It has a very slow start but it gets better with every episode that is airing, so stick to it thru its initial slowness to get to the really good stuff of which are plenty :D
This drama give me too much serotonin ๐ didn't expect that the slow burn romance of enemies to lovers that…
Thus far, the slow and careful enemies to lover progression in this drama makes me so happy, because it is so well done. Tbh, it is the best execution i have seen of that trope since Mr. Queen <3 (highly rec this drama btw to anyone btw)
sir... i thought your hand was injured. but ig not, according to the last scene of ep 11
I mean AHS also forgot he is playing a blind character for the majority of Lovers of the red sky in directly looking at ppl etc, so i am not surprised ๐
So glad to see the comment section, more & more people recognize that this drama is actually good. I know it has…
Oh hard same. The only popular drama i enjoyed from start to finish is ABP whereas Forecast love and weather and 2521 turned out to be, well, not (as) enjoyable in their latter half. So I hope and pray that Crazy love does keep up its trend of the writing getting better instead of worse with every episode. I am a bit "traumatized" by 2022 kdramas thus far, lol.
On the other hand i am excited for the new airing kdrama in april (tomorrow for example has been very fun thus far) and i love Crazy Love more and more with each episode.
some of these comments are funny. "they were so innocent and pure before" as if these are not grown adults lmao.
*consenting adults in a committed relationship with each other, at that. Tbh, i prefer such a scene or rather a kiss scene fade out with implication of more to grown ass adults dating and being in love while barely even holding hands in 16 episodes of a drama. It is more realistic than the latter tbh, lmao.
At the end of eps 11 i was like... "ah i see, they are implying...๐ ๐ ๐ But then the scene went on and on and it had gone way past implying lmao๐
Agree with everything, but my heart broke hardest when he realized that Se-Gi had betrayed him. The one and only…
Yeees, this scene was hard to watch bc it was so well acted and heartwrenching. I loved how Shin Ah gave him silent support, later on with the meds too, aww. Kinda disappointed tho as he was sus from the start and it is all too much on the nose. But maybe they will further build this up and this person as mastermind pulling the strings, so to speak. We will see.
Aww thank you. After watching the episode i simply had to wordbarf my many feelings about it. Absolutely love this drama and its characters, needless to say xD
Best Kdrama tsundere Gojin, baaakaaa xD I just adore so many small things about this episode and all of them include him, surprisingly. He could have ended up as a boring one note jerk like in many other kdramas, but the writing and especially Kim Jae Wook's subtle nuances in his acting give this character so much depth and many facets that i am seriously amazed by how well handled the character and his development is, so far. The bits and pieces of his background story explain well how he got to be such a jerk/uncaring etc. Lack of social graces aside, It seems to be a bit of a defense mechanism to pile on layers of hostility after growing up as he did (poor, bullied by the other kids) then later on the whole brutal breakup with SFL who point blank tells him "You always been alone" Ouch.
Well until Shin-Ah, maybe and he starts to realize that as well. This man is so whipped already and i just love the many many tells through Jae Wook's mimic and actions for it, even when his words don't line up and he appears to remain cold. BAKA xD
- him berating himself of mentioning her debt and yet continuing to do so, because tsundere xD
- Closing his eyes when she leans in for the strand of hair on his shoulder than going "There was something in my eyes." Sure, Jan xD
- Helping her carry the heavy box, in the most gojin way.
-- The only reason why he made her work late and cook a fresh meal was because he wanted Shin Ah to stay with him at the house, so he did it in the most Gojin way posssible. Then he goes out to "buy cola" despite never drinking it, when she gets off work as an excuse to escort her to the taxi and see her off, His "was my house always this big?" upon returning was really telling and a bit heartbreaking. Poor guy is lonely and missing his fake fiance heh.
-- His confession to her in the restaurant was half a subtext to deride his ex and half heartfelt truth. So, so well done.
And of course his ready to commit murder reaction when the waiter burned Shin Ah with the coffee. And the end of the episode, damn. He is definitely way gone and fully in love now.
Plus when expecting a somber scene the show pulls out a pillow fight, including yelling and hair pulling and flying feathers. They really are made for each other xD I am happy to see such scenes where they still annoy each other instead of them being 100% lovey-dovey all the sudden, way more realistic and in line with their characters. Glad to see Shin Ah's spunk returning as well, haha. There were so many good character moments in general in episode 9. I think what amazes me most is how this drama only gets better with each episode, i reeeeally hope it continues (still traumatized by the trainwreck that was FLAW in the second half) It is definitely one of my faves so far.
if you don't mind spoilers i can tell you why it is very different from 39 and won't end sad like it, click on…
Later on in episode 6 or 7 i believe, it turns out the terminal illness is a misdiagnosis. Her documents got switched up with another patient who has a very similar name.
That strand on the jacket scene,,,, daaaaamn, i am a sucker for slow almost/mock kisses if they are done like THAT. Their chemistry is off the charts *fans self* And lol, Go Jin is already so whipped but still very tsundere about it xD
i love the main couple- but for some reason, i just can't hate the second fl dont like her but don't hate is it…
I don't hate her but she annoys me a bit with her insistence to win him back, even/especially if /since he shows zero interest to rekindle what they had. Go Jin is at best wistful for what they had, and at the same time still hurt by the break up, and thus avoiding her presence whenever possible. (And tbf, for good reasons, as she was fucking brutal to him during their breakup, yikes)
Yeah that is the reason why the episodes are less, no unneeded drama! ๐งก
More dramas, especially romcoms, should pick up the 12 episodes format tbh. Would help a lot to cut out unneeded, boring filler and stupid (breakup) wangsting.
it always picks up with episodes airing, but sadly this drama is still completely in ABP's shadow and most ppl don't even know it and what they are missing, unfortunately. I hope that some ppl do pick it up with ABP ending today/tomorrow.
So i hope the writers keep it up this way.
