But given Taemin has a LI lined up in the cast, i doubt it will be the latter. Will spice things up between them, rivalry-wise tho lol. Hopefully it is more on the humorous side.

They planned to run away together so perhaps princess/king etc were declaring them criminals for scorning the royal family or something. But then she died in his stead as they were chased and attacked (protecting him), and this is why he is saying he killed her. Hence his guilt is what lets the curse and hand stick around and he has to let go of it or something to be set free. Would be the classic tragic past life story, lol. But we will see how it goes.

Are You Human Too was weird but in a good way, but then again i don't remember all too much of how the chars are treated there either, particular female chars. No idea what happened here, but i aint watch anything of him in the future that is for sure. TRHC was backwards/outdated af.

Honestly the only way i was able to get to eps 12 is doing other things while i had it running as i was waiting for it to get good as people said it is, but it never did 🤣 I was bored out of my mind throughout, did not connect to any of these characters so i am cutting my losses now and drop. Not the first highly rated drama on mdl that just is not clicking with me, and won't be the last.

It is more a rant than review tbh, but it is authentic to all the things i have said over and over in the comment section. So yeah, should serve as a warning to new people, is all.

The first thing that comes to mind is height difference, which he has with every actress as a tol boi but with smol Han ji min it would be next level lol 😁

Yeah NY likes to flaunt her "long term relationship" with SY but completely forgets that a) it has been a political union for his family's sake and he just did not mind it since he was sick and close to dying anyway, b) SY never loved her, ever. It even goes as far that he does not like to be touched by her, or around her lmao. c) they are a total window couple, just for show, prestige and appearance but she spins the wildest delulu stories about how lovey dovey they are, just to make herself look good and better than others with flaunting her arm candy to induce other people's envy. It is psychotic and so very narcissistic. d) SY only now experiences being in love and that for the first time in his life and it is with Hongjo, not her. He does not even like her, he never makes any effort to text, meet up or call her while he is always doing so with HJ, tenfold even 😂

So despite SY being in a long term relationship on paper, both leads are on the same level of experience with love/relationships basically. Hongjo with her not having a relationship before due to having been a loner and SY never having been in love before meeting HJ. Which explains why they are so messy with it as no one has the experience to take the lead here and so they just throw things at the wall and see what sticks instead lmao. Total uncharted territory for both as they fumble their way thru it to reach a common ground and eventual happiness, which is made even more difficult by miscommunication and of course all the supernatural elements likke magic, bad and good. Welp.
