sun. Google exist, writers. Use it, ffs.
ah, i see, thanks. Well they are not bothering me as much as they support what i don't understand otherwise w/o subs at all. While a bit chaotic in format, they do add up with what is said mostly, tho.
If you are fully reliant on subs then yeah i can get how they are bad, bc too confusing.
not sure if they ARE fine tho... given i have *some* knowledge in korean, I do not need to rely 100% on subs to understand everything. So for me they just complement the parts/bits i don't understand w/o subs. Hence YMMV here, sorry.
Really enjoyed this short and sweet drama. I haven't been able to finish a drama in almost a year. I have 20 of…
soundtrack no. 1 is a cute friends to lover story. 4 eps a one hour XX - female centric webdrama about ppl who work in the titular bar, with romance Ga Doo Riβs Sushi Restaurant webdrama. Inoffensive and cute 10 eps, 20 m) Scripting Your Destiny - Fantasy romance webdrama i quite enjoyed 10 eps, 20 m) Hit The Spot - good watch, veeeeery nsfw kdrama tho, so may not be for you, 8 eps, 1 hour birthcare center - 8 eps, female centric story about pregnancy and beyond Fanletters Please - cute romance, nothing special but good watch, 4 eps Go Ho's Starry Night - nice romcom, 10 eps, 30 min
I can't with these eng subtitles π, wrong pronouns and meaningless sentences. I don't want to ruin this drama. After…
Pronouns are generally tricky/context based bc korean usually does not use them. Hence when it is machine-translated only, it tends to be wrong then in a language relying on it, like english.
