i pretty much try every newly airing kdrama i am even mildly interested in and then see what sticks. For June it is:
Link, Eat, Love (Jin Goo <3) Yumi Cell 2 (need to catch up on the first one still) Alchemy Of Souls (a historical drama with comedy/romance? Yes pls) The Youngest Son of a Conglomerate (solely on my list bc Song Joong Ki is ML) Why Her? Cleaning Up Jinxed At First Café Minamdang
For perspective: In April/May i picked up: Our Blues, MLN Love All Play Bloody Hearts Shopping Killer List Again My Life Kiss Sixth Sense Wedding Hell FNOS Sh**ting Stars Woori The Virgin.
Out of these i only stuck/will stick with the last three ones all the way thru. (the jury is still out on Kiss sixth sense, wedding hell and bloody hearts which are all not really grabbing me so far) Others are either dropped or on hold until i am in the right mood to watch them. I will catch up on MLN on 2x speed as this drama is supposed to be watched I think, haha. Maybe Love All Play will leave my on hold hell again once it is less melo and frustrating. We will see.)

Ngl, when i saw her leaving as her team gossiped/complained (??) behind her back i already went "oh god is she going to break up with him next?" Especially as she sat in her car and stared into the distance with such a forlorn expression. And then i saw the preview and groaned. Out loud. I'm tired of it, so can I have just one fuckin kdrama (outside of Crazy Love) without a breakup of the mains in between please? 😒

I haven't paid as much attention to the dialogue due to tiredness so i didn't get much what was going on but we are definitely heading back into angst town, chu chu chu😒 Seems to be more of a filler eps than the one yesterday too.

Do you watch From Now On Showtime? You don't need to miss her, as she has the FL role in this drama which is sadly flying under everyone's radar but soo soo damn good. Recommend it to everyone who likes well written fantasy dramas with a well executed genre mix, clever humor, and slow burn romance.

Yes, it is a very healthy and whole portrayal of a relationship and it's dynamic in this drama. Love to see it instead of the usual misunderstanding/assumption bs 💯💞💕
