I've been keeping an eye on this one because Uncanny Counter 2 is supposed to come immediately after. I think…
yeah they moved this drama to a saturday/sunday slot which tbh, a Shin Haesun drama deserves, since she is well-loved by the korean public (afaik) Hence it makes sense that tvn hopes for better quotes this way, i guess.
I still have to watch the first Uncanny Counter season tho before the second comes out lol. But i am especially looking forward to this drama and SHS, been too long since mr. queen where we saw her last in a drama. I watch it for her, even if it were like the 1000 tax laws she would read, lol. That the story here is up my alley is a nice bonus of course :D
he is so good a scene stealer in everything. you gotta see him in my country the new age if you can handle lots…
Heh, i would not say I like *like* thrillers. They are a good watch in between other stuff but not my main staple in as to why i watch kdrama/shows. But as said, when i need a break from the usual romcom/melo/fantasy/sageuk dramas i tend to watch they are a good pick. So I think Mad Dogs will be a good one too then :D Thanks for letting me know more about it as i would not have picked it up on my own, tbh.

I only watch crime and thriller etc as flavor in between more lighthearted or melo stuff with romance tbh, hence why i don't naturally gravitate to watch these kind of shows. If i do it is because of actors i like or the story (like with Taxi Driver that i have come to love) or just because needing a break from romance heh. (Ideal tho if they have both tho like Flower Of Evil) Hence why i have not given Mad Dog any attention thus far, as it sounded dry/boring af to me, whoops. But you made a good sell of it and it is on my country's NF, so i have added it to my watchlist now as i want to definitely watch more of him beside Joseon lawyerπ
Hell, i even scraped Tempted from the bottom of the barrel and put it on my watchlist due to Do Hwan. But i already know that this will be a trashy watch, lol. (Kim Min Jae being there too helps tho)
It's part of coherent character design. The guy was depressed for more than half of the show, making it only out…
ikr? I know not everyone reads actor interviews but i would be surprised if KYK didn't come up with it himself, as immersed as he was in the character. Plus it makes perfect sense story-wise. The man has barely the energy to live and get up, why/how would you expect him to pop up in front of the mirror every morning to style his hair?
Great romance drama 8.5sorry, but hate the mushroom haircut from the ML, hair covering past the eyebrows just…
It's part of coherent character design. The guy was depressed for more than half of the show, making it only out of bed due to work. He wore the same two suits with buttons coming off etc. So it makes perfect sense to not have him care for his appearance in styling his hair any different than it would have naturally "fallen" or been.
oh also while yall with sufficient contribution points are still being here, pls remember to vote on the tags as there were a lot of tags with -20% which indicates troll voting of someone disliking the show before i fixed it back to 0%.
I follow you because we have similar tastes, so I'm glad, I found one show I've not watched on this list!
ooooh, nice. Highfive for similar taste, then. Which drama was it you haven't watched yet, and why was it FNOS? π (Nah just my guess since it is so overlooked unfortunately)
On Ha Joon is definitely an evil guy but he's HOT AS HELL
Shin Jaeha really nails the psychopath character type, ngl. If you like seeing the actor murdering his way through a drama, check out Crash Course In Romance and Welcome 2 Life, lol.
I JUST FINISHED IT AND IM ON THE FLOOR I CANT BELIEVE ITS OVER?????????? these last eps really took a toll on…
Tbh, this is where the one year timejump was the most logical and useful tool to use in a story because it allowed for things to settle and people to heal and move on. Loved it
Too early to say. They have not met yet in that capacity, but it seems that the show is setting a LT up soon with a fashionably late SML futilely vying for FL's attention and affection when she has long since left it both with ML, lol. We will see tho
lol i opened my twitter feed and literally the second post was about the ending haha. More under spoiler tag :
happy ending for our introverted kids, yall. So time to let out the collective breath we were all holding in and go forth to actually watch hahaha π
I think the YLAG writers had a bet to see how many amnesia plots they could mix into one drama. This writer seems…
oh god nooooo, the words "baby and animatronic model" always reminds me on Bella/Edward's monstrosity of a cgi/animatronic daughter in twilight. The stuff of nightmares hahaha
on a non off topic side: I do hope we get to see some signs of pregnancy with FL in the drama instead to "skip to birth" only, like so often. Also, let ML dote over her (in a healthy way), you cowards.
The second paragraph of the description makes it seem like there will be some revenge but there is pretty much…
Yeeeeah i noticed that heavily with "May I Help You" last year (tho here i also partly blame the marketing and the big fat lie that is the comedic trailer/perky romcom facade) Nevertheless i cringe each time when i read about ppl that wanna watch a lighthearted romance drama and pick MIHY. Oh my sweet summer child... π
But it is exactly those people then who complain then in the comments that the drama " is too sad" (when it is literally a show about fulfilling dead people's last wishes and the leads' trauma/guilt of living on when their respective loved ones did not. I mean????) and "how it has not enough romance" in the comments, lmao. Ngl, I notice the same/similar trend with Call It Love here.
it depends on how much you like melo slow burn stories with an equally slow burn romance of two (depressed) introverts…
YW :) As for the romance, imo the leads have fantastic chemistry with each other, and sell the slow slow sloooow burn and subtle but earnest (star-crossed) love and falling for each other really well (to the point where there are irl dating rumors about them lol)
(For me it is one of the rare kdramas where i hyperventilated when they did hold hands tbh xD)
I've "paused" watching the drama, but have followed comments and have some idea of what is happening up to now.…
me neither. There is literally a negative review just because of the filter. It was just in the first two three episodes where it bothered me then i stopped noticing it, bc idk i focused on the characters and story instead to obsess over a color lol
The second paragraph of the description makes it seem like there will be some revenge but there is pretty much…
i am puzzled as to why you expected to see The Glory Part 3 taking place in this drama. It is clearly labeled as romantic melodrama around both leads' families (history) and never pretends to be anything but. It is not for you then, which is fine, but pls just move on then instead of trying to dissuade new people from watching it.

(I forgot about AoS part two heavily featuring the amnesia trope this year, but then again i forget this drama exists most of the time, lol.)
