1) One sided, delulu SML who does not listen for too long to FL's rejection and loves to talk AT her but never with her. Feels entitled to her space, time and person bc "he knows her for three years" (read: she trained him as PT nothing more) while she is visibly uncomfortable with him but has to remain polite due to his VIP status in the gym. Is in love with the idea of her but never makes any effort to listen to her or get to know her. Has some questionable/icky scenes too (forced kiss) FL only ever shows interest in ML but that is more subtle than from ML's side. Thankfully ends around halfway thru but drags on too long bc the writer was as delulu as SML in this regard. 2) As couple? Pretty meh till now. Arranged marriage, window show couple. (Toxic from britney spears plays muffled in the bg.) SFL is an entitled elitist/classist cow who looks down on everyone she perceives as "lesser." so my sympathy for this character is like minus 2000. She obsesses over SML as SML does over FL so they make a suiting pair, methinks 😂 I don't caaaaare for any of them but ymmv. 3) Three. Main leads couple: Lee Hyoshim & Kang Taeho, 2) Hyodo & Taehee (meh) and 3) Hyojung & Mirim (who deserves so much better than this shitty dude, uuuuuugh) Also the toxic second lead pair i guess. So three and a half. 4) Yes, all of them. The full program lmao but the narcissistic gaslighting insane mothers are the worst imo. Asshole galore, basically. Mirim and the main leads are imo the only likable chars and even they start out bickering with ML being a brat at first (for which he owns up then tho) 5) Technically eps 24, but fully eps 25, with a kiss at the end. They are close and supportive pretty much all the way through for the latter bit of the first half, but start out bickering and disliking each other.
Sounds bad but imo is worth watching if you focus on the main leads bc they are cute as heck and ffw the rest generously (and idk maybe you find a liking to the bore SML too. For me he is thru as character ever since the forced kiss for which he NEVER apologized, yikes) This is a family drama which starts slow but gets really good halfway thru, especially now where the leads are dating we get more balanced story arcs between light and dark and cute scenes. Before it was more on the screamy and suffer olympics side. Needs a bit of your patience when watching and a generous amount of skipping. Also depends on how well you can connect to the leads and their backstories bc other chars are unlikable for the most part. Some only start to change now (big bro) some are still stagnating as a human shitstain (FL's mother, and both of her other brothers) after nearly 30 eps.

The other way around lol. They still show up in the app for some reason but not when using browser. I never see ads or pop ups. Use ad blocker when on pc, such as ublock origin and script blocker add ons or use the brave browser when on your phone which automatically blocks ads. It is generally good browsing hygiene and common sense against malware to use ad blocking extensions on pc. Ditch google chrome on both PC and your phone. Brave on pc or phone is just as good and fast as it is based on chromium.. So you can install chrome add ons on it (pc) too.

It may be just me being old and grumpy but its plot/execution screams more self-published on amazon than kdrama script 😆 Which is not bad if you are in the mood for these things, but yeah just saying haha. also the chaebol fam is so comically evil i can't take it/them seriously. The psycho murderer was genuinely creepy tho and homeless lady being god is great too. In large part due to her actress of course.
But yeah i actually liked that we have solved the tattoo conflict relatively early with GW going against both their fates, nice. Guess now it is house cleaning time for Gu Won and for his human/demon (inner) conflict. Also more couple things/scenes which is never a bad thing as long it does not involve any (more) noble idiocy :D

well maybe not running into TH, i gave up on this happening around eps 15 or so, although we had the classic kdrama passing each other by without noticing after that lol (oh this is ofc also why we saw HS move out so quickly after 20 eps of nothing lol so TH doesn't appear in front of the villa anymore lol) but grandma has had some very nice heartwarming scenes with HS in the beginning where she comforted her, and then suddenly that all came to a screeching halt. I hoped she would find a supporter in grandma bc HS had been all alone until opening up to Taeho (and likewise for him, if in different form) But MH had been too busy clowning with the rest of the villa residents for any of that i guess. Pity.
Oh i know why the writer ain't let her warn Taeho or something similar sensible as it would cut short a lot of the story would they actually talk/communicate, hence they don't, lmao. but this plot-induced passivity is frustrating to watch nonetheless bc this way it looks as tho she does not give a damn about her oh so beloved grandson in ignoring the looming trap poised for him. Not a good look, to say the least, lol.

Hmm, the last three-four ones had me grow a bit bored with it, like i did not run to watch it immediately as i did before. (feel the same about Park's Marriage Contract & the dog one btw, so it is not just this show)
And yeah 14 feels like a sweet spot amount of episodes for it, bc with 16 it has too many characters that add nothing to the story (and both SL are from that category tbh haha.) I hope it picks up for the ending quarter tho.

Oh damn. The forever second lead curse. Hajun also just broke thru this cycle with Live Your Own Life as a lead lately (after ten years as SML/support). so i hope the same happens for him too soon 😭 He definitely has the acting chops and looks for a leading role tbh. Oh as said, it is just a matter of personal expectations not met after a very good start of it and in general regarding the writing since Mr. Queen is still my fave drama. As said i am liking/watching it but expected better from the Mr. Queen writer. Nothing what hasn't been done a thousand time before and while its humor was very amusing at first it all feels like running circles/dragging on by now. Characters are skin deep and very cliche too, sadly. ( enjoy "god's" character most by now, ngl. The actress is everywhere and very versatile) I feel this is one of these shows that would have been better with just 12 eps instead of 16 due to the lack of substance. But as said this is just me. It is good if you enjoy it fully tho :D

I am still watching it, but the story feels like a wattpad fanfic of a teenager tbh, and i keep forgetting that this is not a third rate web novel adaptation but original story, and worse even, from the Mr. Queen writer. Welp okay then, let's just say this show is truly carried by the leads' chemistry through its trope bingo hell, and by its hype 😂 💀
It is still a good watch if you just want to turn off your brain and just admire pretty things tho haha. Also Lee Sang Yi's talent is really wasted here as SML, tbh (all my once again watcher say aaaayyye :D )
